Hi Team,

I am HDFC credit card holder and having One Assist service for last few years. But last year, i wanted to discontinue the service, but my credit card account was auto debited without my consent to continue the service. when contacted the customer care executive, got response that, it should have been highlighted before the renewal date.

This year i received a mail in 2nd Aug 21, saying that my service will be auto renewed within 5 days. When i replied to that mail, i got delivery failure notification. When i connected to customer care the next day, i got response that i will get a call from One Assist on confirmation on this. No call received from anybody of One Assist. But later observed my credit card was auto debited by Rs. 1399/- on 31st July itself.

Not satisfied at all with your response to customer, can you pl cancel this service with immediate effect and refund the amount.

Pl revert, for any other clarity on this.

    I am Hdfc bank credit card holder .this bank has auto debited Rs.1399/- from my credit card number 5096 without my concern on 31/07/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So I cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of 1399/- .

      You mark it as resolved. but issue is still there, you only refund me 50% of full amount which is 949.50.
      I want my full amount of money back. please do needfull. Bank is charge me 500 extra for late charges.

        I have not applied for any services, still my credit card has been debited for INR 1899 as Oneassist Mfees renewal, moreover i called customer care department for same, but they told me that on my mobile number or my family member's, not any services registered, then i called
        HDFC customer care, they asked me to talk to ONEASSIST.

                I had earlier told to your officials that I do not want membership after 19/07/2021. So don't renew it.
                Even so, have you continued my membership without my permission? This is out of order and the new bill dtd.23/07/2021 (Rs.1399/-) should be canceled and refunded. Otherwise legal action will be taken against you.

                    I would like to cancel my subscription to One Assist Care for wallets. The money gets debited from my account every year without any notice. The membership is linked to email id [protected]@gmail.com. I see no option on their website for cancelling my subscription.

                    I have not used and will not use in the future the services they provide and would like to apply for the cancelation. Please process my request.

                      My younger brother recieved a call from the company salesman and he said he was from icici bank and told everything about the debit card insurance to my younger brother and then my brother just accepted to the scheme without consulting me, they told a charge of 1899 per year, but according to me i am not willing to spend money to buy this insurance plan, so i kindly request you to cancel my subscription plan.

                        Sir we r from chennai. We purchased vivo y12s from poorvika. Display broken. We are guided to your company for refixing display as its a warranty period also got insured from your company. So we submitted our mobile to your agent at chennai. First they called us and told spare parts are ready. Please make the insurance amount of rs. 482.we paid. After that no response. Even not taking the call. On saturday they told only after three days you will get it. We will give you in a box if any problem arise within a week you must give your mobile with that box. We said ok. But again thise people called and telling us again it will take three more days. I dont know whats happening there. Why such delay. Please tell me how long will it take to change a mibile display if you got it for getting repaired. Please look into this matter. Kindly make gesture.

                          I got one year plan for 1899 last year. however i have cancelled it through your company representative just before renewal yet 1899 deducted from my account. I just need my full refund and an assurance that it won't renew again. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

                            These are my Invoice Details but as instructed in the invoice I haven't received any mail confirmation from One Assist with regards to the extended warranty for my Ozean Water Purifier.                               My mobile was picked up on 24th June(Service Request No. 9994269) .After about 12 days customer care executive said, “parts were unavailable but now the problem is solved and you device is going to be repaired within 2 days ( 10th July)”.After that they have been given dates after dates at least ten times with false assurance( I have screen shot of the conversations). They also gave me a complaint no 22009(20/07/2021). Till date my device is not repaired, I am frustrated with the service.

                                  On[protected] at 6:00 PM I raise request no. SR10165844 to oneassist for repairing my semi automatic washing machine Drain system not work and on 6-07-21 your service engineer came and resolve my issue and I paid 1550 rupees to him.
                                  Sir your service engine gave warranty for one month for same problem phenomena but unfortunately today again same problem phenomena reported .
                                  It is request on immidiate basis take action and arrange visit of your technician to my home to resolve issue and update.
                                  My family suffer due to this issue.

                                    ONEASSIST...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I bought a mobile protection plan from Oneassist on the name of my sister as phone was invoiced on her name. Before purchasing the plan I confirmed from oneassist executive about the invoice name and he replied there won't be any problem during claim. On his assurance I bought the plan and now when my phone accidentally broken and I claimed, they rejected my claim saying user is not immediate family member. I raised the issue with concerned team and asked for refund, they are denying refund as well I feel CHEATED!!! By Oneassist. I need help.

                                      I Rahul Singh have been trying to cancel this one assist plan from my ICICI bank account for about 2 years now. Calling the customer service as they will just waste my time until I feel like quitting the call. I have no hopes of getting my money back for a service that I never used but please at least cancel the plan renewal so that I do not get charged anymore.
