Hi,

My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person pretended to be a bank person made following two fraudulent transactions with my fathers debit card details.
Transactiom date 22/08/2017

1) thank you for using your sbi debit card 504xx0108 for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

2) thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx6568 for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

Today i transfer money from my account to ola money.the amount get detected from my account but the balance still zero in my ola money
I am J.Demudu Naidu from Andhrapradesh, here to inform you that my A/C [protected] Sbi has been deducted with Rs.9999 for ola money zip cash at 6pm on 18.08.2017.So please stop the transaction and resend it.I got the call from the no.[protected] and they inquired in wrong manner and my wife has given the data unknowingly.

    It is to alert you that by fraudulent act of one person claiming sbi official has illegally transfered 19998 rs by two
    Transactions though total transactions were 6 in number, two transaction were made in ola money zip cash wallet
    The two fraudulent fund transfer which is done illegally in ola money zip cash wallet of rs 9999 each.

    It is expected from you to take legal action against this fraud and block the account immediately.

    The details are as follows
    Sbi card no. Starting 6 digits and last 6 digits are 49363483
    Date of transaction : 22/08/17
    Time 10.30 to 10.50 am
    Amount - 2 transactions of rs. 9999 each
    Fir copy shall be submitted to you by tomorrow.

      My mother had been a victim of sbi atm fraud. She got a call on 18th aug 2017 from a number [protected] saying they are from sbi bank and took all details and immediately she received a transaction message saying rs 9999 has been transferred to. Ola money.

      The debit card ends with 0304 and the transaction was done on 18th aug 2017 at 16:30. The transaction is ola money txn no[protected].

      Kindly block the amount and help us transferring the amount back to my mother's account.

      on 17th Aug2017, while transferring some amount of money is deducted from my bank account but same is not reflecting into OLA money account.

      from the bank statement money has been deducted !!

        Respected sir i want to inform you that this no [protected] used my mothers debit card to execute a cyber crime .
        The person asked all details about the debit card by giving false reason of gst and and other all government issues.
        so i humbly request you to stop any further transaction of money for this no or any transaction related to account no xxxxx...7868.
        Almost he had withdrawn 29000 in three transaction by zipcash through state bank debit card. so its my humble request if you could do anything for us it would be a great help .

        We made a transaction in ola money we debited RS 600 to debit card xxxx8074 we went to ATM to withdraw the money the money Is not coming it is telling insufficient funds I want my money back Otherwise I will take legal action upon OLA money

            My father is a victim to fraudulent of one transaction of of rs. 9999/- once on 20/08/2017 from my father's account using debit card ending with *7286. The person asked to provide the otp otherwise amount in account will be forfeited. The transaction details are as below:

            Hi Sharique, my cousin also faced same problem last week. I have also followed the same way and the bank manager has dropped a mail to Ola. I would like to know what happened in your case. Did Ola money refund your money?

            Hi Rachan, my father god tricked too.. yesterday.. is there any guidance you can provide on the same.. what happened in your case, the transaction was for 24939 rupees, i appreciate your quick response
            My father also got same fraud. This number [protected] had called my father and asked the card number and otp. He had done 4 transactions ola money, PhonePe, balance hero india private limited, mpesa. Same problem my father also facing. We have done all the complains to police station. Please guide me what to do next. Is this problem is resolved

                    That yesterday i. E. On 17-aug-2017 at about 5:30 pm, the abovementioned customer received a call from the number [protected] from a person masquerading as your bank official from sbi mumbai office.

                    That person asked debit card details and threatened if not provided the card would be blocked and the money in the account would be forfeited by sbi.
                    . After that it was found that the account was debited with four transactions as mentioned in reference through platform of ola money – two transactions of rs. 9999/- each and one each of rs. 4999/- of payu and rs. 2000/- of oxigen services.

                    How can any wallet company open fraudulent accounts and with no or little kyc they can go off easily.
                    Why don't they put a minimum cooling off period before taking the money in fraud account.
                    Why dont they give customer a chance to revert the transaction.

                        Fraudulent deduction of inr 10000 had been made from my savings account towards fraud purchase on 17 aug 2017, by debit card sbipg[protected] ola money - zip cash mumbai.                         Please help on this case:

                        Someone fraudulently transferred 14900 rs from SBI Debit card of "Anita Chouhan" to Ola money account.

                        My sister she earn only 5000/ per month and she has come a cross this fraud.

                        As for medium class family-- the amount 14900/ matters a lot. This may happen with others too.

                        Request you to please help us on getting money back on this case. There should be appropriate legal action taken against the accused.

                          I want to know to which ola account my bank debited..my bank statement shows as follows
                          17 aug 17, by debit card SBIPG[protected] ola money - zipcash mumbai ...debited amount 10000...my debit card has been misused and used for ola money...kindly provide me this information ..i have also registered for cyber crime complaint...so kindly provide details of the ola account holder nameand address..

                            Hello team,

                            A cyber fraudster and used the details of sbi account number : [protected] on 14th august 2017 at around of 6:00pm with paytm. The contact number of cyber fraudster is [protected].

                            Already police complaint has be filed and they are looking into the issue.

                            So could you please hold that transaction and stop it and help us.

                              I had got a message that your account has been credited by ₹ 970. My customer shows me that the amount is deducted from his account but i didn't receive the money till now... My ola money wallet shows empty amount. What you'll do... Pls help. Even i don't know my customer so that i can't find out him... But he was clear by his side.. My wallet not showing money

                                Ola money - zipcash transaction, is fradulently deducted 4000 rupees from my sbi card with out my confirmation by any means. On pos payst[protected].
                                Kindly take action on them & make them credit the amount bank to respective accounts.
                                This is morethan half month sallary. & this is not fare.
                                Banks also should take about this without otp / password how can they deduct my amount.

                                  Hi,

                                  My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person pretended to be a bank person made following fraudulent transaction with my father's debit card details.

                                  1. Inr rs 9999 from sbi saving bank account yesterday (15/8/2017), at around 4 pm, towards a fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected]. And the sbi card used is *9222.

                                  Total fraud deduction = inr 9, 999.

                                  I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

                                  I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

                                  Please let me know if you need any more information.

                                    I booked a ticket tonight (10 PM,[protected] from IRCTC which charged me Rs 401.06. And I paid the amount from Ola Money, with Transaction ID - CZ71-VLS3-GX7Z and Rs 402 is deducted from my Ola Money account, but IRCTC Transaction ID - [protected] is showing Payment as Failed. So, please solve this asap by taking any serious steps, and REFUND MY MONEY, OLA MONEY.

                                      I was called by a person and asked for my atm details as he said that he wants to renew my card, now i got to know that he has cleared my account and now i can't even clear my semester fees, please cancel d order made by card ending 37 today before sometime, i really need that money otherwise i can't appear my exams, i have attached the transaction messages, please cancel these orders, i am in bad need of that money, i need it more than any thing

                                        This really not excitable you people cannot just take the money from some bodies account to i was adding money in podium of 9999, and i receive a message thank you for using your sbi debit card 607xx6554 for a purchase worth rs9999 on pos payust[protected] at ola money zipcash toxin#[protected]

                                        Which is wrong requesting you to please refund the amount or i may have to raise this to higher authorities.
