I have opted out oneassist plan activation already for my hdfc credit card and got an acknowledgement sms saying that the same has been de-activated. Still got an sms on sat 22 dec 2017, stating that oneassist fee of 1399 has been debited from my card. If it is a mistake, please correct the problem and credit the amount back to my card immediately, to avoid further complications.
