I have added 3000 and 3050 rs in my ola money at 14 dec 2017. That money reduced from my bank account but not added in ola money and i did not get refend in my bank account also till today after 10 days waiting.
Because i read in faq money will refend in your bank account in 10 days but i did not get any thing till today.

    Yesterday evening for the first time i had installed ola money. I transferred 300 rs from my hdfc account through net banking. The transaction was complete and even got the deduction msg. I even checked in my account. 300 rs was deducted from my account but it's not showing in my ola money account. This is seriously not done.. I want my money back.

      I took a ride from which was costing me 92 rs. I was having a balance of 8rs.in my ola money account and the driver charged it. For the rest of the balance i added an amount of 84rs and paid to him. He was arrogantly claiming that he hasn't received the money and also that he wants the money now. He was shouting and also threating us for the payment. So i have paid him 84rs.in cash also.

      Please charge back his account and credit mine and from the next time, please hire some decent drivers who maintain the standard of your company

      I have top up my ola money wallet through internet banking, since my amount is deducted from my bank account but same is not credited in ola money so plz kindly arrange the refund or provide the balance in ola money

      I have the ola money app in my Moto G phone, but i want to download the same i my Redmi phone.

      The app is getting downloaded but not opening.

        For the ride taken on 18th of december, cash payment was done but still ola money also got deducted. When i was going to book a cab today, i came to know that it got deducted (Despite of cash payment being done).
        The driver says ola is not going to transfer money to him as he was able to see method as cash. Ola says it won't help at all in this case as i didn't complain within 3 days. Who keeps checking ola money got deducted or not?
        Fraud company, and there attitude towards customer is pathetic.

          I transferred money from my bank account to my ola money account 2 times on 15th dec and the amount was deducted both the time from my account. That is 600 and 600. But it was didn't add on my ola money account. And i didn't recieved my refund also till date (25th dec). Please resolve the issue and return me my amount as soon as possible.             , i transferred money from my ola money account ([protected]) to my indian bank account on dec 21 mrng 12 am. Rs.149 was the amount. Once done, the transaction shown pending. But after sometime, it was seem to be successful. But the amount is not reflected in my bank account. My ola money account also does not have that amount. Please check into the issue and refund my money quickly.

              I made a transaction on 12th december from my axis bank debit card. Amount of 200 has been deducted from my card but the same was not added in ola money.
              Its been a longer than a week and the i did not get any refund.
              This is very disappointing and not expected.

                Please note that rs 599/- got debited from my bank a/c vide sequence no.[protected] but the amount is not reflecting in my ola money a/c. Again i need to recharge with rs 599 and same is processed. Therefore request you to arrange for a refund of rs 599/- the transaction was made on 19th dec at 22:05 pm. Which got failed. Subsequently another transaction was made which was successful. As a result my a/c is debited twice with the same amount. Request you to arrange refund of one amount

                  I have attached my complaint copy to cybercrime department about how i lost rs.7500 to ola money. It all started with 400rs and i had to escalate to the customer care regarding the failed transaction. Ultimately, they looted by 7500rs from my indian bank account on dec 14, 2017. See the attached complaint copy for more details. Please take necessary action and get my money back to my bank account ending 296.

                              I have transferred money to idea for recharge on 8th dec. Transaction id ola-logo[protected].

                              Instead of recharge, money was used to buy data pack which i never asked for. Since then i have been following up but no response.

                              Please look in to this and cancel the transaction immediately.

                                You can see the reference no mention below amount being deducted 2 times while the recharge was done.

                                    Actually i booked a ola auto at 10/12/2017 7:11 pm i was waiting for auto but we didn't received call or nothing. So i was tryied to call driver but he didnot pick up the call and at 7:16 pm he picked the call and shoutinf at me in bad (Otha * - tamil bad word) for not coming and impolite & uneducated. And then he cancelled the pick up

                                    But actually he didnot reached the pickup place. Then why i have to bear the cancellation charges. So retrieve my cancellation charge.

                                    We are not your servants to scoldings from everyone and we are paying for your services so i need immediate action or else i am going to put a case in court on ola company to compensation for insulating me in bad words. I have evidence for all the things.

                                      Driver took 500rs from me didnt had change fare was 55 rs, so driver said for the remaining money you need to contact support but now they are refusing to do the same.

                                      only One time Rs 1999/- is credited in Ola Money
                                      BUT
                                      From my Axis Bank account 3 times 1999/- is debited; Where this unsuccessful amount is gone?

                                        I have transferred money (Rs. 599) from my ola money account with no. [protected] to another account. But transfer is showing pending in both of the account while it has been deducted from the donor account. It is to be noted that i have already submitted e-kyc in ola app.

                                        I request to ola team to return the deducted amount or kindly suggest the solution to get back the transferred amount in either of the donor or receiver account.

                                        Please note that the Peer to Peer transfer of Rs.599/- was not successful as the number was not registered at the time of money transfer. Kindly note that the money transfer happens instantly only when the Initiator and beneficiary is active at the time of money transfer.

                                        Kindly note that the amount is successfully retracted to beneficiary's account.We request you to check your Ola money wallet for the same.

                                        I got the amount in my ola money account. But still withdraw option is not available in the app while I have updated my E-kyc.

                                        Dear team, I am unable to see balance transfer in my wallet kindly resolve this issue ASAP . My money get stuck resolve ASAP.
