On behalf of the mr. T. Hanthuba (Herein referred to as the victim), a victim of bank fraud, i am filling this complaint. I am assisting the victim as he is illiterate and ignorant about online pos transaction system.
Complaint:
Please cancel the following pos payust[protected] of sbi transactions #[protected] of amount rs. 5, 000/- & pos payust[protected] of transaction #[protected] of amount rs. 4, 000/- dated : 11.09.2017 at ola money - zipcash. This complaint is initiated as it was an illegal transaction, an act of fraud.
An unknown caller (Ph. No. [protected]) made fraudulent call to the account holder and was able to debit money from the account through the aforementioned transaction. Therefore, in all fairness and end of justice, i request you to immediately cancel the two transaction and refund back the money to the same bank account (Sbi).

Ola Money Customer Care's response We understand your concern regarding an unauthorized transaction processed towards Ola Money.
We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.
In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.
