I am sandeep singh. I received sms from hdfc bank ltd that rs-1399/ deducted from my credit card to one assist plan withour my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team i don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6523 without my concern on date:11/05/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

      I had never asked for the one assist plan. Also, a sum of rs.1, 899 has been debited from my account today 18 may 2018. I want my refund.

      This is the fraud to customer i have call more time to your department but your representative doesn't give any proper answer.

      Prior to take any legal action i am writing you here if can refund otherwise i 'll file case against you.

        Hai team,
        This is thirupathi from hyderabad. I have a credit card with hdfc bank without my concern you people activated the service. Yesterday i received my statement i really shocked. Iam requesting to deactivate the service imidiatly other wise i will escalate to superior consumer forum.

          I would like to cancel the one assist service. I was not able to do it by calling either icici customer service or one assist customer service. My call was getting cut, i told clearly i would like to discontinue the service as i have not used it nor am i going to in future, the amount was deducted from my credit card without informing me. The very same day i called icici customer service and pklaced a request, i told the same to one assist customer service people too. But to no avail.

          My relationship number is 2046485. Please cancel my one assist account and refund my amount.

          But in spite of your assurance I keep getting calls from One Assist trying to persuade me to continue with the plan . I talked to three One Assist people and the last one assured me of discontinuation of the subscription after a long dialogue . I was happy, the job is done, but immediately I got a message from One Assist thanking me for continuing with the service . I do not know what to make of this.

          My money has been refunded at last .

          One Asst should notify people by email well in advance before they renew the account and give the choice to the customer to either continue or discontinue . They should not force it on customers like this .

            Why customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my salary a/c.               When got credit hdfc credit card they sent me one assist for wallets along without asking me. I let go for one year and now they renewed it again without asking me. I really don't need this one assist plan now i need to cancel it and i want refund my money for this year. This is hdfc bank fault. How come they can ask their customer to pay for one product without asking. It's surprising for me. I wish i could sue them.

                I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- has been deducted from my savings account to one assist plan on 2/5/18 for their card protection plan without my permission..
                I am not at all interested in this services and they are deducting the amount without any consent/agreement.
                Upon calling the customer care service they play smart by telling that our voice is not audible to them and keep on diverting the issue instead of listening to our complaint.

                I want my full refund of 1399 rs in my account.

                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                  Deactivate one assist plan
                  I received sms from kotak mahindra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card for one assist plan without my permission i also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. The bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details with such fraudulent companies. Its really annoying to say the least.

                                Hello there

                                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I haven't registered for any of the plan related to one assist.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                  Suddenly, in the current month's statement I saw an amount of Rs. 1399 debited from my credit card of HDFC Bank. On inquiry, found it to be the service fee of One Assist, which I have never subscribed. I really do not need this service,

                                  Want this to unsubscribe, as soon as possible and want the refund money to be credited to my account ASAP.

                                    I have received an sms on 8th may 2018 saying that one assist plan has been activated to my hdfc credit card. I haven't activated it and they activated it without my permission. So i installed there app and with app chat feature i ask them to cancel my membership and refund my money. They says that it will be deactivate within 2 days. But it's been 5 days and i haven't received any confirmation call or sms that my plan is deactivate. I have received 2 calls in which they ask me not to cancel it.
                                    I am warning you guys if my plan will not get deactivated urgently i will take legal action against you.

                                      I submitted my mobile phone for repairing in your company. The repairing estimate cost is higher than my mobile. And was pending for your approval what is the next step taken by you.in this connection i have requested to you please paid my mobile phone value i. E. 80% as per my insurance plan instead of repairing.

                                      Second one is no other charges will be deducted from my refund.in this case i will go in court and social media.

I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.
