I requested so many times to cancel membership but this people not cancelled. I haven't choosen auto renewal.

I Received SMS from Hdfc BANK that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to One Assist Mfee Renewal . without my permission.. i also got a sms from one assist team. i don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]n solicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

Debiting money from my bank account without informing me

Address:OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited 3rd Floor, Fleet House, Next to Marol Naka Metro Station Marol Naka, Andheri Kurla Road, Mumbai 400059

I have for one assist wallet protection plan through my icici bank reference two years back ago. Now before a week i was due for renewal of this plan and my money rs.1399/- got debited from my bank account which is linked to it without intimating to me. Unauthorized amount deduction from my credit card

Hello there,

I received sms from HDFC bank today that rs - 1399/- deducted from my credit card to One Assist membership fee. HDFC customer rang information. I do not even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card by the company is really a criminal act. I want my money back and don't do this again.

One assist auto renewal without my permission

I am an HDFC Bank credit card customer.

Rbl bank credit card fraud transaction

I have a rbl bank credit card. Bank give me a fraud protection plan with this card. And tell me this plan was given by bank. They didn’t give any information about one assist. On 3 may a fraud transaction of 16160 rs was done by my card. Then I call to bank to block my credit card. After 4 days bank refuse to pay fraud amount. Then I ask them for insurance plan. Then they told me to call one assist. Now one assist refuse to pay fraud amount....

I phone 11 accidental damage claim refused

I bought my iphone 11 on December 2020 and the incident happened on 9th May 2021. By accident, my phone dropped on the floor and the front speaker is not working properly. I raised a claim maintaining all formalities on the Oneassist app to resolve the issue and repair as it was under 1-year Oneassist insurance plan. Now the team called me today evening and has refused to resolve the claim. I am very disappointed with their service and policies....
