after making promise money not credited to ola money account

refund of cancelled transaction amount

Dear team,
As i have recharged my mts data card from 299 but it was failed due to some mts reason and the same refund is not showing in our ola money as the i tried from other payment gateway there was also same situation but refund amount credited within 15 min not in your gateway so please go through it and get back my refund asap.

added money to the wallet but showing zero balance

Trying to add money to the wallet. Two consecutive transactions made, one on 31.10.17 & the other on 01.11.17. Each time rs.650/- have been deducted from my bank account but money not got reflected in ola money.

Calling up customer care since last 2 days, sent a mail also. Customer care executives picking up, listening my issue and saying they are forwarding my issue to some concerned department, they will call me back in few...

money deducted but not returned back

On 19.10.2017 i have recharged my relience dth for rs.100. Two times.
In first recharge was successful but the second recharge for rs.100 was unsuccessful the status of the payment was showing still pending. The transaction id czr8-gx01-098a. When i tried to add rs. 300 as ola money from ola app for booking taxi, the transaction was successful both the times but the money never reflected in ola money. Henceforth due to this i had to book the cab on cash.
