Hi,
My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person naming rohit sharma pretended to be a bank person made following 2 times fraudulent transaction with my father's sbi debit card details.
He lost his pension money which he got recently
1. 1st transaction : rs - 9999 from sbi saving bank account today (07/09/2017), at around 9-10am, towards a fraud purchase at ola money -
2) 2nd transaction rs-10000, (07/09/2017), at around 9-10am, again through to ola money
My father's sbi card no details
1st 6 digits : 459115
Last 4 digits : 0424
I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.
My father has filed police complaint. What information you need further from to recover this money, please let's know
I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.
