1 i had claimed the insurance on 13th of november 2017 and the mobile was picked by them on 22nd of dec 2017. I had purchased the mobile from flipkart and the first mobile was having the microphone issue and flipkart replaced it under their 10 days replacement guarantee. I got the new mobile from flipkart on 13th of jan 2017 but the invoice was created on 6th of jan 2017 (The date of packing/shipment). I called to customer care of one assist on very next day and asked the procedure to update imei, as usual they asked me write to [protected]@oneassist.in and surprisingly i got response from their end from [protected]@oneassist.in after calling multiple times on 13th of feb 2017. As i had already shared all details over phone so it was designed to make the delay. And finally they updated on 18th of feb 2017 (As info shared by them over phone). They rejected the insurance claim saying mobile imei number should be updated within 30 days of the imei change.
I believe they are going to waste my time and finally they will come up with new excuses. This is what oneassist do.
2 the device was picked by them on 22nd dec 2017 was having only screen damage on the lower left bottom of mobile as mentioned in claim also and it was powering on and in usable condition. But when they delivered i. E., yesterday on 5th jan 2018 evening at around 7:00 pm it is not taking charge and neither it is powering on. I have uploaded the photos as well. I believe one assist takes all original parts of the mobile which is in working condition and replace it with damaged parts. That is what i am seeing after getting my handset back in my hand.
I called to customer care and as expected i was told to mail to [protected]@oneassist.in and nobody is ready to raise complaint and share the complaint number over phone. They are simply putting customer in trouble purposefully. And you will feel hopeless talking to them as they will not share any useful information except "we do not have any update regarding this".

This was expected from your end the careless response, i have already mailed to [protected]@oneassist.in.
The original parts have been replaced or damaged by you due to careless handling. Now i am all set for legal action. As i have all mail chain and recorded conversation.
If you can't find details by Membership ID and Relationship Number you must check your system well.
We trust you and give our mobile and you people replace/damage the parts. You should be shame on yourself and on top of that you give careless response.
I will make you pay for it.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and request you to ignore the previous reply.
As we can see, your handset was replaced by Flipkart and you had received the handset on 13th Jan 2017.
As per the terms and conditions, a Customer must intimate us within 30 days of replacement of the handset to change the IMEI.
You emailed us on 15th February and we cannot see any communication prior to that. Hence, your claim was rejected.
We are very sorry but the final decision was made by the Insurance Company.
