For the ride taken on 18th of december, cash payment was done but still ola money also got deducted. When i was going to book a cab today, i came to know that it got deducted (Despite of cash payment being done).
The driver says ola is not going to transfer money to him as he was able to see method as cash. Ola says it won't help at all in this case as i didn't complain within 3 days. Who keeps checking ola money got deducted or not?
Fraud company, and there attitude towards customer is pathetic.
