I have opted for ola auto today morning and should pay amount in the form of cash. But i transferred the amount from another mobile number from which i did not book the auto. Now the issue is the auto driver received the amount through both paytm and ola money (Which is transferred from other number) which means i have paid twice. So i need the amount to be transferred back.

    I paid inr 642 to domino's pizza via ola money today (22/01/2018), the amount gets deducted from my ola money, but it has not reached to domino's pizza. Hence i have to pay inr 642 via cash to domino's pizza via delivery boy. Hence request to reverse the ola money transaction of inr 642 which i made for domino's pizza to my ola money back.

        I had made a payment of Rs.2849.00 to Carzippi today and the same was debited from my account, with transaction successful . But, Carzippy says that the payment failed at Bank end.

            I have done online ola money recharge (Money in) of 599 inr for my ola cab account linked with mobile number +91 [protected] (Rahul more) on 09.01.2018 at 11:12 am. The amount has been deducted from my net banking account but the ola money is showing zero balance.
            In the attachment, you can find the account statement from my bank with deduction of 599 rupees and zero balance of ola money account after recharge. Kindly transfer the recharge amount at earliest to my ola cab account or return to the net banking account.
            Ps: i am having travelling plans for today. So your quick action is highly appreciated.

              Request #687641 was raised that failed transaction for recharging ola money was processed for ₹599/- on 21/12/2017. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my ola money account.
              I immediately filed a complaint 2 days after thinking the money would get credited to my bank account or la money. But nothing happened till date.
              The dumb customer support just sends replies to my query saying they see the transaction happened and money would be refunded to my bank account in7-10 days. But till date nothing happened. After 7-10 days i again replied to their earlier email saying money was not credited till date and the incompetent customer support replies with their standard email that i received the first time saying the money would be credited in the next 7-10 days.

              Now i am initiating a legal case against ola and all its entities in india for fraud, cheating and theft of money. Ola needs to learn some lessons so that at least they have a live person to speak to at least for complaints.

              Please ignore..just checked bank statement. Money credited. At least they should have courtesy to inform that the money was sent back to my bank account.

                I have done a recharge on a mobile number on 5 jan, 2018, but mistakenly i have selected wrong operator. Because of this the payment can not be completed. It is showing as pending in history. I need to cancel that payment and refund the money back to ola wallet.

                I was trying to recharge Ola money it didn't happen three times and on the fourth it was successful and it showed the balance seconds I get a message from my banking stating that once again the same amount has been debited and the Ola app does not show this amount which was added second time.

Suddenly i saw that my wallet debited for a transaction through tapzo for 4990/- which i have not done. I complained regarding this many time to tapzo but they didn't refunded my money back to my ola wallet.
                  So my request to ola that they help me and refund my money.

                    I deposited rs. 199/- in ola account on 8th may 2017 and after some time i got to know that my account is blocked by ola. Initially i thought it is for 24 hours. But after 24 hrs. Ola replied that there might be some fraudulent activity in my account but what activity is done that they are not aware. I assured them that there is no fraudulent activity even though they have neither refunded my amount nor they reactivated my account so far.

                    Ola is fraud company. Uber is best in service and cost both.

                      I recharged a bsnl no. [protected] from ola money wallet on november 1 2017 bt the recharge was not successful. The recharge amount was rs.50. And till now the money has not been debited... It already more than 2 months that i didn't rciv my money so plzzzzzzz credit my money as soon as possible. Its a 50rs recharge so plz credit it as soon as possible.
                      Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Rs. 1500 from my OLA Money Wallet has been transferred to wrong Account ...the money has been debited from my OLA money balance. I would like to reverse this transfer. I even tried to call this Account number; however I get the message that this number is not working.
                      My bank account was deducted twice by amount rs 122 (ie total rs 244) but my ola money wallet got credited only once.
                      Kindly look into this.

                          I have tried to book a rail ticket on irctc site through payment mode as ola money on 02/01/2018. My ola money account mobile no. Is [protected], debited by rs. 218.3/- but ticket not booked through irctc. Transaction​ no. Doll-22my-chnq dated 02/01/2018. Refund still awaited from ola money to my account.
                          So you are requested to see the matter.

                            This complaint is in regard to two incidents which occurred on 30th of dec 2018, while i used ola cab services, first bill was about rs 524/- and next bill on the same day was rs. 116/-
                            In both the cases when i paid the cab driver the money it got deducted from my ola money wallet but it did not get credited in the drivers' wallet. Due to which again i had to pay cash to both the driver.
                            I waited for 24hrs thinking it was a network error and it might get credited back in my account but unfortunately it has not.
                            I would like to understand and have the ola money return my debited cash back to me at the earliest.

                              I had made an attempt for a cash transaction at 11:57 on 1st january (Reference number: [protected]) of the amount 2000 the bank confirmed the transfer but the app itself froze and now it shows that there is no money credited in my ola wallet.

                                This is to inform you that yesterday i. E., 30/12/2017 at around 3:35 p. M., there was 1 fraudulent transfer of rs. 8000/-, from my bank account to ola money wallet o[censored]nknown criminal.

                                The details of my bank account are:-

                                3. Name - mrs. Minati mitra

                                4. Contact/registered number - [protected]

                                1. Contact number 1 - [protected] (Seems to be switched off since yesterday)

                                2. Contact number 2 - [protected] (Seems to be still active)

                                Request to immediately bar this transaction, and help me recover the amount.

                                I have initiated simultaneous complaints/processes with:-

                                1. Canara bank customer care - freeze account/atm card

                                2. Local branch manager - telephonic communication of the loss (Formal in-person complaint to be lodged tomorrow i. E., monday 01/01/2018)

                                  I have a bank account with hdfc noida sector 18 branch.
                                  I was putting rs.10, 000 money in ola wallet from my hdfc bank account via net banking.
                                  After the otp was confirmed, transaction was shown to be unsuccessful.
                                  This is why i tried to do it again.
                                  I repeated the process and this time it was successful but rs.20000 (Sum of both transactions, two times 10k) was debited from by bank towards ola, but only rs.10000 is shown in the ola money wallet.

                                  Please initiate refund as soon as possible

                                    I transferred rs 200/- from my ola monet wallet to by bank account linked with my registered mobile number. I followed the procedure guided by the app.
                                    The amount has been deducted from my wallet including the charges on 24th december 2017.
                                    The net transfer amount has not received in bank account or ola account related to the registered mobile number.
                                    Kindly respond asap.

                                        I had requested ola credit services deactivate on 24 dec ticket (Ticket[protected] but no response or deactivation was done.

                                        On 30 december someone in thane used my ola credit services (Rs 330) while i was at my home in mumbai. Its real security risk and the transaction has been put under my ola credit.

                                        I have again requested to deactivate the ola credit services, which i feel is very un-secure and unsafe.

                                        No complain management system and no one picks the phone. I feel trapped as every week they deduct some money.

                                        Its a trap, which you will repent, if you get into. Please beware.
