Service request number 2706035. Hi. I had raised a claim in the month of may, it had to be subsequently closed since i was busy and could not find out time to get it repaired. The point is the company doesn't provide a replacement phone, so it was a challenge for me to manage without it. I raised a fresh request in december 2017 because i was finally able to find out time for this. The company has rejected my claim stating that cases which are not responded to within 60 days are closed, and cannot be reopened.
I asked them for documented terms and conditions where this was mentioned, but i wasn't provided the same. I just received a one liner stating it has been closed and the worst part is they decided to lie, and tell in the mail that i didn't submit requisite documents. Trough this forum, i would request these guys to check your records and know for yourself how satisfied you guys were with the documents i had uploaded on your website, you guys were even ready for pick up, but since you didn't provide the replacement handset, i asked you to defer it till the time i am no longer dependent on my phone.
Why did the company not inform me that my claim will be rejected in future if the period of 60 days is exceeded, what was stopping them from doing so?
How can they dictate terms when i am within my rights and under insurance coverage at present?
I asked the representative to connect me to his senior, who was in fact strategizing this world class customer service, and as expected he wasn't available over call. Speaks volumes about your care for your customers.. I fail to understand the use of the word happy in your mail id, you guys must be happy but the customer is left fuming.
