cancellation of plant

I have called several times one assist to cancel the plan. They have activated the plan without my permission from my hdfc credit card and every day one assist executive is calling me and tells me that they will cancel the plan in 48hrs but no action is taken by they. Hi,

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399/- from my credit card for one assist plan, this is really bad how can you make such kind of transactions without my knowledge and hence i request to deactivate one assist plan and refund money back in my account as soon as possible.

I received e-statement from hdfc bank that rs-2080/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 24 april without my permission..Last year i got this service and executive conformed me that they will renew this facility this year only after my approval but they didn't give any call or email and deduct 2080Rs from my credit card.

This is clearly a fraud and I will not pay this amount....

Cancellation of one assist membership:922166. With out prior intimation to the customer one assist has debitted1899 Rs from credit card. If we try to reach out customer care also there is no proper response and they are bugging to continue with plan. Totally irritated with this one assist plan and they haven't refunded money till now. And they are providing discount 1000rs now....
