Today i recharged my ola money through axis bank net banking. First time the transaction failed (Transaction id[protected]. But second time the money was credited to ola money account (Transaction id[protected]. But while checking my account details in axis bank, it is showing both time money has been debited. Please refund me the money for first failed transaction. Both time the amount of transaction was rs 999/-

I booked a cab prime ola play at 12 :10 around by [protected].. Sharing the details :
Riding in an ola driven by sandeep m ([protected]). Otp: 3904 is needed to start the ride after boarding the cab. Final bill amount will be shown on driver device. Track the ride here: http://olacabs.com/track/812csp3ds6

The driver stopped the cab twice in between, once for petrol filling, secondly for cng for more than 50 mins. It was really awkward to wait at a cng pump around 1:35 in the night and the driver was just not willing to listen or understand. He even said the ola offices get closed at 9 pm and it's worthless to contact them to seek help at this hour. We didn't get any help from ola services and the driver was already threatening us. If you could check the time we got dropped and trace the ride as i shared the details, you will be able to sense the complete story. This is insane. I ll definitely take this further.

I would request all the viewers, please do not load ola app services in your mobile and never used their services.

Now a days, there is fraud transaction happening, i am one of the victim.

There is 40, 000 fraud transaction happens with my joint account and some of the transaction haven't succeed, but there is no refund and no response from ola money, most of the time they disconnect the phone.

There is some nexus going on.. Please join a hand in this movement and aware most people to not to use the ola app or services. Otherwise some day u or ur family will come on trap.

My mother got cheated by a caller and she shared otp on 12th sep, 2017, due to which rs. 9999 was transferred from her account to ola money with the below reference id.

I have tried to book a rail ticket on irctc site through payment mode as ola money on today 12-Oct-2017. My ola money account mobile no. Is [protected]
debited by rs. 2101.76/- but ticket not booked through irctc. Transaction​ no.CZQJ-MXFH-V9EO, Date and Time : 12-Oct-2017, 07:48:25 PM. Refund still awaited from ola money to my account.
So you are requested to see the matter.

Hello sir/madam,

I became a victim of debit card fraud. A unknown fraud person whose telephone number is [protected] and claimed himself to be a state bank of india branch manager end enquired about my sbi debit card details and made following fraudulent transactions instantly with my debit card details
:-

1. Inr rs. 5000/- from sbi saving bank account on (04/10/17) at 5.19 pm towards a fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money zip cash txn #[protected] using my sbi debit card 622*2333.

2. Inr rs. 3000/- from sbi saving bank account on (04/10/17) at 5.22 pm towards a fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money zip cash using my sbi debit card 622*2333.

Total amount debited by fraudulent = inr rs.8, 000/-.

I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

Kindly help me. I will be highly obliged.

I tried to upload inr 300.00 to ola money today. Amount was debited from my account but it was not added in ola money. I got error message as transaction failed after it was debited from my account. Further details :your a/c xx3472 debited inr 300.00 on 10-oct-17 16:19:20 * ibibo-[protected]-ola money - zipcash-[protected] * through net banking.

Dear sir or madam,

I had recharged my mobile [protected] from my ola money account associated with [protected] with rs 2000 (Transaction id czq4-rvzf-x840) last night at 12:20:28 a. M.

Money has been deducted but my mobile number not recharged. Please recharge my mobile [protected] with the aforementioned amount.

I have continuously writing mails to ola money and also on ola money app, but no response from ola up til now.

I am in great distress.

Please enact.

I was travelling from a jugnoo from sector 31 to ambience mall gurgaon. Bill amount was ₹89 as the driver didnt hv change he said you can send by ola money. I added ₹100 to pay my bill and transferred to his said number. It got deducted from my account but did not reach his account and along with ₹89 deducted from my account i had to pay him cash because he didnt agree. His number being [protected]. And my number being [protected].

There was a fraud call from one of the ola users and they have stolen 15000/- today. I have received a message for these transaction no :[protected],[protected]. Both of them were fraud transactions and they have taken my amount from sbi account (All details of the transactions can be produced for your need). I request you to freeze these transactions and revert the money to my ola money account. Kindly call me on : [protected]. I stayed in customer call for 30 mins and the customer executive couldn't transfer the call to ola money executives. I kindly request you to call me back and clear my problem.

Using my opt, he transferred rs. 9, 500/- by transactions to ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].. Bank notified. Pl reverse the transaction, return my money and take legal action against the fraud...

It is to alert you that by fraudulent act of one person claiming sbi official has illegally transfered rs 3000 and 500 by two transactions.

It is expected from you to take legal action against this fraud and block the account immediately.

With respect to ola money zipcash, three fraudulent transactions were made from my father’s sbi saving bank account today on october 5, 2017 and the money was transferred to ola money - zipcash. Using my opt, he transferred rs9, 999/- by transactions to ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].. Fir filed. Bank notified. Pl reverse the transaction, return my money and take legal action against the fraud...

I got a call from an unknown number claiming that he is an sbi official at around 12 pm today i. E on 5/9/2017 asking for my debit card and aadhar card details.. Later i got an otp from ola money zipcash. He called me again and asked the otp.. He has transferred 9999 once and 4999 once. So totally 2 fraudulent transaction has taken place.. Please try to refund the money as soon as possible..
