    I transferred 1999 rs. From my bank account to ola money but now I can not getting back 1999 rs. From ola money to my bank account.
    All the possibilities i tried but there are same kyc n all ### are there.
    Such lack of hinesty & full negligiency towards customers from Ola is breach the trust among customers.
    Do the needful as asap otherwise the negative impact spreads every where.
    Ola blocked customer money this is very bad experience. People can't get back their money in their bank accounts.

      I am trying to send ola money to my friend but it is just navigating to the screen where it is saying "basic kyc updated". All the options are navigating to the same screen. Both from the ola cab app and ola money app.
      Please rectify this issue in your app. I am even able to withdraw or send via mobile number to a store merchant. The same is happening to the other party i am trying to send. It's causing a lot of frustration even after i have updated my kyc details to use the app. Please rectify this issue asap.

      This is to bring to your notice the KYC which you have processed that is minimum KYC to get wallet refill limit Rs.10, 000.

      This is to keep you informed that as per new RBI guidelines, it is required to have your KYC processed in order to avail bank transfer or Ola Money Wallet to Wallet transfer facility and for increasing your wallet limit up to 1 lakh.

      To get your KYC done, you need to send pictures of the following documents to [protected]@zipcash.in, with the subject “KYC_[Mobile number registered with Ola]”

      #Your selfie/Passport Size Photograph

      #Proof of Identity: Any one of the following documents:
      1. Original scanned copy of PAN card
      2. Original scanned copy of Driving License

      Proof of Address: Any one of the following documents:

      Ola auto is charging money for Rides which we are not taken. Rides are cancelled by auto driver. To book new auto now I have to pay 65. The amount is charged just because driver cancelled. Without ride how can they charge. And without ride if we cancel they are charging 15 rupees that is also not feasible.

          Please note that i was overcharged on my ride. I was suppose to pay rs.106 but was charged rs. 151. When i checked the reason, it shows me that either if the pick up / destination was changed or the route was changed, the fare is subject to change. How can i be overcharged if there was no change made in the pick up or destination address as well as if the driver took another route. I did not ask him too. Kindly refund the remaining amount.

            Initiated ola money transfer from my account to my mother's account.
            Although money rs.1500 got deducted its been 10 days but still money is not received by my mother.

            In my mother's account we even did basic kyc update but still do not see the money being received. There is no customer care number to help resolve issue and no response over email. Beware from using ola money and is better to pay in cash instead. Paytm is much better than ola money because there is accountability for transactions atleast

              Because of poor network my transaction got failed for two times on adding 599 and 599 on 6th of april.

              But, both the times my account got debited and never got credited either to my ola money or my bank account.

              Kindly resolve this at the earliest i am here by attaching the required file and reference numbers of the transaction that failed.

                  Thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxxxxxx for a purchase worth rs599.0 on pos 80412408 at olacabspayu txn# xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
                  But recharge didnt added to my ola money... Please look after for this problm as already 599 is deducted from my debit card.. This was happen on 26/3/[protected]@ 10:30pm i recharge with 599... Sms received that 599is deducted but when i checked to ola money only 0 balaced has been shown i thought it may be due to poor network it has been not added but still it doesnt added to ola money why???

                    I paid money through ola money and concelled order for non availability of stock and merchant refunded money and given reference number but not credited in ola money account.

                    Many times i mailed to them asking about credit of money no response from instead of response I'm getting feedback mails.

                    No of days are running but money stuck at in between myvishal online shopping portal and ola money.

                      My mobile no. For ola money (Ola cabs) is [protected].

                      On 17/03/2018, i have made a prepaid recharge via service providers of bsnl to the mobile no. Of [protected] for rs. 55/- only. Amount rs. 55/- was debited from my ola money wallet, but the recharge was not done; and went failed.
                      Please rectify above block, and refund me the amount rs. 55/- which is in pending in my ola money wallet.

Ola money said the money has been deducted from my account and successfully transferred to the payumoney portal of the merchant. But the merchant says payment was never received and please confirm with your wallet company. Hence please look into the matter and refund me at the earliest.

                          Ola money — recharge failed but money debited from bank account.

                          I did an 2 online payment to ola account of (Rs. 599 and rs. 300) on 16th march 2018. The amount has been deducted from my bank but the ola money is showing zero balance.
                          Kindly transfer the recharge amount at earliest to my ola account or return to the bank account asap.

                            I did an online payment to bhukkadpanti with ola money but transaction failed. When i checked ola money balance amount was deducted from there but transaction did not happen. Transaction was made on 13th march but it failed. Still no refund either in ola money app or bank account. No email or message from ola to registered mobile number or email either. How can u people be so irresponsible. At least, send an email or message that the transaction failed and refund would be made. Could u please refund the money back asap?

                              I have done online ola money recharge (Money in) of 999 inr for my ola cab account linked with mobile number +91 [protected] (Nivid mantri) on 26.01.2018. The amount has been deducted from my debit card but the ola money is showing zero balance.
                              Kindly transfer the recharge amount at earliest to my ola cab account or return to the bank account please.
                              I am having travelling plans for today. So your quick action is highly appreciated.

                              Please note that there were two transactions of rs. 999/- on the same day i. E.[protected]. I have already received credit for the first transaction, but for the second transaction its been debited from my account and no credit yet, its already more than 7-10 business days as stated above.

                                I have added an amount 4600 to my ola money account, while i was trying to transfer them from my ola money account to bank account it asked me for kyc, and when i reached the customer service they asked me to send my pan and aadhar details to the mail is [protected]@zipcash.in, after sending the docs my money got deducted and a set of 4 transactions were made through my ola money app without my knowledge. I dont know what to do now. Can someone please let me know what to do now to get back my money.

                                  After i added ola money in my account it has been blocked with no reason. Also they are not replying for my mail's. Now i don't know what to do.
                                  The blocking reason they show intially was that i booked and cancelled cab multiple times but in last four days i've not even booked a single cab.
                                  Later they displayed that your account is blocked permanently as i have committed something wrong. So i asked them to tell me what i have done. No reply from them.

                                    I was making an online payment to merchant club factory with ola money but transaction failed. When i check ola money balance amount deducted was added there, so i tried again using ola balance but transaction failed everytime. Request you to please in case of failed transaction you should return money back to card instead of adding in ola money. I tried withdrawing money but that to failed and the transaction charges are too high. Could you please refund the money back to card as it was added due to failed transaction and not by me.

                                      I was adding money to my OLA money wallet and the process didn't seem to be completed as the ola money still stayed 0. I did the payment of Rs. 599.0 from my State Bank of India internet banking account and the payment was successful of reference number [protected]IGACZLPWX6. How can I get my money back??

                                        I wrongly made a recharge to a mobile number which is actually a post paid number. This payment was made on 2nd Dec, 2017 through ola money. Initially I thought that this will automatically get refunded to my ola money account but I haven't received any refund yet. The transaction id is: D099-4PIJ-ZIBS. It was a payment of Rs.220. Please help me out.
