Hello, this evening at 8:12-8:15 I tried to add money into my Paytym wallet, twice, but showed error both of the time. Each time the amount was 100, that is 200 total. I tried to add it after few mins and it was done. But after half hour, I got 2 SMS saying that 100 Rs, in both messages(that is total 200 Rs ) has been deducted ECOM at One97 Communications Ltdelhi DLIN. I thought it will be added to my Paytym wallet. But it was not. I demand to either add 200 rs. To paytym wallet or back to my bank account. Please look at this at utmost urgency and importance. I demand and want my 200rs back.

On 21/04/2019 my friend got a fraudulent call from phone#:[protected] where she was take my debit card and she was informed about my debit card for which they needed a otp, it was unfortunate that she provided to them the otps and i lost my total amount 35000 and in that one transaction of rs. 999 they added in one97 wallet. Then i lodged a complaint in the cyber crime cell hyderabad police. But they are delay my complaint. Please help me about providing that wallet details, iam physically disable i tried but i would not able to go to everywhere for my issue. Please help me. Please.

My sbi account debited by 5000 on 28th November 2018 by one 97 communication noida without any purchase etc of transaction.
I am not using or purchasing any kinds of things from one97communication.
This is totally fraud case.
I also check this type of many cases of fraud online by one97 communication
Pls refund my amount & do the needful

While adding money, transaction of 167 rs gone missing, didn't added in my paytm wallet.

But transaction of 167 rs is successfully completed from my upi id

I have booked my train ticket with irctc on april 26 for swarn shatabdi using your portal.
The amount has been debited from my account but the ticket is not booked
I want my refund at the earliest possible time.

I, hanish jain ordered samsung galaxy s10 worth rs. 67000/- from the paytm mall on 20th april 2019 order no is [protected] and its expected delivery date was 22nd april 2019. Today is 24th april 2019 and still it is showing handed over in my order book, not delivered to me yet. Now i want to cancel my order but i am not able to cancel it. I called many times to the customer care but they couldn't provide me the solution yet. Almost 48 hours have been passed to raise the problem (Complaint no:[protected] still not find the solution. I belong from a very medium class family and its a very big issue or money to me. I cannot bear this kind problem with me. I also never expected this kind of service from the paytm at all. Now its a very serious issue to me. Kindly provide the solution as soon as possible..

I have the honour to state a few lines regarding my tatasky recharge that, i recharged with rs.300 on 16 april 2019 from paytm. And due to my careless and wrong cvv number of sbi debit card, my tatasky recharge was left on hold and it is hold in your authority, therefore, it is my humble request to your kind authority to please refund or forward the amount to tatasky no [protected] acount.

I have booked a train ticket from mas to pgt on 17th april 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded.
Plz look into this matter immediately.

Filing of a case against paytm mall (One97 communication)
Compensation of rs 1 lac.

Complaint - i had participated in an online contest organised by paytm mall on 31 may, 2018. I had won that contest and result was announced on 6 june, 2018.
The prize which was a shopping voucher of rs 10000 was awarded, which was distributed among our four tagged friends including me.

Paytm mall didn't inform me that the prize will be distributed among all four equally. All of other three got coupon of 2500 rs each but i didn't get any voucher. I had initiated, participated and my commented post had won that contest. They didn't even inform me and no terms and conditions were given regarding the same.

After a while when i asked them for my voucher no. Of times they didn't reply. Then i tweeted my query on twitter by tagging them. After so many efforts, i got coupon from them which was expired or already used.

I messaged them repeatedly and they sent me code and asked to order anything by using code. Also they asked me to order with my own money and will get cash back as well as my order. Using that code, i ordered handbags. After few days that order got automatically cancelled and i didn't get any cashback and prize. And i requested them again. They asked me to order again without using code and they said after delivery of products, they automatically transfer cashback in my account. But again they cancelled my order and didn't give any cashback.

Third time, i asked them for prize, they asked my to order bags again and when your order will ship, send us order no., we will provide you cashback.
After ordering the item, i sent them order no., they said they cannot process my request.

Now almost 11 months have been passed, and they did not provide any solution, in fact, they have blocked my funds (That i used against order in order to get cashback) three times without giving me any benefits. Its totally mental harassment and fraud.

I want compensation of rs 1 lacs for harassing me for 11 months and even not providing any of prize money. All the related facts, screenshots, messages etc. Has been attached for references.

I ordered from dominoes by using online banking on 21st march, but the orders were cancelled. I have made two orders, one payment was done with another gateway for which i have received the refund. The other order payment was done through one97, now i have not got refund for this payment. The restaurant has confirmed that they have refunded both the payments. I got only one, the other which was done by one97 is not done yet.

Add money on paytm wallet through union bank of India UPI

The msg is " your union bank of India will refund the money in your bank account " & Based on our past experience, bank take 2 working days to add the amount back in the bank account.(other note : you can raise your concern with us after 21 hours)

What should be do paytm?

Sir on april 4th at 3.00pm 100 rupees and on april 7th at 1.14pm 76 rupees has been debited from my account without my knowledge i didn't even send my money or payed to one 97 communication limited company but my money is getting debited. Total of 176 rupees has been debited from my paytm bank account to one 97 communication limited company. Plz kindly check the details and refund my money...

I have transferred loan repayment amount rs10296/- dt02/04/19, via kreditbee app through paytm but amount deducted from my account but loan not closed, so please solve my issues and refund my money as soon as possible

Dear Sir,
I selected debit card while booking train ticket. Amount deducted but the ticket is not booked. I got error like rejected by bank. And the the bank name is paytm m. I can see in my bank transactions that its deducted for one 97 communication.
There were two instructions, refund is intiated by irctc for one transaction. Please check the attached screenshot...

19 march2019 910.98rs got deducted from my central bank debit card no - ([protected]) account no -[protected] form make tatkal ticket for irctc side but ticket not booked and amount will deducted my debit card rs-910.98. Transaction id: [protected] number. Sir after deducted my money. I received a massage for your end (Your debit card x3993 used on ecom at one97 communication limdelhi dlin for rs 910.98. After pass 6 days i have not refund yet please do something and return back my money we wait for 144 hrs but did not refund please
