Hi, this is sabarinath my mobile no [protected], i have received the call from one assist about the insurance for my hdfc credit card. They explained the plan, i was just listening and connected the call to various teams and said that it was very useful plan. They cut the call, suddenly after 3 days my credit card was deducted of about rs. 2, 499 from credit card ending with 0810. I was unaware of the fact that money will deducted automatically from my credit card. I have called one assist customer complaint number 3 days before, i have explained what just happened they said they will refund the money and track the issue, i will get the details in two days. Still now i didn't get any response from one assist. Even though i called your customer care number there is no response from the number i actually waited for more than 30 minutes.. Hence i request you here please cancel my plan and refund my money asap.

    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 27/12/2017. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.
    Please wihdraw all plans which ever activated.
    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      I received a call from icici bank regarding the details of one assist plan and automatically after the call they activated the plan. I was not informed about the fact that they would deduct money from my account. I do not need this plan.
      This is unacceptable to charge you for something you don't even want.
      Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

            Deactivate one assist plan
            I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. Should refrain from such acts. The bank in question kotak bank should also refrain from sharing customer details. Its really annoying to say the least.

                  I have applied for icici credit card last november 2017 and they have activated cpp for that card. 1399 rs deducted from my credit card on 30-december 2017. I went bank to for remove that plan. They said we are not responsible for that. Why i ll bother like this.
                  When i raised a complain, one assist customer care executive saying that you can only deactivate the plan before 45 days of renew period. I want to cancel the protection plan now. Relationship no-3442807.

                      Service request number 2706035. Hi. I had raised a claim in the month of may, it had to be subsequently closed since i was busy and could not find out time to get it repaired. The point is the company doesn't provide a replacement phone, so it was a challenge for me to manage without it. I raised a fresh request in december 2017 because i was finally able to find out time for this. The company has rejected my claim stating that cases which are not responded to within 60 days are closed, and cannot be reopened.

                      I asked them for documented terms and conditions where this was mentioned, but i wasn't provided the same. I just received a one liner stating it has been closed and the worst part is they decided to lie, and tell in the mail that i didn't submit requisite documents. Trough this forum, i would request these guys to check your records and know for yourself how satisfied you guys were with the documents i had uploaded on your website, you guys were even ready for pick up, but since you didn't provide the replacement handset, i asked you to defer it till the time i am no longer dependent on my phone.

                      Why did the company not inform me that my claim will be rejected in future if the period of 60 days is exceeded, what was stopping them from doing so?

                      How can they dictate terms when i am within my rights and under insurance coverage at present?

                      I asked the representative to connect me to his senior, who was in fact strategizing this world class customer service, and as expected he wasn't available over call. Speaks volumes about your care for your customers.. I fail to understand the use of the word happy in your mail id, you guys must be happy but the customer is left fuming.

                          I was given a false information that if I go ahead and buy the one assist plan my credit card will become a life time free card. The verification was done in a fraud way. I have all the telephone conversation recordings with me.

                            Device claim – service request # 2676848

                            Not given a chance to explain on why there was a delay in reporting the accident in 48hrs. Even after writing mails, we do not see any response. We spent a week time in hospital and was undergoing a mental trauma as my wife was in delivery ward for new born baby. Customer care rejected my claim saying that we didn’t report the incident in 48hrs. Even wrote a mail to customer care but no response for a week time and ready to provide documents for hospitalisation and baby birth certificate.

                            You mean to say whatever condition we are in we need to call and report the incident. How bad is that.

                            Cheating customer this way is the horrible experience.

                              I received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for card protection. Without my permission, they took my 1899 rs from my debit card. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service. So we cant help u. This is not acceptable. It is totally fraud. Without permission they deduct money.

                              I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks.

                                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My account has auto debited of amount of membership fee from my credit card number ending 0899 without my concern. I am not interested in such plan dont want this membership any more.
                                So, cancel the membership and refund the debited amount asap.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 24/08/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.                                       This is abinash panigrahi. My relationship no is 1592353. Today i got a message from you saying my plan is being upgraded to enhanced wa single power plan as per my request when i haven't requested for any such plan upgrading.

                                      I'm trying to connect to your customer service representative but the line is always busy. Hence i request you to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. There should not be any deduction for any plan upgrade.
