Dear sir,
On dated 20.9.17 at about 1421 hrs my wife received a call from mobile no [protected] raj kumar from sbi, the person saying that due to some technical problem your debit card is expired and need to issue a new debit card and got the debit card details.
After some time he detected rs 5000 from my debit card no - 4591 55* * 5483 through pos payust[protected] at ola money zipcash txn#[protected]
Kindly refund the same amount in my account.

    Near sir i have using sbi debits card no 622018... 8196 and ac no [protected]. I have receiving call around 12:hrs on dt 18/09/2017 no [protected]. The person informed that he is calling from sbi and request ing to link the aadhar card number and informed it is the conformation. But the person that deduction the amount of rs 4999 of two time. Txn no 1 sbipg[protected] ola money zip cash mumbai 2 sbipg[protected] ola money zip cash mumbai please send my money in this account.

        I transferred an amount of rs.248 from my ola money account to [protected] by mistake. Please help me to get this amount back to my account. How do i get my refund if i have made the payment due to incorrect entry made in the phone number. Please help. Kindly revert back at the earliest. This mistake was due to one mistake in the entering of the phone number.

          Dear sir,
          This happened to my grandfather. He is from roorkee having sbi account at iit roorkee branch. One unknown person has taken his debit card information telling i am sbi authentic person and drawn close to 1lakh rupees from his account out of which around 40000 was transferred to olamoney wallet. This happened on the 17th of september.

          Please help and let me know if you need any further information.
          Also, please let me know if there is somewhere else that i should reach to

              I am u. Niramal kumar, nilambur i submitt to report that someone called over mu phone by self introducing that he was from state bank of india and saying that your atm card is expired and he will help to provide atm card number and thus collected otp number with atm pin number. After collecting these details he withdrew an amount rs.1999 fraudulently from my account number [protected] of state bank of india branch shornur on 17/09/2017.
              I hereby request you to freeze the transaction done by using atm card no.[protected] necessary action may be taken in this matter at the earliest

                Iam talking from karnataka haveri dist having sbi account at nearer branch one unknown person from mumbai taken my debit card information telling i am sbi authentic person and drawn 9000 rupees from my account i was not knowing imporetance of my card details he put pressure to tell otp sent to my reg phone if not i will block your account and make it zero balance and i told otp no by fear as soon he has drawn 9000 rupees from my account on 19 sep 2017
                Around 11 am throuh debitcard starting 559601 ending 3518 afterwords i notice in my accont detail amount was withdrawn as sbipg[protected] zipcash mumbai kindly help to recovr this amount and block frauder account this and detail and inform police to trace criminal who using your company reputancyt

                      Respected sir/madam, i want to inform you that my debit card was fraudulently used.

                      The person called me using his mobile no.[protected], asked all details about the debit card by giving false reason of my card renewal.
                      On 19th sep i got fraud call saying calling on behalf of sbi bank asking for bank details and otp. Due to points put by fraud person i got confused and gave away bank details which let to transaction of rs 1500.

                      Details of transaction :

                      Thank you for using your sbi debit card 521xx0208 for a purchase worth rs1500.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected]

                        Hi,

                        My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person
                        Pretended to be a bank person made following two fraudulent
                        Transactions with my fathers debit card details.

                        1. Inr rs8, 000.00 from sbi saving bank account
                        Today (19/9/2017), towards a fraud purchase on by debit card
                        Sbipg[protected]ola money - zipcash mumbai.
                        And the sbi card used is *4647.
                        2. Inr rs 9999 from sbi saving bank account today (19/9/2017), towards
                        A fraud purchase on
                        Sbipg[protected]ola money - zipcash mumbai.
                        And the sbi card used is *4647.

                        Total fraud deduction = inr 17, 999.

                        I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money
                        Back to the original bank account.

                        The phone no from which call came is:[protected]

                        I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

                        Money got refunded ; we complained within 1 hour (on the costumer care no, because online compliant might get ignored) lesson to learn:if ever someone ask for card details never tell them and if ever fraud transaction happens then find where money has been used (which will be in your otp) and get that transaction blocked first (so that fraudster cannot use the money which he/she have transferred to some wallet). then go for police complaint (do not expect anything from them)

                          Sir, my name is krishna rawat. On 17/09/2017 and 18/09/2017 i got a call from a fraudster pretending to be a banker. He convinced me and got the otp from me. Then i got 4 sms that rs.7999, 9999, 1999 and rs.7800 has been deducted from my bank a/c and the money is credited to someone's ola money. My a/c is in state bank of india

                            Hi, my father got a call from [protected] yesterday 18.09.2017 at 11:15 am and the caller identified himself as an sbi officer. He told my father that his sbi atm would be blocked because it would expire soon and for renewal he required his atm no. Which my father gave him. He then said that he would be sending otps on his mobile for atm card activation which also my father gave him. Thus rs.44000 was debited from his account. Later on verification we found that the money was gone into ola money zipcash. The transaction ids are sbipg[protected]o1 for rs.9999, sbipg[protected]o1 for rs. 9999, sbipg[protected]o1 for rs. 9999, sbipg[protected]pa for rs. 4000 and sbipg[protected]o1 for rs. 9999. We have already reported the matter to the bank and to the police/cyber crime branch who have taken prompt action in this case and would be contacting you soon. Meanwhile we request you to block the money done through these transactions so that the same can be reverted to our bank account. Please send us a confirmation on phone no. [protected]. You can call us on this no. Too should anymore clarification be required.

                              Sir, my name is laxman p. On 07/09/2017 i got a call from a fraudster pretending to be a banker. He convinced me and got the otp from me. Then i got 2 sms that rs.4200 and rs.100 has been deducted from my bank a/c and the money is credited to someone's ola money. My a/c is in canara bank.

                              Below are the details :

                              First transaction is :

                              Transaction amount : rs.4200/-
                              Transaction date : 07-sep-17
                              Transaction time : 04.43pm
                              Transaction id :[protected]

                              Second transaction is :

                              Transaction amount : rs.100/-
                              Transaction date : 07-sep-17
                              Transaction time : 04.45pm
                              Transaction id :[protected]

                              I had already mailed to [protected]@olamoney.com. A ticket was also raised. Ticket no is 62414485.

                              And they asked me to lodge a complaint with the bank and the bank has to mail with some details. I did the same and lodged a complaint with the bank. They have mailed to [protected]@olamoney.com. But till now i have not received any reply from ola money. Please reply to my query through mail.

                              I request you to kindly reverse the fraud transactions.

                              Sir, i have not yet got any reply about the status of the complaint yet. Bank told it has also not got any reply. I have been waiting since one month for the issue get resolved. Atleast please update me about the status of the complaint. I kindly request you to cancel the fraud transactions and refund the amount.

                              They took more money for my ride and not paying me back.They accepted it as their technical fault, but saying to raise it through support link in ola app which doesn't work either.

                                Hi,
                                On 16th sept 2017, one person called my grandfather claiming to be sbi personnel. He told my grandfather that his account was blocked, hence he needed his account information. He asked for my grand father's debit card number and aadhaar card number.
                                After that, he asked him to tell the otp which was sent to my grandpas phone.
                                He got all the information. And then, 9999 inr were deducted from my grandpas account.

                                We got this message at last :

                                Thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx0495 for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

                                Kindly search for this wallet, and arrest this person. And reverse the money in my grandpas account.
                                We called in that number later, and he said 'he is a thief!'.

                                  My father has become a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person who introduced himself as a sbi staff has made 2 fraud transactions over the otp sent to the registered number of that sbi account.
                                  1. Inr rs. 1000 from sbi saving bank account on (18/09/17) at around 8.30 am towards a fraud purchase at ola money zip cash txn #sbipg[protected] and sbi card used is *...6135

                                  I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

                                    09/09/2017 between 7.30am and 8.00 money transferred to ola money through fraudulent. After getting my atm debit card details regarding change of new card for some security reasons, she transferred rs.10000+10000=rs20000 to her ola money a/c. I urge you to refund fund the money as soon as possible. I have already informed to ccb. Please take it seriously.

                                      On 15th Sep My father got fraud call saying calling onbehalf of SBI bank asking for bank details and OTP. Due to points put by fraud person my father got confused and gave away bank details which let to transaction of Rs 10, 000 + 10000 + 10000 from the account.

                                        Done transaction for paying for IRCTC ticket booking with transaction Id CZGZ-RIEE-W27B . Yesterday dated, 15th September 2017

                                        But yesterday it was showing waiting for that transaction. Today it is showing successful transaction but at IRCTC it is showing that transaction is failed.

                                        So what's the reason
                                        May I get refund for not booking my ticket?
