recharge failed but bank a/c got debited

Please note that rs 599/- got debited from my bank a/c vide sequence no.[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my ola money a/c. Again i need to recharge with rs 599 and same is processed. Therefore request you to arrange for a refund of rs 599/- the transaction was made on 19th dec at 22:05 pm. Which got failed. Subsequently another transaction was made which was successful. As a result my a/c is debited twice with the same amount....

I have attached my complaint copy to cybercrime department about how i lost rs.7500 to ola money. It all started with 400rs and i had to escalate to the customer care regarding the failed transaction. Ultimately, they looted by 7500rs from my indian bank account on dec 14, 2017. See the attached complaint copy for more details. Please take necessary action and get my money back to my bank account ending 296....

My name is vishal chourasiya i have try to transfer ₹1380/- on 15/12/2017 to ola money account but the transaction was not successful and the money was deducted from my bank account against reference no. Igacnyczm4 there is no customer care mail i'd or contact no. For ola money customer service.

Also refund my money as soon as possible.

money deducted from bank but not reflecting in ola money app - bad request

I tried recharging a mobile no through ola app, balance was 0 so i added money from axis bank. Once details n atm pin was given, money was deducted from bank but app showed bad request.
I again tried add 100 rs to valet from axis bank but again same issue..
So i. Supposed to get rs.195/-
Hope it will be credited back to account or ola app...

ola money transactions fail but amount deducted from bank account

My name is sandesh, transferred ₹1000/- to my ola money account from my sbi bank account 12/12/2017. This amount is deducted from my account but it is not transferred to my ola money account. I was in some emergency since this transaction failed i had to face some inconvenience. I am very much unhappy with the service. I hope that i get my hard earned money back to my account....

amount transfer from ola money to bank account

Today morning at 12:15 am, i transferred money from my ola money account ([protected]) to my indian bank account. Rs.400 was the amount. Once done, the transaction shown pending. But after sometime, it was seem to be successful. But the amount is not reflected in my bank account. My ola money account also does not have that amount. Please check into the issue and refund my money quickly. I need it urgently....

money transferred to wrong account

Dear sir,

My mobile [protected].

I have transferred money to idea for recharge on 8th dec. Transaction id ola-logo[protected].

Instead of recharge, money was used to buy data pack which i never asked for. Since then i have been following up but no response.

Please look in to this and cancel the transaction immediately.

Will appreciate if some timelines are given...

I attempted transferring money from net banking to ola money. Amount has been debited from my account but not transferred to ola money.
You can see the reference no mention below amount being deducted 2 times while the recharge was done.

amount debited from bank but not added in ola money

I attempted transferring money from my card to ola money. Amount has been debited from my card but not transferred to ola money.
In images you can see the amount being deducted 2 times while the recharge was done a single time.
I am waiting for my refund here and i can't even contact them as they don't seem to have customer care helpline.
This is really helplessly sad....

Actually i booked a ola auto at 10/12/2017 7:11 pm i was waiting for auto but we didn't received call or nothing. So i was tryied to call driver but he didnot pick up the call and at 7:16 pm he picked the call and shoutinf at me in bad (Otha * - tamil bad word) for not coming and impolite & uneducated. And then he cancelled the pick up

But actually he didnot reached the pickup place. Then why i have to bear the cancellation...

money looting by ola

Driver took 500rs from me didnt had change fare was 55 rs, so driver said for the remaining money you need to contact support but now they are refusing to do the same.
This company is looting people, and they dont trust there customers at all the reply that i got from ola was pathetic, completely you are plundering us and not returning our money......

transfer from one ola money account to another ola money account is pending

I have transferred money (Rs. 599) from my ola money account with no. [protected] to another account. But transfer is showing pending in both of the account while it has been deducted from the donor account. It is to be noted that i have already submitted e-kyc in ola app.

I request to ola team to return the deducted amount or kindly suggest the solution to get back the transferred amount in either of the donor or receiver account.br...

I tried to upload inr 250.00 to ola money today. Amount was debited from my bank a/c but it was not added in ola money. I got error message as transaction failed after it was debited from my a/c. (Further details: dear customer, purchase of inr 250.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx1353 on[protected]. Info: iin*i-debit*ola.)
Please do the needful, since it may disappoint the customers.

Took ola cab on 6 december at 2:24pm from howrah station ola stand to go to landsdowne manor, 2/8b, sarat bose road.

money debited from my card but not credited to ola money account

I had recharged my ola money account (Tel no [protected]) on 16.10.17, two times with rs 1999 each. The amount credited to ola money was only once but twice the money was debited from my card.

Bank has confirmed that both transaction were successful and have given the transaction details asking me to get in touch with merchant. Mail from bank is reproduced below

need help to route ola money to correct number

Hi,

I made an error while transferring money to[protected]. I accidentally typed[protected]. Rs 250 transferred but it's showing pending and i am unable to retrieve the money. Please help.

I have searched everywhere in the app but unable to find any option to correct any manual error. Why is that? Pls help?
Also why would you not give an option to call an associate at office so that we can call...

So i used ola money for the first time. I booked a share cab from mrk bike point, horamavu, bangalore to byapanahalli metro station. The amount was 35. I added rs.35 to my ola wallet and i didn't know how it worked, so i didn't bother to pay through the app, instead i have the driver rs.35 from my hand.
