Respected sir i want to inform you that this no debit card to execute a cyber crime .
The person asked all details about the debit card by giving false reason of all other government issues.
so i humbly request you to stop any further transaction of money for this no or any transaction related to account no xxxxx...2248.
Almost he had withdrawn 12814 approx in three transaction by zipcash through state bank debit card. so its my humble request if you could do anything for us it would be a great help .

    Respected sir i want to inform you that my debit card was fraudulently used.
    The person asked all details about the debit card by giving false reason of my card renewal.
    so i humbly request you to stop any further transaction to/from zip money related to my account no [protected]/ debit card number.
    Almost he had withdrawn[protected]+4000) on 16.09.2017 at 3.15 pm in two transaction by zipcash through state bank debit card. so its my humble request if you could do anything for us it would be a great help .call me immediately to the number [protected] for clarification.

        We became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person his telephone number is [protected] pretended to be a state bank of india staff made following fraudulent transactions with our debit card with details -
        1. Inr rs. 10000 from sbi saving bank account on (15/09/17) at around 3.30 pm towards a fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money zip cash txn #[protected] and sbi card used is *...7098

        I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.
        Kindly help me. I will be highly obliged.

          Sir, my father is a old man and he became the victim of debit card fraud. Unknown person calling from [protected] pretends to be calling from head office sbi and asked about the debit card details so that he can renew the card otherwise it gets blocked. My father unaware of the facts give the details of 2 cards and fraudulent has transferred rs 100000 from both accounts. Of rs 9999 total of 10 transactions to ola money zip cash.
          We request you to cancel the above transactions and refund our money to our accounts.

            We became a victim of debit card fraud. A fraud person who said him self bank manager, his telephone number is [protected] pretended to be a state bank of india staff made following fraudulent transactions with our debit card with details -
            1. Inr rs. 9999 from sbi saving bank account on (14/09/17) at around 10.17 am towards a fraud purchase on pos payust[protected] at ola money zip cash bank general number [protected] and sbi card used is *...2001
            Total fraud deduction = inr 19, 998.

            I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.
            Kindly help me. I will be highly obliged.

              Details are as below -

              Time : 3:00 pm today (September 14, 2017)

              Since the ola money account to which it has been uploaded is not yours, hence please make the refund to the source card / bank asap and freeze this fraudster's ola money wallet.

                      Respectfully, i beg to state that, suddenly after telephonic conversation (Mob no.:[protected]) on dated 11.09.2017 with an unknown person offering himself as a sbi staff asking for my sbi atm card no. Otherwise card will be block.

                      During the conversation i lost my rs. 44998/- (Rupees forty four thousand nine hundred and ninety eight only) from my sbi savings bank account vide no. : [protected]

                      Here is to be mentioned that two transaction of rs. 9999/- & rs. 9999/- were made through sbipg[protected] and sbipg[protected] at ola money zipcash mumbai on 11.09.2017.
                      Sir please corner the account and details may please forwarded to dcp, (Cyber crime), mumbai. (Mumbai police complaint number is 77944)
                      Therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action against this cyber fraud and please do the needful for refund of my money.

                        Today 12.09.17 received call from this number [protected] and asked my credit card details regarding change of new card for some security reasons so that given all details and after some time received call from this no. [protected] and informed your my rewards points to be redeem process for that we send on otp and asked that also.
                        Then receive sms for the transaction of rs.10000. Both number are in switched off.
                        Suspected and called customer care, came to know that call has been fake.
                        My transaction made to www ola cabs com so called ola office
                        So kindly look in this matter serious and take necessary action to corresponding person stop this transaction and reimburse to my account

                            We got a fraud call from [protected] on 12th september 2017. And sum of rs. 34997 (3 transactions worth 9999 and one 5000) was debited from my account on 12th september 2017 and transferred to ola money-back zipcash through sbi debit card through online transaction. The bank card ends with 5374. I urge you to refund the money as soon as possible. I have already filed fir. Please take it seriously.

                                Hi sir madam,

                                I haven't received any response for my complaint with ola money - complain no.- 492936 since 10th august 2017.

                                On 10th august someone from sbi called me for activating sbi account for some changes after gst.

                                Suddenly i realized the fraud has happened when she got an sms that:

                                "thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6187 for a purchase worth rs 9999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money-zipcash txn#[protected]."

                                I immediately called the ola cab team and requested them to freeze the account of the fraud person and thankfully they did after verifying transaction from debit card number. They provided complain no.- 492936.

                                They told me to request sbi branch or police dept to send an email to - [protected]@olacabs.com to get the details of the fraud person and get back the money kept in the fraudster's account currently.

                                I have already informed the cyber crime branch.

                                  On behalf of the mr. T. Hanthuba (Herein referred to as the victim), a victim of bank fraud, i am filling this complaint. I am assisting the victim as he is illiterate and ignorant about online pos transaction system.

                                  Complaint:
                                  Please cancel the following pos payust[protected] of sbi transactions #[protected] of amount rs. 5, 000/- & pos payust[protected] of transaction #[protected] of amount rs. 4, 000/- dated : 11.09.2017 at ola money - zipcash. This complaint is initiated as it was an illegal transaction, an act of fraud.

                                  An unknown caller (Ph. No. [protected]) made fraudulent call to the account holder and was able to debit money from the account through the aforementioned transaction. Therefore, in all fairness and end of justice, i request you to immediately cancel the two transaction and refund back the money to the same bank account (Sbi).

I received messages that money has been deduced from my account with respect to olamoney wallet. I received the following text messages and the otp s for the transactions. The total mobey debites from my account is 14998 rupees. My debit card number is 5049xxxxxxxxxxx7783.

                                      Text message 1: thank you for using your sbi debit card 504xx7783 for a purchase worth rs.9999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

                                      Text message 2: thank you for using your sbi debit card 504xx7783 for a purchase worth rs.4999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected].

                                      Please do the needful to terminate the transaction and credit back the money.
