I am an ICICI bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1009 without my concern . I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership.

Kindly refund it soon as it was charged without any consent.

    My account got debited for the plan on 19th April 2021, I've given the cancellation request but the plan not yet cancelled. I request one assist should cancel my plan request and should give my refund.

      OneAssist auto-renewed my membership by deducting Rs.1399 from my bank account, in spite of me informing them to cancel the membership.

      After logging into their portal, I do not even see any active payment method being used for the deductions. So technically, they do not even reveal to the customer which bank account/card they are using for the deductions. It is up to only the customer to find which account is being used by going through the statements of his/her various accounts.

      Please make them cancel the membership and refund back the amount to my account immediately.

        I kindly request to cancel my oneassist plan. From 2018 onwards, for the past 4 years without any request/approval they are deducting Rs.1399 from my credit card.
        So. I'm not interested to continue the same. Pl cancel the plan

            The one assist is renewing the plan without any permission of mine.And the notification for renewal comes only at the day and they did not notify before that and did not ask if the plan should be renewed or not

              With regard to the above I wish to inform you that I have taken one assist in the year 2019 after that with out my knowledge or with out my consent in 2020 also they have renewed the one assist membership that's ok.But this year also they have renewed my one assist membership with out my consent and even with out any information. I'm not at all interested in this so please cancel my one assist membership. Kindly do the needful.Please recredit to my credit card.

                It has been many years that I have no contact with OneAssist and no Cards details and other details have been stored in it, but suddenly they have informed me that they are deducting Rs 1899 from my account. Please cancel my account. I was never using or utilizing the services of Oneassist nor I want to continue. Please cancel the account membership no [protected] for Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan.

                In spite of the complaint and the request to cancel my membership, I got a message that they are deducting Rs 1899 for renewal of membership which I am not using and do not want. Please cancel the membership do not renew it and do not deduct the money. I have never used your services.

                They have deducted Rs 1899 from my account even after my request for cancellation of the services. I am not using the services at all and have no cards registered in it. I demand closing the membership and services and refund my money.

                        My Name is Yogesh My membership ID [protected] and I have insured my motorola one fusion plus on 14 aug 2020 and it accidantly get damaged.My servise request number is 9716911.on 16 may 2021 I apply for claim they reject saying that it should be damaged by external force and slipped from hand is your fault. The word Accidantal damage is used only attract customers.

                              I requested so many times to cancel membership but this people not cancelled. I haven't choosen auto renewal.
                              They sent mail but not informed on phone. I lost my mobile and I am not using this service since 4 years. I need my refund.

                                    I am an HDFC Bank credit card customer.

                                    Just now my HDFC Credit card has been charged for one assist renewal. My card has been charged with Rs 1, 399.00. I have already called one-assist few months back (I would say 7-8 months back) and asked them to cancel my membership.

                                    It had been confirmed by customer representative that my membership won't be automatically renewed at the end of the membership period. My membership still has been automatically renewed today and amount charged from the credit card.

                                    I kindly request to cancel my one-assist membership (renewed today on 14th May 2021) and refund the amount of Rs 1, 399.00 that has been charged on my HDFC Credit Card.

                                    Called the number[protected] and was told that request has been taken and cancellation dept will call me and they only know for the cancellation and only they can tell if refund is applicable or not. The person told me i can only take requests and i don't know any further.

                                    I putting this above conversation here as I have been auto-renewed when clearly it was conveyed that i don't want to continue with this service.

                                      I had purchased one assist wallet protection plan through mobikwik, Pls cancel my one assist wallet protection plan and month on month renewal of the same and stop debiting my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 month on month for renewal premium, even on 13/05/2021 my hdfc credit card ending with 3318 was debited for Rs 79/- towards my one assist wallet protection insurance renewal premium, pls cancel the one assist wallet protection plan and stop the month on month renewal, I need solution and confirmation inmediately, else I approach consumer forum and Sue against one assist wallet for misuse of my hdfc credit card and lack of service to the customer
