23rd dec 2017 i received a msg from one assist like dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 6439. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly. Why this happened i didnt do anything. Especially one assist debited my money from my account without my knowledge and otp too... If any third party transactions i do somany secure procedured to proceed but this is just a online credit card...

I have taken your one assist policy in 2015 and i have not purchased your product.in 2016 and 2017 it was auto renewed. I found this when i checked my credit card statement for dec 2017. 1899 was debited from my credit card and one assist plan is auto renewed on 15 nov.

I have requested for cancellation and refund via call and just received an email on 19 dec 2017 that cancellation is initiated.

I had taken one-assist membership for my iphone on 27 dec 2016 after paying rs 3499/-. Two weeks before i wanted to check what is the status of my membership, but, in the website my membership details was not visible. When called one-assist customer care, they said that upon my request in june they had cancelled and returned my money.

phone repaired but still have issues.

Hi,

I have got my handset repaired via one assist insurances. But after the handset repair it was having some issue with the speaker and mic, so made a complain to them with 48 hrs that my repaired handset is having issue so please get it fixed. I was told by the oneassist customer care that we have received your complain and the re-pickup will be done withen 2-3 working days. But this was not done after 8-10 days also. Everyday...

After cancellation i got one mail form oneassist that my cancellation is under process.in the very next day i got the text from hdfc bank that my card has been debited for rs. 1899 against the renewal of oneassist membership.
