These are my Invoice Details but as instructed in the invoice I haven't received any mail confirmation from One Assist with regards to the extended warranty for my Ozean Water Purifier. I have registered myself on OneAssist App too however it is asking for membership details which I do not have with me. Request to assist.

    My mobile was picked up on 24th June(Service Request No. 9994269) .After about 12 days customer care executive said, “parts were unavailable but now the problem is solved and you device is going to be repaired within 2 days ( 10th July)”.After that they have been given dates after dates at least ten times with false assurance( I have screen shot of the conversations). They also gave me a complaint no 22009(20/07/2021). Till date my device is not repaired, I am frustrated with the service.

        On[protected] at 6:00 PM I raise request no. SR10165844 to oneassist for repairing my semi automatic washing machine Drain system not work and on 6-07-21 your service engineer came and resolve my issue and I paid 1550 rupees to him.
        Sir your service engine gave warranty for one month for same problem phenomena but unfortunately today again same problem phenomena reported .
        It is request on immidiate basis take action and arrange visit of your technician to my home to resolve issue and update.
        My family suffer due to this issue.

          ONEASSIST...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I bought a mobile protection plan from Oneassist on the name of my sister as phone was invoiced on her name. Before purchasing the plan I confirmed from oneassist executive about the invoice name and he replied there won't be any problem during claim. On his assurance I bought the plan and now when my phone accidentally broken and I claimed, they rejected my claim saying user is not immediate family member. I raised the issue with concerned team and asked for refund, they are denying refund as well I feel CHEATED!!! By Oneassist. I need help.

            I Rahul Singh have been trying to cancel this one assist plan from my ICICI bank account for about 2 years now. Calling the customer service as they will just waste my time until I feel like quitting the call. I have no hopes of getting my money back for a service that I never used but please at least cancel the plan renewal so that I do not get charged anymore.

                          I am Kmrk m Ravi Kumar a hdfc bank credit card holder.The bank has activated one assistant and charged a sum of Rs 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0487 without my concern on date 20/06/2021.I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership. I'm calling hdfc customer care visited the bank and also called one assistant but there is no response. So please do the needful. I don't need your security.                               I had purchased 2 Bluestar AC's 2 years back with 5 years OneAssist extended warranty.
                              From last year I have continuous cooling issues for both the AC's and I raised the complaint multiple times (More than 7-8 times), but still they are not able to fix it and everytime their employee came at my home and says that everything is fine but they will escalate this issue to higher level so the problem gets fixed and they will contact you, but as soon they left the complaint gets closed with the reason "Customer said unit is working fine".

                                I bought my laptop with one assist attached to it . i had several problems with my laptop, there were internal and external problems with my laptop . i have registered a complaint last year and they rejected it, and i have complaint many times then . and this year when i registered the complaint, they are saying that the previous complaint should be solved myself then only they can solve my current issues with my device . this is a extreme fraudism . its because when i get repaired my laptop from the shop, they can demand that, they will not take repairs after touching by a third party services .
                                i am official going to consumer court with this complaint, with all my evidences documented .

                                    I had initiated a cancellation of the one assist wallet cover for membership no [protected] on the 28 of June 2021 after receiving a auto renewal prompt by mail.

                                    Spoke to Mr Sandeep who said that he had initiated the cancellation n I received a mail to that effect the same day.

                                    Next morning I received the auto renewal prompt again n I spoke to Mr Priyank who confirmed that the cancellation process was in place n I had nothing to worry about.

                                    This morning I received a message from my credit card company that the one assist fees of Rs 1899 was deducted by a pinless operation.

                                    I called assist again n the lady Rituja tells me that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days !!

                                    What amazes me is that there is no cancellation option on the one assist website n the customer service executives are only bothered about reciting the lines they are taught n not really listening to the customer query or addressing their concern...

                                    How does one auto renew a contract without giving the customer an option to continue or back out of the contract ???

                                    Very unethical n unprofessional practice.

                                    Address my complaint n refund the deducted amount ASAP.
