Dear oneassist team
I have got a message for renewal of my plan without my consent. How can you extend without asking me...??? This is like a cheating. No one can accept this type of thing. You people have behaved totally unprofessional.
Kindly cancel my membership plan and refund my hard earned money immediately.

    Hello,

    I received sms from hdfc that one assist membership fee deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission without any intimation you have deducted the amount rs. 1899..

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated.

    I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      Have bought mobile insurance, screen got damaged due to accident. Have notified & raised issue within 4 days (Including holidays), they rejected claim saying that i've not informed within 48hrs of accident. I was not aware that i have not bought mobile insurance but it is 48rs limit mobile insurance which is no where highlighted in bold or front page or on their website home page or faq's, even not mentioned in details on how to file a claim. As per their policy if calling them after 48hrs then actually no accident - no damage happened for them, client should forget everything else once they have been to accident & call them up first to complete their process to avail claim.
      Worthless & horrible! Complete fraud!- strange that no govt. Action yet against such companies.

        I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

          I received sms from axis bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my axis bank account one assist plan on 29/12/2017. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. Last year also i have received a call and money deducted from my account. After follow up with one assist team half of my money got refunded. Now again they have deducted.

          Request you to deactivate/cancel the one assist services and refund my amount asap.

I didn't intimated that they are doing so by email or sms. I will file a case against these people how they will do without my permission and who the hell are you to care about me..                     Hi, this is sabarinath my mobile no [protected], i have received the call from one assist about the insurance for my hdfc credit card. They explained the plan, i was just listening and connected the call to various teams and said that it was very useful plan. They cut the call, suddenly after 3 days my credit card was deducted of about rs. 2, 499 from credit card ending with 0810. I was unaware of the fact that money will deducted automatically from my credit card. I have called one assist customer complaint number 3 days before, i have explained what just happened they said they will refund the money and track the issue, i will get the details in two days. Still now i didn't get any response from one assist. Even though i called your customer care number there is no response from the number i actually waited for more than 30 minutes.. Hence i request you here please cancel my plan and refund my money asap.

                        I received a call from icici bank regarding the details of one assist plan and automatically after the call they activated the plan. I was not informed about the fact that they would deduct money from my account. I do not need this plan.
                        This is unacceptable to charge you for something you don't even want.

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 2113 without my concern on date:28/12/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                              I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. The bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details. Its really annoying to say the least.

                                I received a call from axis bank regarding some debit card security on 02 jan 2018 and then i got a message that rs 1899 has been debited from my account. I request you to cancel this one assist plan. It is activated on 02 jan 2018 and an amount of rs. 1899 has been deducted without my permission. I am not interested in this services. So i request you to cancel this plan and refund my money very soon. I tried to contact customer care but i got no response.

                                    I have applied for icici credit card last november 2017 and they have activated cpp for that card. 1399 rs deducted from my credit card on 30-december 2017. I went bank to for remove that plan. They said we are not responsible for that. Why i ll bother like this.
                                    When i raised a complain, one assist customer care executive saying that you can only deactivate the plan before 45 days of renew period. I want to cancel the protection plan now. Relationship no-3442807.

                                        Service request number 2706035. Hi. I had raised a claim in the month of may, it had to be subsequently closed since i was busy and could not find out time to get it repaired. The point is the company doesn't provide a replacement phone, so it was a challenge for me to manage without it. I raised a fresh request in december 2017 because i was finally able to find out time for this. The company has rejected my claim stating that cases which are not responded to within 60 days are closed, and cannot be reopened.

                                        I asked them for documented terms and conditions where this was mentioned, but i wasn't provided the same. I just received a one liner stating it has been closed and the worst part is they decided to lie, and tell in the mail that i didn't submit requisite documents. Trough this forum, i would request these guys to check your records and know for yourself how satisfied you guys were with the documents i had uploaded on your website, you guys were even ready for pick up, but since you didn't provide the replacement handset, i asked you to defer it till the time i am no longer dependent on my phone.

                                        Why did the company not inform me that my claim will be rejected in future if the period of 60 days is exceeded, what was stopping them from doing so?

                                        How can they dictate terms when i am within my rights and under insurance coverage at present?

                                        I asked the representative to connect me to his senior, who was in fact strategizing this world class customer service, and as expected he wasn't available over call. Speaks volumes about your care for your customers.. I fail to understand the use of the word happy in your mail id, you guys must be happy but the customer is left fuming.
