One Assist — unsolicited renewal of membership without my permission | |
When i received my icici credit card few years back, i was sold a wallet protection plan by this company. Subsequently, they just go on renewing it every year without my permission by charging my icici credit card. Last instance was on 29.11.2019. Relationship no. 1497314. Enhanced wa power single plan. They don't seem to feel it necessary to call me and ask for my permission. It probably amounts to a criminal act. How can they do that? I wish to discontinue this service and don't want to have any connection with such a horrible company. Was this information helpful? | |
