Dear sir/mam

This is to inform you that on dated 09/09/2017 a transaction has been made by one of your user through my debit card (In patna bihar), which is a fraud transaction. Actually that transaction has not done from my side but i got a msg on my registered mobile that an amount of rs.9990 has been done through your site.
Please look into the matter as i have filed complain in police as well as s. B. I bank.
It will be helpful if you will find that person who did this as he must have a login user & password.
The s. B. I debit card no. From which transaction had been done is...5196xxxxxxxx3060 on saturday 9th sep 2017 at approx 3:50 p. M (Evening)

    This is to inform you that there has been online fraud transaction from my father's sbi debit card (Ending with 8974) against his sbi savings account no on 09/09/2017 to olamoney zipcash. Total transaction amount of rs 49796 /- has been debited from my father's account in ola money zipcash.

    The person who had called said that he was from sbi bank and that the debit card has been blocked and to unblock the debit card the debit cards information is required. My father is a senior citizen and is not very much aware of the facts and process related to online transaction.

    The fraudster who called us transferred 49, 796 from my dad's sbi account in 5 transactions into his/her 4 ola accounts. We have registered the complaint in ola money over call to block the accounts where the transaction was made from my dad's debit card.

    The transactions are :-
    1) 9999rs
    2) 9999rs
    3) 9999rs
    4) 9999rs
    5) 9800rs

    Please kindly revert back the money from these accounts back to my dad's account.

      This is to inform you that there has been online fraud transaction from my father's sbi debit card against his sbi savings account no ending with. 4142 on 07/09/2017 to olamoney zipcash. Total transaction amount of rs 19998 /- has been debited from my father's account.

      The person who had called said that he was from sbi bank and that the debit card has been blocked and to unblock the debit card the debit cards information is required. My father is a senior citizen and is not very much aware of the facts and process related to online transaction.

      Request you to please take necessary action against above fraud transaction & please refund the amount.

      We have already registered an fir and informed the matter to cyber crime branch. Matter shall be taken up legally.

        We became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person who said i am branch manager of sbi, his telephone number is [protected] pretended to be a state bank of india branch head made following fraudulent transactions with our debit card with details - total debit of rs 49980 in
        My personal bank account

        I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.
        Kindly help me. I will be highly obliged.

          Today in the morning one unknown person ([protected]) called to my father cell no.[protected] and asked for his sbi debit card transaction otp with stating that my father debit card will be blocked if he doesn't provide otp number whcih he has received through sms.
          My father (Mr jitender singh) is a 56 years an old man and non-educative and he given the 2 otp's to the called person.
          After giving the two otp's to the unknown person,, my father received two messages in his mobile wherein its being mentioned that rs.10000 + rs.10000 has ben debited from his saving account two time and in the particular its been mentioned that this amount rs.10000+ rs.10000
          Is credited to ola money - zipcash txn#[protected] rs.10000 &
          Ola money - zipcash txn#[protected] rs.10000 = i. E total rs.20000/- is debited form my father sbi saving account no-[protected] ifsc code: sbin0050203

            Today in the morning one unknown person ([protected] & [protected]) called to my father cell no.[protected] and asked for his sbi debit card transaction otp with stating that my father debit card will be blocked if he doesn't provide otp number whcih he has received through sms.

            Since we are very poor middle class people, the amount debited rs.19998/- is meant to be lot for us.

            You are requested to investigate the matter today itself and block his ola money application of the unknow person and request you to immediately refund the debited amount rs.19998/- to our sbi account no.[protected] ifsc code: sbin0015282

              I have transferd Rs.500/- first time in the morning but its not credited to ola money but where as its debited to my account and second time I transfered again Rs.500/- but this got credited. So I request you to refund my Rs.500/-

                  On 07th sept, 2017 at1.00 pm around my sister who is little bit litrate she had received one fake call. And person told him he was banker mob. No.[protected] he had taken all the details of the card and deducted around 75000 from my account. Then we went to the bank and immediately block the card and make the complain. And in the transaction particular it was written ola money zipcash
                  We had not sleep in the night in the night and just just feeling helpless.
                  We are poor people and contribute this amount from late 5 years for marriage purpose. Please help us in this situation and if possible block the amount in the ola money zipcash.

                    Transaction numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] are done on sept 7, 2017 by some unknown person after taking my sbi debit card details over the phone by duping me. I have also registered fir againt that person in this regard. Pls block the account through which these transactions are done in case any money is lying in that so that i can recover that money from that fraudster. I shall forward to you the copy of fir tomorrow. Meanwhile pls block that account so that money cannot be used by that person.

                    Please provide your e-mail ID for me to send the snapshots of the text messages containing all the transaction details including first three and last four digits of debit card number, as I think this message can read the public. If not, I can send the debit card number through this mode.

Today at10:20 am i am received fake call from [protected] for my aadhar link with my sbi account number. He give me introduce as a bank officer calling from sbi head branch and your atm was blocked if you not link with your aadhar number. I give him to aadhar number and he call me for top for aadhar registration i give him to top for aadhar registration after few minutes i have noticed that the amount was debited from my sbi account to ola money zipcash transfer with following tranjaction number and account:-

                        Amount rs:- 1999/-
                        Date:- 07.09.2017
                        Hence please stop this tnx from your buller and returned the money back in my account.

                          Hi,

                          My father became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person naming rohit sharma pretended to be a bank person made following 2 times fraudulent transaction with my father's sbi debit card details.
                          He lost his pension money which he got recently

                          1. 1st transaction : rs - 9999 from sbi saving bank account today (07/09/2017), at around 9-10am, towards a fraud purchase at ola money -

                          2) 2nd transaction rs-10000, (07/09/2017), at around 9-10am, again through to ola money

                          My father's sbi card no details
                          1st 6 digits : 459115
                          Last 4 digits : 0424

                          I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

                          My father has filed police complaint. What information you need further from to recover this money, please let's know

                          I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

                            Hello sir i have been a victim of phishing attack as someone has called me today at 11 am saying he is from sbi and took all the details like bank details and passwords and loaded all the cash to ola money. As i am a senior citizen and its my very hard earned money. Therefore i request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. As india is going digital we should all cooperate with each other and stop these kind of crimes. Lets make a better digital india. You are allowed to cancel his /her orders as you can check all the transaction details in the attachment below.

                              I am e ramachandra rao from vijayawada, today at 11:17 am we have received a call from with a request to provide the otp number as your sbi card was old and we are processing for new otp. Mistakenly we have given the otp to the concerned. After few minutes i have noticed that the amount was debited from my sbi account to ola money with following transaction numbers and accounts

                              Payuts[protected] ola money zip cash txn#[protected] - rs. 9000/-
                              Ola money zip cash txn#[protected] - rs. 10.000/-

                              Hence i beg you to take early action and requested to refund the said amount to my account from where the amount was actually transferred to ola money zip cash.

                                Sir some fraud call asked me about my atm details nd i gave it to them i was totally unaware of that some amount from my account will be withdrawn without my permission and when i asked bank about my transaction they told me that some part of my money has gone to your some type of ola money. Plz give me back mh money..

                                  I have recrived fake call from [protected] for my adhar link with my sb account. He give me introduce as a bank officer call from sbi and your atm was block if you not link with your adhar no. I give him to adhar no and he call me for otp for adhar registration. I give him yo otp for adhar registration but my account debited by rs. 9999/- txn id: sbipg[protected] on 04.09.2107

                                      This is to inform you that today (04.09.17) at around 1:38 pm, 2nos of fraud transaction occurred from my debit card no. 519620*8302 to citrus pay digipurseche of rs. 19998 (Rs. 9999 at each transaction).

                                        On 04 sep 2017 my father received a fraud call from number [protected] as person is proclaiming himself as sbi employee and he told my father that your card is not linked with aadhar as after gst it has been mandatory to link all debit card with aadhar if he failed to do so his card will be blocked. He asked my father to send one number (Otp). My father also told him otp. When i inquired bank i found he had transferred ₹5000 to his ola money zipcash as it was mentioned...
