I did a transaction on IRCTC today and I used OLA money to make the payment the transaction failed and ticket was not booked however the amount was debited from my OLA money account..

Please refund the amount as the purchase was not successful... If required I can submit IRCTC transaction failed message details...

      Hi,

      I transferred an amount of rs.5000 to ola money but while trying to withdraw it, showing an error message which is hindering the payment.
      Please find a solution to this as i'm in an emergency.

      It was transferred yesterday (10/02/18) and it's showing an error stating 3 days of postponement of transfer.
      Let me know a customer care number on which i contact.

      I am Ayush Agarwal using the ola money app. I need to transfer the ola money to the bank for some reason but the app does not display the withdraw option button on the homepage of the app.I am using the latest version of the app but what is the problem with the app and the ola money app team i don't know.
      I recahrged my ola money account through bank account but the money was not credited in my ola money account. i have full details and proof to verify.

        I tried to add rs.250 in ola money after kyc compliance the amount was deducted from my bank but still not received in ola money. That kind of problem is faced from such a wallet is miserable.

        It is the incident of 25/01/2018. Kindly add the money or return my money as soon as possible. So much of inconvenience is faced due to this.

          Hi, I am alankrita ([protected]@gmail.com) I paid the money for rowme online shopping by using payu with Ola money and my amount has been deducted 2 times but there is no transaction history on Ola money also and no order has been placed so, if order has placed please return the one time money otherwise please return the full money. I am adding the picture also in which the amount of 1376 rs has deducted 2 time. Please return the money as soon as possible.

          I have transferred 10000 to ola money app but not able to withdraw nor transfer from past 2days trying to contact you but RNR.
          Worst service from ola app customer end not able to contact them at all.

              My OLA account has got refreshed and the OLA Money is missing. I was asked to re-login to the Account. The last ride I took was CRN[protected].
              I added Rs. 599 in my Ola money get confirmation through bank that 599 has debited from account still my Ola balance showing zero balance so what to do let me know this is happening with me second time... Is there any problem with Ola money ... why this is happening again and again ...
              I am not able to withdraw left over amount from ola money. Every time transaction getting failed error

                  Via ola money, i had placed withdrawal request of rs. 299.49
                  But its showing transaction successful but still not received money in my account.

                  This is my first experience of withdrawal but its one of the worest experience.
                  Requesting you please increase customer touch point, if this kindly of incident happened with any other person then how to contact to ola.

                        It was 27th january 11:40am.
                        I tried to add money to ola money using hdfc netbanking on android phone.
                        I got following message from hdfc after submitting otp"your session is invalid. Please try after some time". I also simultaneously received sms from bank that rs1999/has been deducted. This money is not credited to ola money wallet.
                        I have raised compliant to bank. Hdfc bank officer replied that money has been transferred from bank. It can maximum take 5 working days.

                          I had used Ola money for paying my ielts fees and money got deducted from my account but according to the British council my money hasn't reached them. I would like to know where my money went and when I will get it back. I trust Ola money that is why I used the app as a payment method, please do something about this or else I will have to take serious measure.

                            Someone has call to my another mobile number which is linked with my union bank account number and asked otp, my mother can not understand any matter and told him otp. After this 5000/- rupees transferred from my account. When i seen my transaction details i contact to my bank, they said that this money transfer to ola account, so you can contact ola service provider. I requested to you pls give me more details about ola transaction[protected] and stop the any further transaction of this ola account.

                              ola money complaint about recharge amount being deducted from bank account but ola money is not showing any balance

                              I have done online ola money recharge (Money in) of 999 inr for my ola cab account linked with mobile number +91 [protected] (Nivid mantri) on 26.01.2018. The amount has been deducted from my debit card but the ola money is showing zero balance.
                              Kindly transfer the recharge amount at earliest to my ola cab account or return to the bank account please.
                              I am having travelling plans for today. So your quick action is highly appreciated....

                              I care a damn how many devices i am logged into... Just refund my money i have loaded. Not able to talk to your customer service numbers, as they are always busy. Open a category ""#in refund me". Your auto drivers dont want to come if its ola money. Your cab drivers dont want to come if its ola #in money... Then why have an app for it and loot people, when it cant be used you # of a grade.. Shut the # up and refund my account... You #in # who are worth a piece of #. _i_ to the owners...                               I can't withdraw money from Ola money, it says it is blocked

                              I am tired of with your service. Specially your app. First case It is Booking two cab at same time. And when I picked first cab second cab cancellation charged me. Here is referance of it CRN 44778288. Second case your cab Driver was not coming and ask me to cancel and then you again charged me. CRN 38497121. It is disgusting service ever.
                              I have repeatedly tried to transfer my money which has been stuck in Ola Wallet (Money) since the past week and it always shows that an error has occurred. I need the Ola money to be transferred into my bank account immediately or I'll be forced to take stricter actions against the company.                                   I Chose ola money while booking ticket in irctc app.
                                  I got mesaage as money will be refunded due to technical issue we could not book your ticket.
                                  After 10 min i got another message you paid 111 rs to irctc partner. And displayed my balance amount.

                                  From my side : Ticket is not booked.
                                  So i need the refund amount.
                                  Please look into this issue asap

                                    Hi my ola money of rs 600 has been transferred to a wrong number ([protected]).
                                    I want to reverse it back. I also tried calling that number and they confirmed that they do not use ola and they don’t have this number registered with ola so they are unable to reverse back.
                                    Please revert the amount of 600 re back into my ola account [protected]
                                    Please help asap.
