Yesterday i booked ola auto but when he drop me at my drop point then, i pay money using ola cash but, at that time he declined to accept that money even i shown that transaction is successfully done, he arguing with me and demand 45rs even the actual bill is 29 and said send message to ola for refund my deducted amount, i also tried using your support option but still no refund amount, please do needful regarding this either i have to take a legal action against you.
Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I did a transaction of 599 from HDFC to olamoney using netbanking. the transaction failed and money got deducted from bank account but not credited in olamoney.Could you please check on this.

    I booked ola auto from retteri to villivakkam jaganathan st in app i saw 29 rs only but they charged 115 rs plus 40 rs my ola money also they taken i need my balance money back to my wallet that is balance 126. I need my money or otherwise here after i will not book ur cab don't cheat us like this return my money immediately.

    Ola cab is one of the best cheating cabs in world i need my amount i attached all details of my trip

    The basic kilometers from kolathur to villivakkam jaganathan st is around 3.5-4km only but how it shows me 11.5 km how it is possible

    Today morning i made a payment of rs. 415 to clear ola dues, amount has been deducted from bank ( i got a message) but in my OLA account it is still showing my amount is due.

      500 rs deducted as i tried to make a payment to mybustickets.in on 13th oct, however the transaction got failed, money deducted from my wallet never refunded by ola money/zip cash.

      Ticket (602925) raised, followed up 5-6 times but no response.

            On 8/11/2017, i had tried to recharge ola money with rs. 300 from my bank account, using net banking. My bank got debited, with the transaction ref no. Igacihzbn7, but ola money did not get recharged.

            The claims say that i'll get a refund within 8-10 days, but this is the second time i am facing this issue where i got no refund.

            On 12/10/2017, for transaction ref. No. Igacejvjj0, my bank got debited for rs. 60, using netbanking again, but ola money did not get recharged, neither did i get a refund.

            Please resolve this matter.

                Reference ticket id: 369373 and 368684.
                I recharged fory friend mobile number [protected] on 7th november 2017 @ 10:04pm . But recharge for the mobile has not happened yet. It's still showing pending even after more than 12 hours.I need refund for this. Amount Rs.399 has been deducted for this recharge from.my olamoney wallet. Screenshot for the same is attached with this complaint.

                  Yesterday i took an ola auto, after boarding that auto the driver took a long route to reach to my destination that's why instead of 35 rs. I got charged 84 rs. After that when i made a complaint about this i got a reply from ola that they refunded 49 rs to my ola account, which was yesterday but till now no money credited on my ola account.                     Really pathetic service ...I m also sending them repeated mails and their contact number never works...however I have made a file against them and ready to lodge a complaint also in consumer forem.

                      My money was stuck in ola money app, so i put a complaint in this site, and received help from mr. Rahul thripati. He told me to wait for 2 days so that he can resolve the problem and get me my money back. After 2 days i got two messages saying that 1000 rs and 600rs have been used for dth recharge and a mobile recharge respectively. So now i've lost a total of 1600 rs. I don't know what happened. The above mentioned transactions were not informed to me and i'd no knowledge of it. So please look into this problem and do the necessary as soon as possible.

                      Today morning while going to my offce my husband recharged 599.from the sbi i got confirmation that trasaction is successful but it didnot added to ola money.pls go through this issue
                      Yesterday I have recharged my metro card number 67005994 with 200 INR vide transaction id no CZS7-K6ZY-ICNU. No recharge was done.Kindly help us and recover the amount any how or recharge my metro card .

                          As i have recharged my mts data card from 299 but it was failed due to some mts reason and the same refund is not showing in our ola money as the i tried from other payment gateway there was also same situation but refund amount credited within 15 min not in your gateway so please go through it and get back my refund asap.

                            Trying to add money to the wallet. Two consecutive transactions made, one on 31.10.17 & the other on 01.11.17. Each time rs.650/- have been deducted from my bank account but money not got reflected in ola money.

                            Calling up customer care since last 2 days, sent a mail also. Customer care executives picking up, listening my issue and saying they are forwarding my issue to some concerned department, they will call me back in few hrs. But no one called.

                            Seems like i have lost my money. Unable to know even what is the problem with my ola money wallet.

                              I did a transaction of amount 2124 to airpay using olamoney gateway but the transaction got failed and my money too got deducted from card amd wallet.
                              Till now i have not heard in a single mail from ola regarding this, please consider this urgent as this money has been deducted from some long time now.

                                  On 19.10.2017 i have recharged my relience dth for rs.100. Two times.
                                  In first recharge was successful but the second recharge for rs.100 was unsuccessful the status of the payment was showing still pending. The transaction id czr8-gx01-098a. I have given complain by email & several reminder for the issue to the customer care mail id - [protected]@zipcash.in but still now no reply from the authority. So please kindly look into the matter to slove the issue

                                    I n. Karunakar, sub-inspector of police, palvoncha town police station of bhadradri kothagudem of telangana state humbly submit that, a case in cr. No. 420/2017 u/s 420 ipc, sec669c), 66 (D) of it act was reported at our police station. Where in a fraudulent transaction took place on 25.10.2017 from the debit card of the complainant with no. 504xx5331 for a purchase of worth rs. 10000.00 on pos [protected] at pay*www olacabs com with txn# 602777.

                                    Therefore i request you to kindly furnish the details of transactions and the beneficiaries of the transactions to whose account the money was flown.

                                    As mentioned in the previous mail a case in cr. No. 420/2017 u/s 420 ipc, sec66 (C), 66 (D) of it act at palvoncha town police station of bhadradri kothagudem district of telangana state. Where in the complainant reported fraudulent transaction of money of amount rs.49980.00 from his account no.[protected] of sbi bank, with ifs code sbin0020165 by a cheating phone call and got otp no. Fraudulently. This transaction of money includes transfer an amount of rs. 10000 throughpay*olacabs com gurgaon by debit card no.[protected]Victim card no.). The transaction took place on 25.10.2017 using pos [protected]with transaction number 602548

                                    Therefore i request you to furnish the details of beneficiary of said particular transaction to proceed with further investigation.

                                    Hi Have recharged my account more than the requirement. want to transfer the excess recharge back to my bank account. Option(Icon) is not showing for Withdraw. Which was accessible a day before.

                                    Kindly help in resolving this issue.

                                      On 29th october sunday, i top up my ola money wallet (App) of rs 999 but all of sudden i realize and decided to withdraw money (Rs 999) from ola money to my bank account but failed to do that because ola money company has disabled withdraw option from mobile app due to lack of kyc.
                                      When i understood through customer care dept of ola money that i have to submit kyc documents, i immediately submitted the documents (Pan card, aadhar card & passport size photo) on 29th october around 08:30 pm via email and i have been assured this will be immediately update & withdraw option will be enabled by executive named ansari (But didnt happened at all) so i again called to customer care and again other baseless assurance from another executive that this will take maximum 3 day working days to get kyc details update & then only i will able to withdraw money from ola to my bank account.

                                      Today it has been 4th day since i have submitted documents but no positive results on my concern/request.

                                      Every time i follow up with the customer care dept, i only get baseless promise and fake assurance and top of it today i have been informed that no body has time to take my request from ola money dept since all are busy.

                                      I only want my money back to my account & i promise i'll never use ola service again.

                                      Consumer complaints team please help me to get my money back from ola.

                                      Just now a minute ago...i can see WITHDRAW option enabled. I have withdrew the amount to my bank account.

                                      Overall and fortunately i got my problem resolved.
                                      Thanks to consumer complaints.

                                        My request ticket id is 600216.
                                        My name in my profile is selvam and my mobile number in my profile is [protected] and my mail id in my profile is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and the balance amount in my account is rs. 849.
                                        I have used this number for transaction and recently on 14/10/2017, i had recharged rs. 599 to this number. (The transaction id : czqq-h1g9-4yo9)
                                        As this jio number is expired, i could not able to transfer this amount to my present number [protected].in this account i am having rs. 494.
                                        I want to cancel my previous account number of [protected] and kindly transfer the total amount of rs.849 to my present number of [protected].
                                        I have tried this and could not able to transfer from my phone.
                                        So, kindly do this help.

                                        This is very important and due to this reason, i am not able to travel in ola cabs. After this transaction, as early, i will use ola cabs regularly.
