In my debit card through fraud fund transfer in ola money account. Refrence no is [protected]. Any one hag my debit card no in 01 aug 2017 and amt tranfer in your account. Pls cancel this transaction and amt reverce in account. Icici bank take a compaint fraud debit card transaction in my acount and i also complant in police. So you also corporate me.

Yesterday call ayi thi mere dad ko ke hum sbi bank mumbai se bol rye hai appka atm card band hone wala so debit card number de dad ne diya aur os fraud ne appke jaha use kita jiska pos payust[protected] at ola money-zipcash txn#[protected]
    Zipcash txn#[protected] cancel kar de aur mere dad ke account me paise bhej de apne opr bhi mail ki hai bank thru so please cancel this order and help me..       On 3 august 2017, at 3:08 pm i got call from [protected] his
      Email id was [protected]@gmail.com. He called me as a sbi rep he told me to link my adhar card to my atm. He convinced me smartly i gave all details. Then he asked me for my otp. After sometime i got 2 messages first for purchased worth rs. 500 on pos payust[protected] at ola zipcash txn#[protected] and 2nd purchase worth rs.10000
      On pos payust[protected] at ola money zipcash txn#[protected]. My card no. 559*5999
      Sir i request you to kindly stop the above payment to him immediately whosoever he is & share with us his registered number & address details and pls try to get our money back from him. It was my fathers saving. He was saving from last so many years & we belong lower middle class family. We don't have enough money to survive. Kindly help us soon.

        Today morning at 12.30 i got call from a paerson and he told me that your adhar card has to be linked so give all the details of adhar card and bank details also..
        I thought really he is the person of sbi and i gave all the details. He was done all the transaction by using ola money - zipcash.
        I then i got to know that i was cheated and around 7000 rs has been withdrawn from my sbi account... Please please help me...

          There have been two fraudulent mobile recharges done from my ola money account and the details are:
          Transaction id ola-logo [protected]
          Date: 3-august, 2017
          Amount: 100 rs

          Date: 2 august 2017
          Amount: 349rs

          Neither of the transactions are done my me and my credentials are also not shared any where. I complained after the first one and the customer care executive replied ola money wallet login credentials with others. So i changed my password. Still another transaction took place.
          Please investigate the issue here.

            1. There are two fraudulent transactions of an amount of rupees 9999.00 each for online purchase at ola money zipcash is taken place through my mother’s pension account at sbi branch station road ara (Bihar) from asking debit card number through mobile number [protected]. Debit card no. Is [protected].

            2. Further i state that the otp has not been provided for the said transaction.in view of the above i request that the delivery of an item being purchased through above debit card must be stopped on top priority.

              I have ordered my food from food panda app and paid the amount via ola money. The restaurant name is "the kitchen crew". It was placed by me "vasundhara shekhar" on 31st july 2017 at 03:02:21 pm. The transaction id was cyyv-f0c8m0l4. Amount paid via payuglobal ola money wallet was 202.3 rs.
              At 3:17 pm have got a sms from food panda that order u1tk-tur from the kitchen crew is cancelled we will refund the amount if charged. Please process my complain and revert me soon if possible.

                Hi Sharique, I also faced same problem last week. I have also followed the same way and the bank manager has dropped a mail to Ola. I would like to know what happened in your case. Did Ola money refund your money?

                          Fraud has been done by the cyber criminal by asking details about debit card. He has debited money by asking atm debit card number from my father's saving account costing rupees-9700/- payust[protected] at ola money zip cash txn[protected] thr sbi 0459 & rs 9, 999 a pos payust[protected] at ola money zip cash txn[protected].. Could please find out the account holder and block the number so people further wont face problem.. And can i get a refund of the money that is transacted, we have lodged a complaint in the nearest police station

Today again I received call from below person seeking account details saying, he is representative of OLA money from Ranchi. As per him ola money has office in ranchi for jharkhand and Bihar.                               Rs. 300 from my ola money wallet has been transferred to wrong account ([protected])... The money has been debited from my ola money balance. I would like to reverse this transfer. I even tried to call this account number ([protected]); however i get the message that this number is not working.

                              Please resolve this asap.

                                  My last ola ride was from kalyan station to badlapur mhada colony, on 25 july 2017 early morning from 2am to 3am in mini. Crn[protected]. On my way i was about to transfer money in my ola wallet, but driver (Mr kunal rathod - [protected]) said that, his ola money account is not working so need not do the transfer, at end of ride it will show cash payment. But at end of ride ola money remaining 115 rs from my wallet was deducted so i was paying remaining 89 rs. Then he demanded complete payment of 204 rs, on same argument of non functional ola money account. He assured me about back payment before 11am in case his account is functioning. Being late night with parent being awake i had no option but to trust him. Now last 4 days, neither i received my ola money back, nor driver is answering call. Hoping for some help.

                                      Date & time: 27 jul 2017, around 3.29 pm ist

                                      From card : 622018xxxxxx0834 - sbi account

                                      Amount : rs9999

                                      Attaching mail sent by bank for this transaction below.

                                      "thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx0834 for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos payust[protected] at ola money - zipcash txn#[protected]."

                                      Fir lodged with local police station and yet to receive the fir copy. Will attach the sacn copy as soon as we rceive the same.

                                      Already spoken on customer care, would drop a mail as well. Please arrange a call back if you need further details. Have shared my number below.

                                      Please block the money movement for the transaction immediately and would wait for your call or mail for refund of the money.

                                      Got to know over call that the wallet has been blocked from which the transaction is made and money from that wallet is moved to one account, will ask cybercell/police to drop a mail to you guys so that account details can be shared with them so that investigation can be carried out on that account details.

                                      Please update your risk rules so that for these type of transaction in future the money would be put hold with manual intervention and money can't be spent by the fraud.
