Dear sir/ma'am
I have recently been charged R.s. 1899 for one assist on 30.8.2021 which you have been taking for last 3years. Without my permission.last year i initiated and cancelled the service
And so, I want to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the same amount.
Please refund it as soon as possible. I am waiting for the cancellation

    I have already cancelled the one assist service on my old credit card. After the expiry of my old credit card, I got new one...when I got the account statement for the month of july, the statement includes an amount as the renewal charge for one assist. I dont want to continue with one assist nmore, so i cancelled this service. Then why charging such an amoubt for renewal...pls cancel the renewal

      Hello there,

      I received SMS from Axis Bank that Rs 1399.00 has been deducted from my Debit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission . I did not get any mail from the one assist team. This kind of activity is not acceptable and I urge the concerned authorities to look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

        I have asked them to cancel the one assist membership from the past 3 years and recently too. An excecutive called and they told it will get cancelled in a day and will get the reimbursement in max a week. But this happened a month before .I havent got the refund yet, so am afraid that same issue i have been raising for past years is coming again.

        can i get this thing cancelled and get refund please.

            The back cover of water purifier hole broken.

                  I had taken Wearable Insurance for my Apple Watch Series 5, at the time of claim they do not bother to pickup my devise. They sent their executive to pickup mobile where as mine is Apple Watch.
                  They sent their executive five times to pickup Mobile/Device I called customer care and explain all the matter 7 times but they don't bother. Company will frustrate you until you will repair/replace Watch at your own.
                  They are very good in frustrating customer so they don't have to settle claim.

                      I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after that i have received a message that oneassist plan will be automatically activated and 1899 will be charged against the plan from my icici bank a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan as soon as possible.

Even last year i reported that i donot want to continue my subscription even then this year its debited into my credit card. Pls understand that I donot want to continue the subscription.                               I bought a mobile protection plan from Oneassist on the name of my sister as phone was invoiced on her name. Before purchasing the plan I confirmed from oneassist executive about the invoice name and he replied there won't be any problem during claim. On his assurance I bought the plan and now when my phone accidentally broken and I claimed, they rejected my claim saying user is not immediate family member. I raised the issue with concerned team and asked for refund, they are denying refund as well I feel CHEATED!!!

                                Hi, I received a message on 16th August, 2021 that a transaction of Rs.1399.00 has been made on your Kotak Bank Credit Card ending xx4531 on 16-AUG-2021 at OneAssist Consumer Soluntions. This transation has been made by the Kotak Bank illegally without my permision as I do not need any such service. I Moreover I rceived an emailfrom One Assist Care*[protected]@email.oneassist.in on 13 Aug, 2021 and other on 15 Aug, 2021 for renewal of the plan and in reply of both these emails I wrote the I do'nt want this plan. Please discontinue this immediately. But in response to both these emails I received message that "Your message coundn't deliveredto [protected]@email.oneassist.in because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information. This shows the clearcut fraud played by the One Assist Solutions on me that is ehy they did not received my message due to the deactivate of the server. It is, therefore, requested the the above plan created by One Assist Sol. be cancelled and my amount deducted from my Kotak Bank Credit Card may be refunded to me. It is a fraud played by the One Assist Sol. in colusion with Kotak Bank on me by deducting Rs.1399.00 from my Credit Card without my permission against my wishes. Please refund my amount illegally deducted from my Kotak Bank Credit Card. Thanks.

Please take action immediately else I shall be constrained to fil6 a complaint to the Ministry of Finance, PMO and to the RBI against this illegal deductions of Rs.1399.00 from my credit card of Kotak Bank.

                                  I am not shared the invoice copy of the repair parts neither the defective parts were returned . How can I believe that the amount charged is correct or you all mark up the service cost and change parts without any need just to increase the repair cost. My copayment should be the 10% of the actual cost of repair and not an arbitrary amount fixed by you . I will knock consumer forum on this to get clarity on these hidden business of yours .

                                    I never requested for one assist consumer solution suddenly I got sms from them that deducted rs 1399 with out informing me!! This is fraud !!! With out knowing how come they deduct mine

                                        I got charged 1899 as oneassist renewal service plan which i never opted for. REFUND my money asap.
                                        Request no. Was : SR[protected], Money was deducted on 5th August 2021 from my ICICI Bank account without my permission. Its is not acceptable at all. Kindly refund my money and discontinue this service.
