On 07th sept, 2017 at1.00 pm around my sister who is little bit litrate she had received one fake call. And person told him he was banker mob. No.[protected] he had taken all the details of the card and deducted around 75000 from my account. Then we went to the bank and immediately block the card and make the complain. And in the transaction particular it was written ola money zipcash
We had not sleep in the night...

Transaction numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] are done on sept 7, 2017 by some unknown person after taking my sbi debit card details over the phone by duping me. I have also registered fir againt that person in this regard. Pls block the account through which these transactions are done in case any money is lying in that so that i can recover that money from that fraudster. I shall forward to you the copy of fir tomorrow. Meanwhile...

My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person naming rohit sharma pretended to be a bank person made following 2 times fraudulent transaction with my father's sbi debit card details.
He lost his pension money which he got recently

This is to inform you that today (04.09.17) at around 1:38 pm, 2nos of fraud transaction occurred from my debit card no. 519620*8302 to citrus pay digipurseche of rs. 19998 (Rs. 9999 at each transaction).
Therefore, you are earnestly requested to stop all the transactions.

Dear sir,

We have booking railway tkt through ola money by axis bank net banking. Sir one transaction is failed but rs 285.00 has been debitted on dated 01.09.2017 in my axis bank account and tkt is not booked.
Sir i have again booked the tkt though different payment on dated 01.09.2017. So, there is dual transaction of debitted of ts 285.00. Therefore, please please look in to the matter refund the amountof rs 285.00...

This is regarding the fraudulent transactions which took place yesterday (31-aug-2017) using my sbi debit card -622018*8606, by an anti-element pretending to be from banking dept.

Today two fraudulent deductions of inr 9999 each had been made from my savings account towards fraud purchase on pos at ola money - zip cash

Hi, my wife got a call today morning from an unknown umber [protected] and asked card details and csv code and used ola money zip cash to withdraw money form my wife's sbi bank account.

He generated one time password and called again and completed this transaction.
Yes, i agree that its my wife's ignorance that casued this issue.

Ola money recharge via netbanking (Hdfc) failed. However, money was deducted from the account but it doesn't reflect in the wallet balance. It hasn't been refunded yet.

I'm experiencing this payment failure third time.
Payu or whatever the name of the payment gateway is not at all intuitive and hijacks normal actions which the user is conditioned to execute.

The money should be refunded within 24-48...
