My icici credit card has been charged 1399 rs at oneassist on january 12 2018. This has not been authorised by me.
Also, there has been no communication from oneassist team for taking permission for membership renewal. Oneassist team is acting on its own with customers money.
Also, oneassist has'nt provided me with any customerid.

Kindly refund the amount asap.

    On 9-dec 2018, i got a call from sales team he told me his name is danish and given me this email id is (Nadeem. [protected]@oneassist.in) and successfully made my payment for a plan for my device nokia 8. I contact customer support regarding my onsurance which is didn't receved and mail conformation. Now i'm stuck what to do damm this oneassist people. They looted me. This danish person should be punished.

      I am mohd wasim ansari on jan 12, 2018 submit a complaint
      Sir,
      Without any permission of me one assist debit a rs 1899 from my credit card.
      On 28.12.2017.
      After 2 days when i check my credit card balance it show that a rs 1899 is debited again from my card. I also complaint on one assist consumer care number but they are only one thing says our representetive call you in 48 hour but today 16 day after deducting money they had no reply or call my complaint. This is my complaint no 2725704
      I also received a message from one assist that a yearly membership was activated on my card. I haven't received any call/sms from one assist to acactivate such kind of service.
      So plz plz refund my rs 1899 to my credit card as soon as possible.

          One Assist denied my claim, they say an unauthorized modification in my mobile.
          But I never open my mobile at my end. one time my mobile opened in authorized service center and I have job sheet. Submit all details like job sheet and other document but they are not ready for this.
          I submit damage request within 48 hours Claim SR # 2157488 on[protected].
          my mobile damaged due to a road accident, my mobile in my lower pocket slip due to accident and comes under tyre of Honda Aviator and screen and back panel damaged.
          I want repaired my mobile.

            I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

            I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

              One assist this side aman
              I want to tell you about the incident caused
              Today (10/01/2018) morning when i, m going to the court i saw a kid walking towards road who is not aware about that vehicles are passing there... I suddenly ran and stops the kid from incident.. Somewhat he and me got injured but i saved him..
              During this my phone fell down and some vehicles passed over it...
              There was no mistake of the car owner because the kid is not aware about the road.. That, s why i did, nt take any action against the men who is in the car...
              Then i take proper firstaid from nearest medical for the kid & myself.. After that i go to the court... It, s a happy day for me because i saved him... But a ittle sad also becoz my phone got damaged...
              Then i just go the apple store but they said sir there is no one assist insurance in your phone and they don, t know your company...

              I, don, t know what, s going on but if my handset not repaired in 25 days one assist or any executive will cheat me i, ll file a legal action under section 420... Because apple store is saying we don, t have any info about one assist... I, ll take proper action against the insured company... Because i paid for this.

              It, s like u Just making fool of my claim..becoz the mobile Cost is 25000 Aprox..and your are stating that repair cost is 28000...

              I think you are just trying to neglect my case...I, ll register proper Legal against your company because you just frustating me nothing else. I, m just waiting fro the responce...I, hv studied several customers who complained for one assist that they does, nt get their claim...but you neglected them...

                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  Hi,
                  I had given a cancellation request for my one assist insurance for my apple iphone which was done on 2 jan 2018 and cancellation request was done on 6 jan 2018. I was told to recieve a confirmation call within 24 to 48 hrs for the cancellation of my insurance from the cancellation department of one assist, but till date i have not received a single call from the cancellation department, but only recieveing calls from the sales department. Upon contacting on customer care, i am being told that request is being forwarded but still i didnt recieve any calls.
                  I am already in my free look in period and the one assist team is trying to delay my cancellation request or what i dont know.

                  Recieved the call today. The customer care is very bad. Tried many times but everyone gave different answers. Sent an email to one assist and recieved the call next day.

                    You guys state, you have transferred money on 30 dec 2017, but till today i have not received the money and even shared bank statement with your team. Please check and provide resolution instead of giving fake assurances. This company doesn't help consumers and keep on provides false assurance and just sends an simple response to wait and wait. Please help me to get a resolution.

                      Fyi - i have bought the mobile insurance policy on 8th dec 2017 (For my mobile xaomi redmi note 4 3gb/32gb which i bought on 2 nov 2017) following which as per communication from oneassist my mobile was covered for any accidental damage. There was no policy document issued on purchase of policy and only one mail was sent to confirm initiation of policy. My member ship number is [protected].

                      Now on 15 dec 2017, i have raised a claim for damage that occur on 14th dec which was denied by company saying that there is a 15 days of cooling period which is no where mentioned neither in any policy communication nor in public forum terms and condition published by oneassist. I have followed up with oneassist but all in vein as they stop responding me on any of my mail. Following which i have replaced screen from local shot due to reasonable rate of replacing

                      On 1st jan 2018, due to accidental damage which leads to screen breakage for which i have raised a claim for replacement of screen again same was denied stating it can not be processed as i haven't approach authorized service centre.

                      Problem statement - in absence of defined policy document, oneassist is taking undue advantage of internally defined policy while keeping customer unaware and this comes as a surprise to the customer like me. So, such malpractice being followed by such a big organization should be noted and corrective action should be taken by regulatory. This has caused me lot of trouble mentally as following up for clarification like knocking on closed door with no response from other side is something should stop for betterment of customers.

                      Provided the product t&c url at website tab where no mention of 15 days cooling period which they claim. Also providing link of standard t&c - https://www.oneassist.in/general-terms-and-conditions/

                      Both t&c urls are in public forum which is being updated by oneassist. Ideally they should send policy document stating any constraint against claims.

                      If further necessary documents are required, i will share same as well.

                        With out my consent card is issued and insurance given and i am already send card to chennai office for blocking. Even i am not active this card. I want to help from your side pls refund my amount. Miss shabam even not talking gently as per her complaint department will call within 48 hours, right now i did not get a call.

                            Hello there

                            I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my account to one assist plan without my permission..
                            As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.
                            Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                              Received a message that my newly bought plan was discontinued without our consent and permission. We never asked them to cancel the plan. We just bought it.

                                I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                  Hi im karthick s from chennai. My relationship no:1611685. This year inr.1931/- has debited from hdfc credit credit card ending 8086 on 4th jan 2018 without any intimation to me. Due to this i was struck up financially so i am decided to deactivate the one assist-wallet assist plan. I request you to deactvate the plan and refund the amount as soon as possible to the same credit card account.

                                  Very poor working service in One assist.15 days completed as you proposed to refund my debited money.Still no response from you.Not even attending any calls.Why One assist is really running I don't know.Very frustrated to call up and ask them to refund the money.I never find such concern in anywhere in this world.They are simply taking people money and does noting to them favor in return.

                                      Your plan is been activated on my card without my permission i even requested to cancel this plan from my credit card. I got cancellation confirmation message but still it is closed from my credit card.                                         1 i had claimed the insurance on 13th of november 2017 and the mobile was picked by them on 22nd of dec 2017. I had purchased the mobile from flipkart and the first mobile was having the microphone issue and flipkart replaced it under their 10 days replacement guarantee. I got the new mobile from flipkart on 13th of jan 2017 but the invoice was created on 6th of jan 2017 (The date of packing/shipment). I called to customer care of one assist on very next day and asked the procedure to update imei, as usual they asked me write to [protected]@oneassist.in and surprisingly i got response from their end from [protected]@oneassist.in after calling multiple times on 13th of feb 2017. As i had already shared all details over phone so it was designed to make the delay. And finally they updated on 18th of feb 2017 (As info shared by them over phone). They rejected the insurance claim saying mobile imei number should be updated within 30 days of the imei change.
                                        I believe they are going to waste my time and finally they will come up with new excuses. This is what oneassist do.

                                        2 the device was picked by them on 22nd dec 2017 was having only screen damage on the lower left bottom of mobile as mentioned in claim also and it was powering on and in usable condition. But when they delivered i. E., yesterday on 5th jan 2018 evening at around 7:00 pm it is not taking charge and neither it is powering on. I have uploaded the photos as well. I believe one assist takes all original parts of the mobile which is in working condition and replace it with damaged parts. That is what i am seeing after getting my handset back in my hand.
                                        I called to customer care and as expected i was told to mail to [protected]@oneassist.in and nobody is ready to raise complaint and share the complaint number over phone. They are simply putting customer in trouble purposefully. And you will feel hopeless talking to them as they will not share any useful information except "we do not have any update regarding this".

                                        This was expected from your end the careless response, i have already mailed to [protected]@oneassist.in.
                                        The original parts have been replaced or damaged by you due to careless handling. Now i am all set for legal action. As i have all mail chain and recorded conversation.

                                        If you can't find details by Membership ID and Relationship Number you must check your system well.

                                        We trust you and give our mobile and you people replace/damage the parts. You should be shame on yourself and on top of that you give careless response.

                                        I will make you pay for it.

                                        We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and request you to ignore the previous reply.

                                        As we can see, your handset was replaced by Flipkart and you had received the handset on 13th Jan 2017.

                                        As per the terms and conditions, a Customer must intimate us within 30 days of replacement of the handset to change the IMEI.

                                        You emailed us on 15th February and we cannot see any communication prior to that. Hence, your claim was rejected.

                                        We are very sorry but the final decision was made by the Insurance Company.
