Actually i booked a ola auto at 10/12/2017 7:11 pm i was waiting for auto but we didn't received call or nothing. So i was tryied to call driver but he didnot pick up the call and at 7:16 pm he picked the call and shoutinf at me in bad (Otha * - tamil bad word) for not coming and impolite & uneducated. And then he cancelled the pick up

But actually he didnot reached the pickup place. Then why i have to bear the cancellation charges. So retrieve my cancellation charge.

We are not your servants to scoldings from everyone and we are paying for your services so i need immediate action or else i am going to put a case in court on ola company to compensation for insulating me in bad words. I have evidence for all the things.

A fraud transaction made by mobile no. [protected] through zip cash debited to ola money for an amount of rs.500/- on 27.10.2017 at 06.05 hrs.

Money deduct from bank account but ola money account not refile

    Driver took 500rs from me didnt had change fare was 55 rs, so driver said for the remaining money you need to contact support but now they are refusing to do the same.
    This company is looting people, and they dont trust there customers at all the reply that i got from ola was pathetic, completely you are plundering us and not returning our money...

      I have transferred money (Rs. 599) from my ola money account with no. [protected] to another account. But transfer is showing pending in both of the account while it has been deducted from the donor account. It is to be noted that i have already submitted e-kyc in ola app.

      I request to ola team to return the deducted amount or kindly suggest the solution to get back the transferred amount in either of the donor or receiver account.

        I tried to upload inr 250.00 to ola money today. Amount was debited from my bank a/c but it was not added in ola money. I got error message as transaction failed after it was debited from my a/c. (Further details: dear customer, purchase of inr 250.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx1353 on[protected]. Info: iin*i-debit*ola.)
        Please do the needful, since it may disappoint the customers.

        Hi, yesterday i tried checking withdrawal option and transferred 100/- rs to my account.though amount has been deducted from ola money (transaction ID D09C- GN4D-9Z9N) but not yet has been credited to my account. Also my withdrawal option has been disabled. Please do the needful.

            I had recharged my ola money account (Tel no [protected]) on 16.10.17, two times with rs 1999 each. The amount credited to ola money was only once but twice the money was debited from my card.

            Bank has confirmed that both transaction were successful and have given the transaction details asking me to get in touch with merchant. Mail from bank is reproduced below

            Quote"we understand from your mail that you have certain reservations regarding the aforesaid transaction. We would like to confirm that the transaction have been processed successfully to your card account from our end basis the instruction received from the merchant. Details of the transactions processed to your card account are given below for your reference.

              I made an error while transferring money to[protected]. I accidentally typed[protected]. Rs 250 transferred but it's showing pending and i am unable to retrieve the money. Please help.

              I have searched everywhere in the app but unable to find any option to correct any manual error. Why is that? Pls help?
              Also why would you not give an option to call an associate at office so that we can call and inquire.

              Thank you. But please follow up. There has been a fraud call today morning. They said they deal with your money related thing. A guy called today morning around 8 and said will be reverting the payment, further when he asked for card number and stuff, further to which he was asking from the OTP from bank I figure there is a fraud and cut the call. Also, I got very sure there is some play in between when he called my wifes' number instead of reaching my phone.

              http://web.wibmo.com/ -- this is their portal and I got the messages for OTP and stuff in this. I have registered a complaint. He called from [protected].

              Please you can't let these frauds run astray and play with us. I could be wrong, but then will an associate from OLA or any such company for that matter call up so early in the morning and ask for card details instead of confirming bank account. So, also call the number posted for complain instead of calling me??

                So i used ola money for the first time. I booked a share cab from mrk bike point, horamavu, bangalore to byapanahalli metro station. The amount was 35. I added rs.35 to my ola wallet and i didn't know how it worked, so i didn't bother to pay through the app, instead i have the driver rs.35 from my hand. But later on when i was trying to book a cab from yelachanahalli metro station, i saw that the rs.35 in my ola account was gone. I need a refund of rs.35 because i did not use it anywhere and i also paid the other cab driver from my hand.

                        Whenever i use ola wallet to add money to it from my bank account it always takes more than expected. When i give to take 5.16 rs it hikes it to 6 rs when i am authenticating the transaction. However the 0.84 paise is saved in ola wallet. But why is ola taking my money in this way. This is worst e-money can handle paise also. I will goto consumer court and lodge a complaint.

                          Yesterday morning i have recharged my ola money with 100 rupees which is not yet received into my account by axis net banking... And money has been deducted from bank account account.. I lost my money from account.. When i checked it is showing as money has been deducted.. When checked in the ola money it's still the same showing previous balance.. I want my money back or my ola mony wallet...

                          YESTERDAY, 25th November morning around 6:00 clock. I tried to add 400 rupees to my ola money. But the wallet was still 0. I thought may b it takes some time to credit it in the account. But it has been a day. And still the balance is 0. The money was deducted from bank account at that time only. I need a refund.
                          I have transferred ola money of Rs200 /_ fron ola money app to bank account and shown as successful transaction on Monday 27/11/17 8.47 am .But today 1/12/17 the amount is not credited to my bank account which is transferred ola money app

                              I hv already raised a ticket (Ticket[protected] on nov 6 regarding unauthorised access to my account. The person had changed my email id and then mobile number.
                              On raising the issue to ola customer care ; i managed to know that his name is lohith and mobile number 9*

                              The last booking i used ola money was on nov 3 for crn[protected] for rs. 86.
                              2. I was not able to log in my account on nov 4 and the ola app was registering my mobile number ([protected]) as a new user.
                              3. At this point of time if you try to see my account under this mobile number it shows blank and my entire rides etc have been erased off.
                              4. I have record of all my emails / invoices etc and i have attached a few for your reference in the emails sent with the ticket #.

                              * i need to raise this as an big security issue because some one has been able to do this to my account - he can or is doing it with so many other users.
                              *i also need to ensure my ola balance is restored back asap.

                                    Hi, my entire family uses the ola app for our daily commute and we were happy with it too, until recently when my dad's ola app got blocked. This was on 9th november, 2017, and we couldn't even open the app to check anything because it just stated that "the account has been blocked either temporarily or permanently" and that we need to contact ola support for the same. He also had rs. 1800/- of ola money saved in his ola wallet to use for daily commute. We called on ola customer care number and informed them regarding the same. They were clueless regarding the same and said it has happened through the system directly, and they cannot help us. They asked us to wait for 3 days and asked us to mail on [protected]@olacabs.com and [protected]@olacabs.com and even though my dad isn't that tech savvy and doesn't know how to use mails, i did it for him from his mail id. We got an automated reply saying that we will get back after 24-48 hours. After more than 3 days we got a revert saying that the account has been blocked permanently. On asking for the reason for the same, they did not have an answer. And when we asked for the ola money to be transferred back in our account, and mailed on [protected]@zipcash.in and [protected]@olamoney.com 8 days back, there has been no reply for the same. This is highly disappointing. This is the final and last communication we are trying to have with
                                    Ola to either unblock the app for mobile number - [protected] - or transfer rs. 1800/- into our bank account. We will not hesitate to go legal for the same. This is an absolute unacceptable behaviour exhibited by ola and we are not going to let it go. Thanks!

                                      My ola money wallet had around 1000/- and now the wallet balance is showing up as zero.. I have raised the concern in ola money website but have received no response. Seriously, i will suggest nobody to use ola services as this is the worst services that i have faced. And i regret for being a regular customer of ola for around 2 years. Uber is much better. If cannot handle to provide best services why do you have your cabs for??? Just close your service. Else provide proper customer support. I called the customer service number [protected] and its of no use. Nobody picks up the call ever. I don't know what customer support they are providing. They are just looting money as much as possible. Is this your way of making money???

                                        I am dr sc das. I have performed the local trip from lucknow rly
                                        Station to lucknow airport (Amausi) by tata indigo white vehicle no. (Crn[protected]) run by the driver sri anil kumar on 15.11.2017 at about 11.37 am. After the journey, i paid rs.201/- in cash and clicked for mail invoice. There was message that the invoice was successfully sent to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com however, the money receipt is not received till the time. I request you to send the said journey money receipt (Rs.201/-) in any of my two emails : [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        This is required to submit my ta bill as i was in office trip.

                                        I came to know that my online bank account was hacked and amount of Rs. 10000+10000 total Rs. 20000was transferred by a fraudster to his Ola money on date I.e 16/11/2017. I request you to look into the matter and try to refund the amount from the fraudsters account. It's my hard earned money and want to get it refunded
