While selling my gym bike in olx, i received a call from manjeet dilharan from guwahati. He agreed to buy the bike for 4500 and proceed to pay online via google pay. He send me bar code and asked me to type upi pin. But money was lost from my account. He said he will send back the amount and tried with five and ten rupees which was successful. Again he send bar code and i lost money. Total 9000was lost

I am cheated 53800 rupee from olx ad person ad id [protected].
In olx there is so many fraud persons there cheated like this please take necessary action on this.
I spoken to aperson from olx chat and he give me a number, i spoke to that person he told that i am in army i give bike for you 32000 but he ask to put money in bank account, but he doesn't give the vehicle, please take necessary action on this ad person.

I posted an ad in olx as i wanted to sell racks. Within few minutes a person called me saying he wanted to buy it. He did not take any action in olx instead directly called me. I sent him images of other racks in whatsapp which i wanted to sell and was about to post in olx before i received his call. He told he will buy all of them which would cost 40, 000. He agreed to my price immediately without any bargain. He told he will pay me immediately but i told him to pay only when a person of his comes to collect. He claimed to be in military by sending photos of aadhar card and said that he would be busy after some time till night and cannot contact. I agreed with him and said him to do the payment now. He sent a link to me and said if i pay through that link money will be deposited to my account. I acted as if i followed all his steps and recorded his call. I came to know i would loose around 1000. So what i want to say is that if these things keep happening customers feel insecure to post ads on olx.

I have seen honda active scooter on olx and thought to buy. This guys has sent us pics and said he was posted in bangalore. He said we will send bike through their indian army courier and asked us to pay 3150 we paid. Next 2 hours they said u have to pay rs. 8850 to release bike or to login for clearance. Like wise we paid some around s.25000 and these people now again they have called and said we want 10k on 25-dec-2019.

Now they have switched off their no.

Olx banned my account without informing me for no reason. They don't have any valid reason for banning my account. Better go with quikr. I will inform all my friends in fb, twitter to quit olx. I am in middle of transaction with seller. I already sent money to him. Since olx banned my account, i am unable to contact seller. Get lost olx. You will be surely treated a lesson by government

I had bought a watch from mr. Irshad v iliyas who lives in fort kochi kerela. I transfered the money to his account after which he couriered the watch to me. After receiving the watch i noticed that the watch was not in fully working condition. I complained about this to the seller who asked me to get it repaired locally and he would pay the repairing cost. I got the watch checked but it repairing was costly so i contacted mr. Iliyas who said plz return the watch and he vl refund the money. I have sent the watch to him. He has confirmed that he has received the watch but now he is not refunding my money. I have sold my eon car on 8th dec'19 at chennai omr branch as per agreement olx has to pay me 1, 60, 000 but till date only 1, 50, 000 only paid to me balance 10000 not paid to me. Now your representative is giving all kind of excuses and not ready to pay balance amont. Also as per your commitment rc transfer as not done.

My account with Gmail id [protected]@gmail.com got suspended without any reason. I am a genuine customer, I have been using olx for buying and selling old goods frequently. They have banned me without any reason. If they don't want people to buy and sell then why the hell they advertise it so much. They create trouble for genuine buyer/sellers and allow fraudster to do the fraud

Seller send damaged item as mentioned in the description item condition is mint and fully function, after receiving the item i seen item is total damaged and non functional.

1) screen is broken
2) volume and brightness buttons are non functional.

And i offer to seller send this item back to him as ask for refund then he start not picking my calls and stop communication.

I saw an ad on olx of a broken iphone
We had a deal and he just asked me send courier charges of dtdc
I did ..
he some how managed to take amount of phone saying he is in trouble.
I have all the proofs he sent to me including bank statement, transaction details and car number.
Local police showed me what they really are .
They dont even take my complaint

Is there any way to catch them ### ??

My olx account banned few days ago. And when i send a mail to olx support team they tell that my account banned because i posted ads related budgies and hamsters.in india budgies and hamsters is not banned. These pets are avilable in many licensed pet shops. Then what was the problem with olx. And also they can reject the ad before posting.. And atleast give a warnning... And im posted the ad few months ago they are taking action now... Its very bad... Im using olx for a long time and finally they disappointed me... Please reactivate my account...

Dont know why olx is banning my account for no reason, i am sick of them, they banned my account for no reason no justification given if you dont want to run your business please close it down rather than troubling innocent customer.

I have paid rs.999/- on 16th december 2019 for an advertisement in olx.in for 30 days ad posting as a featured benefit, the next day i had received an email from olx that “your ad has been rejected” subsequent to the rejection i sent email requesting for reason of rejection of advertisement. But they sent mail reply as

“we would like to inform as per our records, the ad went live due to which we won't be able to process the refund, however we can re-initiate the service for 30 days. “

Subsequent various mail correspondence they are advertising under ‘featured ad’ as a paid member but without fixed period, i. E from time to time removing and placing. On 24th of december my advertisement became active but not any featured benefits, just like free advertisement. Thus i appreciate if they could advertisement as i needed else they can refund the money.

Hi, i am harsh pahuja, i searched for a scooty via olx, found a good deal, the person who posted the add shared his whats app no, his name as per id proof is bijender kumar then i had a word with him on whatsapp, he asked for advance, i asked for the id proof he sended me the same on my whatsapp, then the deal was done for rs.18, 000 he asked for advance of rs.6400 i made that payment, as i trusted the person because of his id, later next day he called me sir when you are coming at what time, he told me the location on call, and asked me to make a full advance i was standing at the location, he said i work on palam airport, i am sending one delivery boy outside he is just coming in 5 mins, i waited for 2 hrs near palam airport and i have call recording by that time my account was debited by rs.48, 420.
Now the phone numbers are working, i have made a police complaint as well.
I request you to help me to get my money back.

Today morning i try to complete my account by adding my email id to my account which had been registered with a phone no earlier and my account is banned, what kind of service is this where spammers are openly operating and genuine people like us and getting banned.

Olx india is by far the most unethical company in india, they dont have a proper system in place for verification, rather they ban people for filling in account details what kind of justice is this, if you dont want people to fill in the account details why do you even have that option.

My account has been banned for no reason, i had posted an ad for a phone and for my shock my account has been banned this is what olx does, i dont understand why they want to run an organisation when they go about banning people for no reason.

The Person publish the advertisement via OLX platform for selling the car AP9BC5696, he use the CISF employee status and while connecting over phone says he is posted at Airport Bhopal on the runway.

He says he will send the car after the payment of gate pass of 3100/-, after some time another person calls and says he is the driver and waiting to turn on the GPS, to turn on the GPS you have to pay Rs 7200/-

But he never come.

Its very harmful for the OLX, that their platform is uses as cheating platform.

it is my humble request to take necessary action on the case as early as possible.

Olx is such an unprofessional site, i never knew. They have banned my account for no reason. I have just posted my books to sell and voila, i get the message that my account is suspended. And when i mailed them conveying the same, they are telling me that i have posted suspicious ads. So books come under suspicion?? I wish olx people had read some in kindergarten. Their site is filled with scams and i have reported atleast 8 frauds involved in fraudulent activities through their site and this is what they have done with me.
