From My HDFC bank Credit card ending with 4893 77XX XXXX 1506 Rs. 1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 07/07/21.
I did not get a call or mail from one assist team for any services.
I dont even know what is this company do and they just renewed my membership without my consent.
They don't even provide me anything like id or etc, nor i can find any details on their app and website.

The phone slipped accidentally from my hand, and the company rejected it. As per them, only if some external force would have been there, they would have accepted it. Lol. Do not know why i trusted them. Never again. Happy not to Assist....

But last year, i wanted to discontinue the service, but my credit card account was auto debited without my consent to continue the service. when contacted the customer care executive, got response that, it should have been highlighted before the renewal date.

My phone was broken and I claim my insurance but one assist says that you can claim one claim and he says your claim was not accepted....

I would like to cancel my subscription to One Assist Care for wallets. The money gets debited from my account every year without any notice. The membership is linked to email id [protected]@gmail.com. I see no option on their website for cancelling my subscription.
