Yesterday I recharged my ola money with rs. 1999 the ref number is[protected]. I can only see rs.946 in my account even after I recharged the account with Rs. 1999/-

Yesterday i had booked cab so there i paid driver through google pay but wasn't gone to driver then i paid in cash Driver told he will return money back if he receives money. Money is deducted from my gpay yet i hadn't received my money back

So please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      We became a victim of Debit card fraud. A fraud person who said his name is Deepak Joshi, his telephone number is[protected] pretended to be a State Bank of India staff made following fraudulent transactions with our Debit card with details -
      1. INR Rs. 9999 from SBI Saving Bank account on (8/7/17) at around 5.49 PM towards a fraud purchase on POS PAYUST[protected] at Ola Money Zip Cash txn #[protected] and SBI CARD used is *** ...6048
      2. INR Rs. 9999 from SBI Saving Bank account on (8/7/17) at around 5.49 PM towards a fraud purchase on POS PAYUST[protected] at Ola Money Zip Cash txn #[protected] AND SBI CARD used is *** ...6048
      Total fraud deduction = INr 19, 998.

      I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.
      Kindly help me. I will be highly obliged.

          My father became a victim of Debit card fraud. A fraud person pretended to be a bank person made following two fraudulent transactions with my fathers Debit Card details.

          1. INR Rs 9999 from SBI saving bank account today(6/7/2017), at around 7 PM, towards a fraud purchase on POS PAYUST[protected] at Ola Money - Zipcash txn#[protected]. and the SBI card used is *****6163.
          2. INR Rs 9999 from SBI saving bank account today(6/7/2017), at around 7 PM, towards a fraud purchase on POS PAYUST[protected] at Ola Money - Zipcash txn#[protected]. and the SBI card used is *****6163.

          Total fraud deduction = INR 19, 998.

          I request you to please cancel the transaction and refund the money back to the original bank account.

          I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

I was trying to apply for an updated pan card on june 19, 2017 fromthe website and found ola money as payment option for the card. When i paid using ola money, i got an error screen-"the page could not be found". When i checked ola account, the money was deducted. I thought the money will be returned or i will receive an email for payment confirmation. But, none of them has happened yet.

                      My colleague wanted to send ola money to me but sent it to different mobile number instead. She misplaced a digit in the number. Can the transaction be reverted?

                          My friend have not received 2200/- or 1477/- which is sent by me on 24th of june through ola money. Please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. As i have received the message of payment and the money has been deducted from my account. Also, she has received the message of transfer confirmation but the amount is not reflectint in her amount. And it has been transfered from ola money to ola money not to the bank please kindly look into the issue and return my money back as i am continously calling to the customer care number but nobody is giving any response from the other side

                              Today I have took auto from Broadway to Central around 8.30 pm.. after the drop.. money has been deducted from my ola money and the driver also charged RS 39 from us.

                              Why such cheatings ?

                              I need to get my money refunded in a single day.

                              I had recharged ₹ 300.00 on 20.06.17. But till now no discount vouchers received.

                                I have been directly contacting your support email id. They had send me mail as seen in the image again and again. I had not violated any policy of ola for sure then why my account is blocked. I had contacted all your customer supports but my problem is not solved yet. I am facing so much inconvience. Please solve my issue at the earliest.
                                After writing you again and again same thing is replied by you which is seen in attached pic. My account is active then also it is showing that my account is suspended on the app. Now also my account is suspended without any reason. Every thing was fine when i was not having any money in my account and as i had deposited 1000 in my account my account is blocked. Your team has sent me mail my account is active then also i am not having access to your account. This inconvenience is creating very bad impression of your company. I want your team to solve my problem at the earliest. I had contacted you in every possible way but my problem not solved yet.

                                Hi team,

                                I have recharged ola money on 17 June 5:05 pm by Hdfc net banking. Amount has debited from my account but it's not showing in ola money and also i have not received back my money in my account.
                                Please look into this matter and revert my money back to my account or in ola money ASAP.

                                  I did bill payment of my bsnl postpaid mobile by ola money of rs 369 immediately got sms that transaction successful but in actual even after 14 hours no amount received by bsnl i have called bsnl customer care many times they say no bill has paid while ola money support contiously writing to me we need at least 4 days time to confirm weather bill paid was successful what nonsense is this i need full refund

                                    My friend have not received 3100 which is sent by me on 7th of june through ola money. Please kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. As i have received the message of payment and the money has been deducted from my account. Also, she has received the message of transfer confirmation but the amount is not reflectint in her amount. And it has been transfered from ola money to ola money not to the bank please kindly look into the issue and return my money back as i am continously calling to the customer care number but nobody is giving any response from the other side...

                                      I just added 1158 rupee in my ola money a/c [protected]. Bt the rupee are debited from my a/c and not add in ola money. Plzz tell me what is this.. And resolve it. I made a payment through by ola money. I want a book a bus ticket. Bt my money is not added in my ola money a/c bt debited from my bank a/c. Plzzzzz hlep me.                                         This is big scam from ola money, dont know how did they decided we have canceled a ride after 5 minutes of making a booking without knowing proper reason from the rider. Who gave the permission to these people to take public money without any bad situation, this is very ridicules, unfair to accept here there are different situation people need to cancel the ride. But the thing is we don't know on what basis they are judging this stupid cancellation policy.

                                        I would request everyone to that don't keep your valuable money in olamoney. Ola company is looting the public money.

                                        Please someone take serious action towards this or else everyone will get affected this stupid cancellation policy. Moreover their app itself have not updated properly. People are not mad to book and cancel the ride before reaching the driver, we can say this simply loot policy.

                                        I would like to complain about the failure transaction that has been made today i have transferred rupees 383 from my account that is from [protected] to ola driver [protected] through ola money mobile application but the money i.e rs.383 is not received at the other end so I want you to kindly revert back the money as soon as possible
                                        Still no one rectified it.
