Dear sir/mam,

My olx account is getting suspended without any reason, why don't olx team contact & investigate things before suspending anybody's account. This is 2nd time im facing this issue. Kindly resolve this issue asap as i'm in urjent need of this app for searching property. Below are my 2 contact no which is been suspended by olx team without any reason.

Earlier I had sold my zoom processor using my account. Later when i tried to sell my scooty, my account was shown as suspicious and later suspended.

My account [protected]@gmail has been suspended for no reason I am been a long time member for olx. Please unlock my account.

My account is banned by olx. I was contacted by a person for my ad and he was trying to fraud me. On denying he reported my account and now it is banned.

This kind of service is highly unexpected from the company. They should have banned that account instead of mine.

Please look into this and let me know the next steps. I have already sold stuff on olx so please remove my ban as soon as possible.

I posted ad to sell 2 products 2 days back. Initially ads got rejected. After few modifications ads were accepted. Got messages from the buyers also. I waited for more messages to come. Suddenly, I realised that my account got suspended. I cannot login through other mobile number also.

I am getting call from olx auto every 15-30 mins, even after telling them that i am no interested to sell my car they keep on harassing by making call every 30 mins.
If they do not stop then I have to lodge a case of mental harassment against them.

I was travelling for few days and wasn't reachable and when I got back my OLX account has been banned without any reason.

I have been a frequent user for OLX and frequently browse for products I need.
I have not made any fraudulent calls or transactions with respect to any ad on OLX.
It seems OLX is banning accounts on a single recommendation where only an offer was made. No intention was to do any unlawful activity.
Hence I request you to unblock my account.

Hi my account got suspended which I tried to login from my second hand Mobile which was brought from olx I tried different email IDs but its still showing that it got suspended please rectify this. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Its been suspended for a long time and I am unable to do any transaction

Ordered an Air conditioner and Refrigerator through OLX from a person named G Vinod Kumar, an Army employee and has provided I'd card also.
Initially asked us to pay 20% of money and remaining after delivering the product.
Later as per the Indian army transport services, it was asked to send money by providing bank details. The Government I'd card details have been provided and hence the transactions have been made.
A total of Rs.86000 has been transferred and now they are not responding. Please do needful in this regard.

I sold my car in Aug-2022 and an olx-auto field team member informed me that Olx autos will hold Rs.10000 and I will get it as soon as the vehicle is transferred to next owner's name or max within 180 days as per the SLA/agreement.
This is June 2023, almost going to be a year soon, and I haven't received my hold-back money yet. Even after raising several requests and complaints through olx autos support, I have been getting the same response "Apologies for the delay, but we'll take care...blablabla...
Every time some new customer support representative picks up the call and gives a false promise that amount will get released in 72 hrs. Sometimes, they even say that our channel partner is on vacation for 15 days to attend wedding... I have sent several reminders in a mail chain requesting to release the hold-back money, but they are hardly worried about customers.
As a middle class person, even Rs. 10000 matters a lot for me.
Because of this non-payment of hold back amount, I am mentally tired and feel as helpless now.
Please help me out; I will be more than grateful.

my ad was expired and to repost it i made a payment of Rs499 now and after that i couldn't post the ad in that category
