Hi my name is Manju rani gupta. I have icici bank account. Without my authorization, one assist plan have been activated. I havent frequently using this account. When i saw this charge of rs 1899 and call the customer care on [protected], the agent simply refuse and ask irrelevant questions.
I simply want to cancel the membership and refund the amount.

I have placed a request to One Assist to cancel my membership No [protected] vide request verification code 826902. Unfortunately it has been found that as per message received from HDFCBK the member ship premium charges amounting to Rs 1399 has been debited to my CC 4019. This has been going with out my concerned.
As I need not no more services from One Assist I am being request to the concern to cancel my membership at the earliest....

Not being able to cancel my one assist plan

I received a call about the one assist services and the next day 1899 was deducted without my permission for the same. I recieved a mail welcoming me to this service when I didn't even want to sign up. I have been trying to call and cancel the membership for the whole day but I've been on hold for more than 15 minutes each time i have called.

Please cancel this membership and refund the money immediately. Ref ID: SR[protected]...

Hi There,

I have received an sms on from ICICI bank that 1399 has been deactivated with prior information whether I want to renew or not. I want the money back ASAP. It has been continuously two years where they have did this....

OneAssist auto-renewed my membership by deducting Rs.1399 from my bank account, in spite of me informing them to cancel the membership.

After logging into their portal, I do not even see any active payment method being used for the deductions. So technically, they do not even reveal to the customer which bank account/card they are using for the deductions. It is up to only the customer to find which account is being used by...

Complaining about deactivation of plan

I kindly request to cancel my oneassist plan. From 2018 onwards, for the past 4 years without any request/approval they are deducting Rs.1399 from my credit card.

Withdrawal of Money without approval

The one assist is renewing the plan without any permission of mine.And the notification for renewal comes only at the day and they did not notify before that and did not ask if the plan should be renewed or not...

Cancellation of Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan membership

It has been many years that I have no contact with OneAssist and no Cards details and other details have been stored in it, but suddenly they have informed me that they are deducting Rs 1899 from my account. Please cancel my account. I was never using or utilizing the services of Oneassist nor I want to continue. Please cancel the account membership no [protected] for Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan.
