where is my money?

Dear sir or madam,

I had recharged my mobile [protected] from my ola money account associated with [protected] with rs 2000 (Transaction id czq4-rvzf-x840) last night at 12:20:28 a. M.

Money has been deducted but my mobile number not recharged. Please recharge my mobile [protected] with the aforementioned amount.

I have continuously writing mails to ola money and also on ola money app, but no response...

I was travelling from a jugnoo from sector 31 to ambience mall gurgaon. Bill amount was ₹89 as the driver didnt hv change he said you can send by ola money. I added ₹100 to pay my bill and transferred to his said number. It got deducted from my account but did not reach his account and along with ₹89 deducted from my account i had to pay him cash because he didnt agree. His number being [protected]. And my number being [protected]....
