money not yet credited

I recharged a bsnl no. [protected] from ola money wallet on november 1 2017 bt the recharge was not successful. The recharge amount was rs.50. And till now the money has not been debited... It already more than 2 months that i didn't rciv my money so plzzzzzzz credit my money as soon as possible. Its a 50rs recharge so plz credit it as soon as possible....

recharge for vodafone number

On 1st jan 2018, i had recharged an amount of rs 96/- for vodafone no - [protected] but the neither the net pack was activated nor the any refund was credited back to the wallet for the failed online transaction. I shall be highly obliged if you can take some prompt action either to do the recharge or to refund my money back.

ola money failed, transaction with irctc refund awaited

I have tried to book a rail ticket on irctc site through payment mode as ola money on 02/01/2018. My ola money account mobile no. Is [protected], debited by rs. 218.3/- but ticket not booked through irctc. Transaction no. Doll-22my-chnq dated 02/01/2018. Refund still awaited from ola money to my account.
So you are requested to see the matter.

money deducted twice from the ola money wallet

This complaint is in regard to two incidents which occurred on 30th of dec 2018, while i used ola cab services, first bill was about rs 524/- and next bill on the same day was rs. 116/-
In both the cases when i paid the cab driver the money it got deducted from my ola money wallet but it did not get credited in the drivers' wallet. Due to which again i had to pay cash to both the driver.

I had made an attempt for a cash transaction at 11:57 on 1st january (Reference number: [protected]) of the amount 2000 the bank confirmed the transfer but the app itself froze and now it shows that there is no money credited in my ola wallet.
Plis inform how to fix this problem and do credit that amount as it is important as soon as possible....

online fraud - siphoning money from canara bank account number (using otp)

money debited transaction failed

I have a bank account with hdfc noida sector 18 branch.
I was putting rs.10, 000 money in ola wallet from my hdfc bank account via net banking.
After the otp was confirmed, transaction was shown to be unsuccessful.
This is why i tried to do it again.
I repeated the process and this time it was successful but rs.20000 (Sum of both transactions, two times 10k) was debited from by bank towards ola, but only rs.10000...

transfer from ola wallet to bank

I transferred rs 200/- from my ola monet wallet to by bank account linked with my registered mobile number. I followed the procedure guided by the app.
The amount has been deducted from my wallet including the charges on 24th december 2017.
The net transfer amount has not received in bank account or ola account related to the registered mobile number.
Kindly respond asap.

beware ola credit services - no response and fraud transaction

I had requested ola credit services deactivate on 24 dec ticket (Ticket[protected] but no response or deactivation was done.

On 30 december someone in thane used my ola credit services (Rs 330) while i was at my home in mumbai. Its real security risk and the transaction has been put under my ola credit.

I have again requested to deactivate the ola credit services, which i feel is very un-secure and unsafe.br...

money has been deducted from bank but not showing in ola money

I had recharged for about 200 rupees from my bank account to ola money on 23rd december around 23:45. The money has been deducted from the bank account but it is not showing in ola money. I had got otp for the same and was verified. After that the money was debited from my account and was not updated in my ola account. So i would kindly request you to refund the money or update in ola money asap....

transaction failed and money did not credit to account

It has been 17 days now but no action was taken from ola money team
The issue is still unresolved.

Issue: the amount rs599 has been deducted during adding money to ola wallet, the transaction failed but money could not refunded to my account. They replied once by stating that money has been already refunded but when i cross checked it was not actually refunded. For proof i have also sent screenshot to them but afterwards...

money reduced from my bank account but not added in ola money

I have added 3000 and 3050 rs in my ola money at 14 dec 2017. That money reduced from my bank account but not added in ola money and i did not get refend in my bank account also till today after 10 days waiting.
Because i read in faq money will refend in your bank account in 10 days but i did not get any thing till today.

I have transferred money but it's not showing in my ola money

Yesterday evening for the first time i had installed ola money. I transferred 300 rs from my hdfc account through net banking. The transaction was complete and even got the deduction msg. I even checked in my account. 300 rs was deducted from my account but it's not showing in my ola money account. This is seriously not done.. I want my money back....

the driver is claiming that he hasn't received the money.. i want my deducted charge back..

I took a ride from which was costing me 92 rs. I was having a balance of 8rs.in my ola money account and the driver charged it. For the rest of the balance i added an amount of 84rs and paid to him. He was arrogantly claiming that he hasn't received the money and also that he wants the money now. He was shouting and also threating us for the payment. So i have paid him 84rs.in cash also.

Please charge back his account and credit...

paid cash still ola money got deducted

For the ride taken on 18th of december, cash payment was done but still ola money also got deducted. When i was going to book a cab today, i came to know that it got deducted (Despite of cash payment being done).
The driver says ola is not going to transfer money to him as he was able to see method as cash. Ola says it won't help at all in this case as i didn't complain within 3 days. Who keeps checking ola money got deducted or not?br...

I transferred money from my bank account to my ola money account 2 times on 15th dec and the amount was deducted both the time from my account. That is 600 and 600. But it was didn't add on my ola money account. And i didn't recieved my refund also till date (25th dec). Please resolve the issue and return me my amount as soon as possible. , i transferred money from my ola money account ([protected]) to my indian bank account on dec 21 mrng 12 am. Rs.149 was the amount. Once done, the transaction shown pending. But after sometime, it was seem to be successful. But the amount is not reflected in my bank account. My ola money account also does not have that amount. ola money not added but deducted from account

I made a transaction on 12th december from my axis bank debit card. Amount of 200 has been deducted from my card but the same was not added in ola money.
Its been a longer than a week and the i did not get any refund.
This is very disappointing and not expected.
