Hello there, i received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Hdfc customer rang information.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I am not gave any standing instruction to debit one assist card protection plan. But every year more than Rs 1200 auto debited from my credit card account and I don, t know about how to deactivate this plan & not using also from last 3 years .

    'm bhanu, my claim request no.2801243, got a call from one assist saying that delayed in claim request that's why we are closing u r request thank u... Not at all listening to my words he kept the phone...

    But no were mentioned that to submit within 48hrs. And while taking insurance they didn't say about this and now they are saying should submit within 48hrs. What is this? Is it fare?

    After i claimed. Got a message saying that one assist will call u within 48 hrs. But no one called. After 3 days they called me and saying that we are closing u r claim request. Is this fare... They don't have conditions like should call within 48hrs and put conditions for customers while claiming.

    So i request u to take action on them and reopen my claim request no. And process the same.. I am very much happy i[censored] reopened claim and process for further..

    Your claim was rejected due to delay in intimation. As per the the terms and conditions, a customer must inform us within 2 days of the date of damage or loss.

    Because this was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has rejected your claim.

      Hello,

      On january 4, i received a sms from icici bank that rs 1399/- has been deducted from my credit card to oneassist plan.
      Last year i requested the oneassist team to cancel the plan. They told that the plan will be cancelled in one year. But nothing of that happened, the plan got upgraded without my approval.

      Kindly cancel this plan and please refund the amount of rs.1399.

          Hi all,

          Mobile insurance claim - accepted by oneassist team, but the service request sr:2726979 was closed without reinstatement of my mobile device from it's damage.

          I'm franklin madasamy, a policy holder for my mobile insurance - redmi 4 black through oneassist consumer solutions. Recently, i have reported a claim on 02/01/2018 (Mobile screen damage loss but phone is working fine).

          With reference to my service request number : 2726979, i'm writing this to inform you that i have repeatedly called back to oneassist customer center to pick my damage mobile either from me/my friend - gangadharan batcha.

          So far, there was no response from their delivery team to pick up my handset. I'm quite disappointed with their operational team effort/efficiency. However, to oneassist team, i have submitted all the documents via email based on their request such as (On a timely manner):

          1. Mobile phone invoice letter
          2. Letter of authorization (Mobile phone can be picked from my friend - gangadharan batcha)
          3. Insurance claim form (Signed by me)

          Before my business travel, i have given my colleague - gangadharan batcha mobile number (In my absence) and it was acknowledged by oneassist team. However, i was very well available in india until 18-jan 2018, but there was no pick up from oneassist team.

          I have requested them upfront to resolve this issue before my travel as i'm in need of this mobile for my daily use. Also, i have requested them if i can hand over to their authorized service center. But, there was no action from their pick up team.

          At the end, they have simply closed this claim request without picking my mobile phone either from me (Or from my friend). Hoping for a resolution to this complaint (Screen replacement)

            I found that oneassist have made a payment of 1399 on 27 jan 2018 without my consent from my icici bank credit card, i didn't ask for any service and i got charged. How could oneassist dare to charge for providing nothing. I made a mistake to take there services 2 years ago and have paid entire amount in 24 emis and decided not to continue as i was not getting any benefits from it. But suddenly i found through sms that amount has been deducted.
            I am calling to there's numbers but no one is taking the call.
            Need help to get my hard earned money back.

              I have not requested to process the renewal of one assist. How you can decide without my permission. You should not charge anything from my account. They didn't register my complaint. They ask i transfer the call for concern department i wait for more than 15 minutes on call no body response me and not register my complaint.                   I received a call from one assist customer care on jun'17, stating to avail the wallet assist feature for 2 years. After repeated inquiry the customer care representative confirmed that i will not be charged directly for the feature and the same will be adjusted with hdfc bank where i'm having the credit card of.

                  But i received a bill of rs.5500/- (Rs.4851 + surcharges) on nov'17 against my credit card.

                  This is absolutely disastrous experience.

                      I got a mail from one assist stating that my account has been upgraded and whne i checked my hdfc credit card amount from credit card rs1399/- debited for one assist... I shocked because already called to customer service executive to not to continue this service at any cost.. And we had discussion... For that and executive tried to convince me to continue the service but i did not agree for that.. It is huge inconvenience for me... Im getting disturbed... I spent more my valueable time to speak to cc and to give this complaint... Plz credit my one assit fee back rs.1399/- and i lost my business to spent the time to give this complaint worth 17000/- and for internet charges rs..20/- total one assist has to pay me total amount rs.18419/-

                        I got my samsung galaxy s8 handset insured with this company and recently my phone got a crack on the front screen due to an accidental fall from my pocket and on contacting the customer care of the company first they said its not insured and behaved rudely and when i talked in a strong voice and told registration number they agreed hes its covered, on hearing everything the representative told me to do all required formalities online and wait for next step and told me whole process will take 15-20 days and oi will be notified about the charges to be borne by me (Which at time of taking the plan was told to me that only handling charges will be paid be me and nothing else and called it as "zero debt" plan) and when i asked him for stand by handset he said the service is not available at your pin code, but i clearly remember at the time of taking the insurance i twice confirmed about the same and the guy told me yes sir it will be available to you and we will not charge you for anything except handling charges if any for repairs (Which acc to him were shipping) and he checked all my addtess and city details as well, and convinced me to pay extra then the one i was about to buy form local vendor with his gurantee of service providance just for these 2 reasons:
                        1) providing of standby handset (Door pickup & drop)
                        2) no depreciation what so ever..

                        Now my concern is if the company at the time of selling the plan was so sure of everything why are they not providing the same now..?

                        I would like to warn everyone not to fall in their trap and go for other companies in market which have their offices in your city because these so called online portals are looting us, promising something and at time of delivery not standing to same promises done.

                        Also i some one could tell me if i can knock court for same..??

                            You people don't respond to our queries. No further action is taken place in processing of my claim req no. 2645886 from past one month i'm hearing that it's under ic approved.
                            It's been two months since my laptop was picked up for repair. You keep on providing tentative dates but no progress is seen from past 1 month.
                            I don't know what deep investigation you have to do to provide me an update and details od my claim.
                            You are such a fraud company. All these conditions should be informed at the time of purchase of insurance.

The bank has auto debited rs. 2999- from my credit card number ending with 5697 without my concern as no sms confirmation or a call confirmation on date:22.01.2018.                                 I broke my mobile screen on 11th jan, i was on a travel, so could not call, so searched for online help from their website. But their website is not working properly. I could find the clause saying the claim needs to be filed within 2 days, neither i could get their email address from their website as it's not working properly.
                                As a result, i called the customer care once i am back from the trip on 16th of jan, i. E. After 2 working days.
                                But now they have cancelled the claim, saying it's my fault. When their website is not working. How is customer supposed to find information? Later i did not even receive any pro[per assistance from them.
                                Even after paying for the insurance, they are asking me to get things done by paying more to the company and getting the mobile repaired on my own.
                                They have completely misusing rules, and without being understandable towards the customer trying to get money out of them.

                                  I received sms from axis bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                  And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                    I have availed oneassist membership last year and on jan-16-2018 it got expired. And the oneassist deducted my hdfc credit card account ending with 1593 on jan-17-2018 of amount inr 1899 with out any communication to me in any form i. E. Sms/email/call. The deducted amount has reflected in my credit card statement.

                                    I am not at all interested with the service and i have mailed them multiple times. As of now no received any info or communication from them. I am requesting them to cancel my oneassist membership immediately and refund the amount to my credit card account.

                                    How they can deduct amount on my account with out any information/communication.

                                    I am requesting the oneassist team to look into the issue and resolve at the earliest. Also please do cancel the autopay which you setup with out my consent. I am not interested in the service.

                                    Is this any kind of joke, FYI I mailed the details to the email mentioned by oneassist not once not twice but almost 4 to 5 emails but none received any reply so far. Is that mail id [protected]@oneassist.in working, if working why not even a single reply for almost 5 emails. This is worst ever service. I am requesting to look in to the issue immediately.

                                        Oneassist renewed policy without confirmation and deducted rs 1899 from hdfc credit card on 3rd jan 2018. How they can do it without client confirmation. When i called to customer care they only insist about plan benefit. Hdfc also doing the same. Hdfc and oneassist are looted many using this oneassist plan.

                                        Oneassist is a cheated company. No one buy there plans so they started money earning with auto renew process with help of hdfc bank.

                                        I want my hard earned my rs 1899/- back.

                                        Hdfc bank credit card and oneassist. Rs 1899/- deducted on 3rd jan 2018 from my credit card for oneassist without confirmation from my side. I have called hdfc customer care they told it is auto renew process but how it can be auto new process without customer confirmation. I have asked for cancellation and refund, hdfc told 7 working day and oneassist 2 working day. Such a cheated company oneassist and hdfc dying there business.
