I received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for card protection. Without my permission, they took my 1899 rs from my debit card. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service. So we cant help u. This is not acceptable. It is totally fraud. Without permission they deduct money.

I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks....

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My account has auto debited of amount of membership fee from my credit card number ending 0899 without my concern. I am not interested in such plan dont want this membership any more.

I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days...

Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Last year oneassist plan was activated on my hdfc credit card. I had asked for deactivation of plan. But plan was never deactivated and oneassist has deducted the entire amount of 1899 again without any confirmation from my side.
How these guys are operating.
First they harass you by calling again and again once plan is activated, they keep on deducting the amount again and again.
No answer to any call or mails.

I did not say them to active oneassist plan for my hdfc credit card. They automaticaly activate it. They send me a message for deactivate i replyed with stop still have not. Even i call oneassist costomer care for deactivate this plan. They have not deactivated oneassist plan and stil did not refund my money 1399, after calling for deactivation. I didnt get a call and any access to activate one assist membership but they still automatically debited 1399rs from my hdfc credit card no. 4893xxxxxxxx0400 without my knowledge. This is fraud. I have opted out oneassist plan activation already for my hdfc credit card and got an acknowledgement sms saying that the same has been de-activated. Still got an sms on sat 22 dec 2017, stating that oneassist fee of 1399 has been debited from my card.
