My mobile no. For ola money (Ola cabs) is [protected].

On 17/03/2018, i have made a prepaid recharge via service providers of bsnl to the mobile no. Of [protected] for rs. 55/- only. Amount rs. 55/- was debited from my ola money wallet, but the recharge was not done; and went failed.
Please rectify above block, and refund me the amount rs. 55/- which is in pending in my ola money wallet.

I reetam singh had made a payment to my dream store for an amount of rs 599. Ola money said the money has been deducted from my account and successfully transferred to the payumoney portal of the merchant. But the merchant says payment was never received and please confirm with your wallet company. Hence please look into the matter and refund me at the earliest.

Ola money — recharge failed but money debited from bank account.

I did an 2 online payment to ola account of (Rs. 599 and rs. 300) on 16th march 2018. The amount has been deducted from my bank but the ola money is showing zero balance.
Kindly transfer the recharge amount at earliest to my ola account or return to the bank account asap.

I did an online payment to bhukkadpanti with ola money but transaction failed. When i checked ola money balance amount was deducted from there but transaction did not happen. Transaction was made on 13th march but it failed. Still no refund either in ola money app or bank account. No email or message from ola to registered mobile number or email either. After i added ola money in my account it has been blocked with no reason. Also they are not replying for my mail's. Now i don't know what to do.

I wrongly made a recharge to a mobile number which is actually a post paid number. This payment was made on 2nd Dec, 2017 through ola money. On 28th feb, 2018 a payment transaction of ₹ 99/- to a merchant has been made thro' ola money (Via mobile no. Of merchant) in the evening hours. Although, the status showing transaction (External) is successful but the payee is complaining that the same has not been credited to his bank account connected to his mobile no. I added 999 rs two times. But my ola money shows only 999. But 1998rs is deducted from bank account. I need a refund or please add 999 rs to my ola money. When will i get the refund. Hi, i recharged ola money on[protected]Sunday) for rs599. Money debited from bank but not credited to ola money wallet. I did write to my bank, the bank replied saying the the transaction has been successful at their end & requested to check with the merchant, in this case ola money.

Today morning i added rs. 150/- to my ola money wallet.
To pay my ola cab booking have attached the screen shot.

After adding the money got deducted from my hdfc bank account no. [protected].
But the has not got added to my ola money account yet!
Balance is still showing low which is rs. 42/-

I have attached two screen shots of my proof of bank transaction and...

I dont have any withdraw option on my ola money wallet.
I have to transfer the money 10000/- to someone.
It is not alllowing me to do.

It says me to try lower amount. I have tried 1000 as well, it still wont allow me to pay.
