On 28th feb, 2018 a payment transaction of ₹ 99/- to a merchant has been made thro' ola money (Via mobile no. Of merchant) in the evening hours. Although, the status showing transaction (External) is successful but the payee is complaining that the same has not been credited to his bank account connected to his mobile no. He does not have any ola money account. Pl. Note that the transaction status is showing success.
Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have added money in my ola money account. I am transferring to my bank account but coming error since 3 days I was trying. Please help me to withdraw the amount as soon as possible

    My husband took ola yesterday to airport as he doesnot had ola money i paid the driver by ola money amount of rs 727 then even after 15min when it didn't show in cab driver mobile number, he has pay extra 727rs. So i am bring charged double... I called up the driver mob no [protected] to check status he is not picking up. And when i saw your level of solving the issues i understood that ola money is one of the worse app... How will i get my payment back now

    On 15th feb 2018, I have transferred amount of Rs.1100 from my HDFC account but still amount is not reflected into my ola account money . The transaction id :[protected]

      Im vinoth kumar from erode. Today[protected], around 2 pm, rs 4000 has been debited from my account by ola service. I have no idea why this has happened. I did not have installed ola app in my mobile. I didn't link my account with ola service. I have not used my card anywhere for ola service, yet they have deducted money from my account.
      I got to know about this from message i received from bank about the deduction and the e-statement i received after that.
      I have the e-statement of the deduction and now i will appeal in court if my money is not refunded. I hereby give my card number below from which money has been deducted. I would like to hear your response as soon as possible.

        Hi, i recharged ola money on saturday 17th-feb-2018 to my mother's number [protected] for rs599. Money debited from bank but not credited to ola money wallet.in ola faq's i had read when it happens after 3 to 4 days
        Amount will be credited back to our bank account so i waited till today. After waiting also i did not get the money so i m writting this. Please refund the money.

          Money got deducted from bank account but ola money hasn't got added to ola money. Transaction was unsuccessful.
          A amount of 300 (200+100) rupees got deducted in 2 consecutive transactions. Kindly let me know when can i get back my money. Please help!!!

            I added 999 rs two times. But my ola money shows only 999. But 1998rs is deducted from bank account. I need a refund or please add 999 rs to my ola money. When will i get the refund. Im a regular customer and this is disappointing. Please update the status after initiating refund to my email at the earliest.

                I received amount of 400 from [protected] today but that amount is not reflecting in my wallet but when i checked history it is showing there in pending status please assist.
                Today from ola app which is registered with the number[protected] money was sent to a number [protected].
                But when i registered with my number [protected] and logged in to ola money app the balance is showing 0 and in transaction history the transaction of 400 is showing but in pending state.

                I made a transaction of rupees 300+300 total 600 to add money to ola money
                But the money was deducted from my bank account but not reflected in my ola money. Please refund the money

                  Today morning i added rs. 150/- to my ola money wallet.
                  To pay my ola cab booking have attached the screen shot.

                  After adding the money got deducted from my hdfc bank account no. [protected].
                  But the has not got added to my ola money account yet!
                  Balance is still showing low which is rs. 42/-

                  I have attached two screen shots of my proof of bank transaction and my ola money app balance. Have attached the screen shot of my ride as well.

                    I dont have any withdraw option on my ola money wallet.
                    I have to transfer the money 10000/- to someone.
                    It is not alllowing me to do.
                    (Date attempted) 20/2/2018.
                    Since i have installed the app withdraw option wont show up.
                    It says me to try lower amount. I have tried 1000 as well, it still wont allow me to pay.
                    How much low do i need to try, 1 rupee?

                    I added 10k to my wallet on (12/02/2018). And i wanted to send my friend some money urgently. But i could'bt send. Its showing transaction failed, please try a lower amount or try after 3 days. Its quite urgent and im shocked to see such a technical break. Kindly help me out.

                      I have paid the ola cancellation fee twice and i got the msg frm my bank but ola is saying that you have to pay the cancellation fee... D amount of 150 was debited from my account twice
                      Ola isnt showing anything like cancellation fee or what... Its only showing pay ur cancellation fees... Though i've paid it twice...
                      Can u plz look in this issue as soon as u can???

                        Rs. 500 got debited from my bank account but was not transferred to ola money on 17 feb 2017. I got a message from the bank saying the money has been debited but i can't find any mention of it whatsoever on ola money.

                        I did another transaction of rs. 500 immediately after, which was successful and reflected in ola money. Can you please resolve this as soon as possible?

                          I have added 1999 to ola money from my credit card on 17 feb 2018 and tried to transfer the amount but message reflecting that transaction is blocked and try lower amount after three days. And iam in very urgent need plz try resolve it on urgent basis. Please do it on urgent basis as i want to return the amount to my friend. So please do the needful.

                              I made a payment using ola money to book a ticket in ksrtc. Money was deducted from my ola money account but i didn't receive the ticket, and when i contacted ksrtc they said they have not received the payment. Kindly do the needful.                                 I tried to add rs.250 in ola money after kyc compliance the amount was deducted from my bank but still not received in ola money. That kind of problem is faced from such a wallet is miserable.

                                It is the incident of 25/01/2018. Kindly add the money or return my money as soon as possible. So much of inconvenience is faced due to this.

                                Please note that, the refill transaction of Rs. 250/- was failed on payment portal.

                                In case, if the amount was deducted from bank, the same will be automatically refunded back to your bank account within 7-10 business days as per the standard banking procedure.

                                If the same is not reflecting post the given timeline, kindly share the bank statement from the date of transaction to till date, so that we can escalate the same.

                                In reference to my previous complaint your executive called me and asked me for transaction details and then he asked me to share my bank details and when i refused to do so he disconnected the call with out any reason of asking details.

                                Such a poor experience of your customer support.

                                And still my complaint is not resolved its about 22 days since transaction took place and you dnt have any reason for this and no solution for this.

                                Just refund my money and don't make more delay or just refund my money with interest till you refund it as i had a loss if that too.

                                  I was using ola money to pay for my products i was purchasing from (Furtados online) half an hour back.

                                  Though the money was deducted from my wallet showing a successful transaction but no order was placed. Items are still left in the cart.

                                    Hi, my name is akriti jeena ([protected]). I tried recharging ola money by an amount of rs.999 thrice on 11th feb 2018. The money got deducted from the account three times. The transaction failed first 2 times and then it was successful in 3rd transaction.
                                    Usually the money in such cases are refunded my next day itself but now it has been 2 days and i have not received the refund (Rs. 999 * 2 = rs. 1998).
                                    I am unable to contact their customer service on the numbers that were mentioned on this site.
                                    Please help me out in this matter as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      On 07.01.2018 I have recharged in OLA account with an amount of Rs.599.00 vide reference no. [protected]IGACRHNKC2 and payment was made for Rs.390.00 from Indira Gandhi Airport to State Bank Academy-Gurukul, Gurgoan. The unspent balance Rs.209.00 not refunded to me and card was blocked. I have written mail to OLA support vide request ticket no. 82335204 and reply mail our team is looking it right now.
                                      2. And on 17.01.2018 Mr.Avinash G( Ola Money), your account is zero.
                                      3. On 18.01.2018 received a mail from Sunita Chettri(Ola Money) that you have taken a ride for Rs.348.00 on 16.01.2018 at 08.18 pm and there after there is no txn. To my surprise my town do not have OLA services Berhampur -Odisha(760001) and also on 16.01.2018 I was in Office at SBI Regional Business Office-II, Berhampur.
                                      4. On 21.01.2018 I have mailed to Ola Support but they said we are looking.
                                      It is already more than one month sir.

                                        I am writing you in regard of amount debited from my sbi account by some hacker to his ola account. I call one of your customer
                                        executive they ask me to write an email with all the details.
                                        Details of the transaction:

                                        Kindlly look through your system and please block this money so that the hacker cannot use it.
