I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act...

I received sms from axis bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my axis bank account one assist plan on 29/12/2017. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. Last year also i have received a call and money deducted from my account. After follow up with one assist team half of my money got refunded. Now again they have deducted.

I received sms from icici bank on 3rd january 2018 that rs-1399/- deducted from my online banking to one assist membership fee. I didn't intimated that they are doing so by email or sms. I will file a case against these people how they will do without my permission and who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

unauthorized deduction of money

I received a call from icici bank regarding the details of one assist plan and automatically after the call they activated the plan. I was not informed about the fact that they would deduct money from my account. I do not need this plan.
This is unacceptable to charge you for something you don't even want.
Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

I have applied for icici credit card last november 2017 and they have activated cpp for that card. 1399 rs deducted from my credit card on 30-december 2017. I went bank to for remove that plan. They said we are not responsible for that. Why i ll bother like this.
When i raised a complain, one assist customer care executive saying that you can only deactivate the plan before 45 days of renew period. I want to cancel the protection plan...

We spent a week time in hospital and was undergoing a mental trauma as my wife was in delivery ward for new born baby.
