I bought my laptop with one assist attached to it . i had several problems with my laptop, there were internal and external problems with my laptop . i have registered a complaint last year and they rejected it, and i have complaint many times then . and this year when i registered the complaint, they are saying that the previous complaint should be solved myself then only they can solve my current issues with my device . this is a extreme fraudism . its because when i get repaired my laptop from the shop, they can demand that, they will not take repairs after touching by a third party services .
i am official going to consumer court with this complaint, with all my evidences documented .
