Am anjali my ad regarding pet sale. On bhatiaanjli. I got forged, rs.45000.00 by olx india website customer +91-[protected]. He took my money from paytm qr insread of deposit he deducted.
I lodged a complain in pratap nagar police station jaipur. He introduced hisself as an indian army officer. I am sending some ids which he has given. Kindly look into this matter. N help me or others. Thanks

सर मेरा नाम अभिनव मिश्रा है मैं उत्तर प्रदेश के बहराइच जिले से बोल रहा हूं सर सर्वे दे ओ एल एक्स पर एक ऐड देखी जिसमें लिखा था कि महिंद्रा एंड महिंद्रा कंपनी में जॉब के लिए मैंने अप्लाई किया जॉब जॉब का वादा करके उन्होंने कहा था कि सारा पैसा सिक्योरिटी के लिए दे रहे हैं सर सिक्योरिटी के लिए सारा पैसा दिया मैंने ₹15000 इन लोगों को दिया भावना शर्मा नाम की लड़की ने मुझसे वादा किया था कि आप को जॉब मिल जाएगी ऑल इंडिया पर जॉब का फर्जीवाड़ा काफी समय से चल रहा है सर मैं परेशान हूं बताइए मैं क्या करूं सर मेरी आर्थिक स्थिति एकदम नहीं सही है कृपया करके मेरा ओएलएक्स कंपनी को बंद करवा दे यह ना जाने कितने लोगों का जॉब के नाम पर कितने लोगों को ठगी है कृपया करके इस कंपनी के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करें

Dear sir/madam,
I am biplab mondal, my icici savings a/c no is[protected]. On 6th december, 2019 i got forged, rs.24000.00 by olx india website customer +91-[protected]. Icici customer care took a complaint (Sr[protected] over phone. I also summitted dispute form on 7th dec, 2019 to my nearest icici branch.
I lodged a complain in mumbai cyber crime branch and a lodged a fir at dadar police station. I also mailed the complain copies to icici customer care.
After so many time (72 days) i am not getting any positive reply from any department.
Here i am attaching all the transition details, cyber crime branch letter and fir copy below.
Please overview my problem, its my humble request to you.

He showed me old r15 he said the rate is 55000, and before one day he said me to pay 5000 for army gate pass i said i want to meet he said army official only courier then after one day he given parcel service mobile he called me and ask me to pay some security reason army act and he compail me to pay 3 way 16550 and then 16000 and then 16900 and then after that he ask me to pay 5000 for extra security i knew he is fraud then i went local police station no response his mobile number still active please take action sir i'm poor family background my money lost[protected] this is parmeel kumar mobile number still active please trace him and recover my amount please sir

I am thyagarajan, resident of hosur, tamilnadu, i have made 35149 rupees payments using (Upi) phonepay to [protected] in order to purchase bike using olx india website, after making the payments i have not received any consignment against payment

Parmeel kumar shown in old r15 bike 60000 i paid he is not delivery he in before he showed me army parcel service bill he said me to pay 16650 first then some security reasons he said me to pay full amount and i paid then after that he said me to pay security amount as per the army rule then i paid that also and then he asked more than 21250 and i understood he is fake that's why u complaining against him his mobile number still active what the police people doing he still cheating the poor one why we need police hate all police people why u can't do them anything i hate police why cyber crime still active that people's cheating one his number is [protected] first track and trace the #

I recently created the account in other to post my device which i wanted to put for sell, i have follow every steps and give proper information to create the account, fine the account was created and i was able to post two ad, which i got a buyer for one the product i posted,

So i decided to login my olx account on my computer, and i was logged out completely, why? For what reason, i have not violate any guild and policies of olx so why was logged out and got banned.?

I want this resolve as soon as possible.

My account has been banned for no reason
I have just posted my laptop ad and then next day i was banned. This way all my 5 accounts on olx has been banned. What is the reason for this. I have been posting ads since 2017 and i was getting genuine customers. But olx has banned my account now i am facing difficulties in selling items.
I am very unhappy about this situation are you forcing your customers to not post ads.
Plz look after this olx many of the customers are dissapointed for this very reason.

Full description of the incident: paytm fraud against olx client to buy my household item.
I would like to refund the amount of rs 70, 000/- from olx because due to them this fraud occurs. I file a complaint in pune police cybercrime. So please refund my amount

I have bought about 6 items of furniture for my house and also posted a couple of ads of my carrom board and my phone. All of a sudden, when i opened my olx app today, it shows my account is banned. Mentioned no reason for this. I was looking for a good bycycle to give to my younger brother as birthday gift, no i cannot. My question is that ' if they do not want us to buy and sell at their app, then why they advertise it like that? It is not fair.

On 7 feb of this month i saw a advertisement regarding bullet bike worth 75k so i thought to purchase..
I called the person called preetham db.. Which was mentioned im olx app..
So i called him and asked details about bike and all so he said ok! So he asked 1100 for paper works and all so i trusted him as he described himself as cisf constable.. Works in karnataka..
So i trusted on him as he also shared his id..
So i beleived on him..
And i paid him... So he said on 8 feb bike will be transported and he called me on 8th morning that pay 4039 for transport n al... To proceed your purchase of bike... So i thought might he has started the package of bike cause he sended me the pics of the post office and smtg... Nd army officers..
So first i paid only 4k he said no no u must pay 4039 in one transaction so that we can show recipt to our officer.. I siad how is this possible i paid 4k and again it asking 4039 can't u add 39 ₹ as per my side as i paid u 4k.. He said no nk we have rules n all... So i did a video call he didn't lift he said video call is not allowed this that...
I said send my 4k again i'll send you 4039 he was lyk no no it's not possible this that..
He said after delivery of bike u can reduce amount and pay me total amount..
I said no... I don't need bike anymore please pay my money back... He said it will take 24 days for getting your money back... I was lyk i did a online transaction using phone pe how cannot it's possible to send my money back... He refused...
Again he called after an hour he said u need bike or not i said no.. Please give my money back... He was doing drama's this that...
So i said u fraud u cheater i tracing ur call i got to knw ur address saying this he cut the call.. And blocked me on whatsapp and call also..
Now i lost my money... Olx india please help me in getting my money back...

Olx was. Now suspending consumers without any reasons and my 5 friends olx account also banned. They were now not using olx. I'm contacted customer care also but they couldn't

Do not unbanned then i'm also stop the utilisation of olx. This will affects badly for olx stability also. So please understand the problem.

I had posted ad in olx for my tv unit. I got a call immediately from olx user and he send me few qr codes to scan to receive money. I scanned one and i see that money got debited from my account. He told that it was by mistake and i will send one more qr code to refund your full money like wise he cheated 70 thousand rupees. He called me from this number +[protected]. Please help me in getting my money back.

Yesterday i saw the advertisment and thought of to buy the bike.. So i called the person named preetham db call himself to be as army officer and he wants to sell his bike cause he needs money urgently so i thought of to buy and he asked me to pay 1100 rupees for paper works and all and i paid yesterday and today he asked me to pay 4000 extra for tansfer of bike from karnataka to telangana so i paid.. Him and he was lyk no now u should pay 4039 then i refused to pay.. I said return the money i'll pay u 4039 again he was lyk it's not possible u can get money after 24 days n all this tat he said pay me now if you want bike..
I refused to pay the further amount...
Now i need my money back...

I had register an ad for refrigerator for rs 5000 on olx, there one of the users chatted with me by name kamlesh kumar. By number +[protected], i gave him details of my father number my sister was about to get a credit of rs 5000 instead via upi (Google pay) her bank account got debited for rs 10000, after answering few phone calls when my sister called his phone is switched off now... Please look into this matter,

This is to bring to your notice that i was cheated in upi fraud and i lost 26000 inr in total. Due to some misunderstanding in the process i lost and entered the pin details in my g pay account with the amount mentioned – i called up google pay team and reported the fraud. Last month i have reply to one ad on olx which is about personal loan. the person shailendra singh ( [protected]) owner of ad .is contacted me & asked my documents for personal loan. he also asked me to pay 1600 as processing fess. after making online payment he sent me msg that loan amount will be credited in 48 hours. but after 48 hours he stops answering calls & emails. he blocked my number. he is posting ads on olx again & again.

I was searching for a second-hand scooter in olx and i found an ad of honda dio of 2019 model for 20, 000 rupees. He said that he was leaving for the army soon. So he was selling the scooter for less price. He asked me for an advance of 1000 rupees so he could keep it aside for me.
I cross-checked his pic for a match in google and i saw some complaints on him in this site (I am attaching the links of complaints to this post). He is currently active with the mobile number[protected]. Please have a look at it.
