Mobile insurance claim - accepted by oneassist team, but the service request sr:2726979 was closed without reinstatement of my mobile device from it's damage.
I'm franklin madasamy, a policy holder for my mobile insurance - redmi 4 black through oneassist consumer solutions. Recently, i have reported a claim on 02/01/2018 (Mobile screen damage loss but phone is working fine).
With reference to my service request number : 2726979, i'm writing this to inform you that i have repeatedly called back to oneassist customer center to pick my damage mobile either from me/my friend - gangadharan batcha.
So far, there was no response from their delivery team to pick up my handset. I'm quite disappointed with their operational team effort/efficiency. However, to oneassist team, i have submitted all the documents via email based on their request such as (On a timely manner):
1. Mobile phone invoice letter
2. Letter of authorization (Mobile phone can be picked from my friend - gangadharan batcha)
3. Insurance claim form (Signed by me)
Before my business travel, i have given my colleague - gangadharan batcha mobile number (In my absence) and it was acknowledged by oneassist team. However, i was very well available in india until 18-jan 2018, but there was no pick up from oneassist team.
I have requested them upfront to resolve this issue before my travel as i'm in need of this mobile for my daily use. Also, i have requested them if i can hand over to their authorized service center. But, there was no action from their pick up team.
At the end, they have simply closed this claim request without picking my mobile phone either from me (Or from my friend). Hoping for a resolution to this complaint (Screen replacement)
