Hi i want to deactivate my one assist account.
It will be renewed from 31st december 2017 and i want it to deactivate. I do not want to go with the oneassist services any more. I request you to cancel my one assist plan. It is activated on 31 dec 2017 and an amount of rs. 1899 has been deducted.

Please deactivate and refund my money.

    I request you to cancel my one assist plan. It is activated on 27 dec 2017 and an amount of rs. 1899 has been deducted. I am not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account. I am in “free look-in period”, so i request you to cancel this plan within 30 days and refund my money. I tried to contact customer care but i got no response.

    I received a call from one assist to convince me to enroll to their plan for one year costing 1899/-. I haven't even confirmed and would like to cancel this plan before any deduction is made.

    I was given a false information that if I go ahead and buy the one assist plan my credit card will become a life time free card. The verification was done in a fraud way. I have all the telephone conversation recordings with me.
    Please go ahead and cancel my plan and refund RS 2499.

      Device claim – service request # 2676848

      Not given a chance to explain on why there was a delay in reporting the accident in 48hrs. Even after writing mails, we do not see any response. We spent a week time in hospital and was undergoing a mental trauma as my wife was in delivery ward for new born baby. Customer care rejected my claim saying that we didn’t report the incident in 48hrs. Even wrote a mail to customer care but no response for a week time and ready to provide documents for hospitalisation and baby birth certificate.

      You mean to say whatever condition we are in we need to call and report the incident. How bad is that.

      Cheating customer this way is the horrible experience.

        I received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for card protection. Without my permission, they took my 1899 rs from my debit card. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service. So we cant help u. This is not acceptable. It is totally fraud. Without permission they deduct money.

        I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks.

                This is abinash panigrahi. My relationship no is 1592353. Today i got a message from you saying my plan is being upgraded to enhanced wa single power plan as per my request when i haven't requested for any such plan upgrading.

                I'm trying to connect to your customer service representative but the line is always busy. Hence i request you to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. There should not be any deduction for any plan upgrade.

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c.                               My hadfc account is deducted with 1899 rs without my permission by one assist consumer solutions while my application for new credit card by hdfc. They claim i have to take this service while taking the credit card by hdfc.. They trapped me badly and said without this i will not get my new card and after 2 days i found they deducted 1899rs from my hdfc account.. I want my money refunded asap.                                 Last year oneassist plan was activated on my hdfc credit card. I had asked for deactivation of plan. But plan was never deactivated and oneassist has deducted the entire amount of 1899 again without any confirmation from my side.
                                How these guys are operating.
                                First they harass you by calling again and again once plan is activated, they keep on deducting the amount again and again.
                                No answer to any call or mails.

                                  My hdfc credit card has been deducted rs.1399 in the name of one assist on dt.21/12/17. They activated this without my permission. I have opted out one assist plan activation already for my hdfc credit card and got an acknowledgement sms saying that the same has been deactivated. Even i called one assist customer care and cancelled the plan but still not getting the result after several tries.

                                  I don't want the service just cancel it and refund my amount asap and don't activate it further.

                                      I did not say them to active oneassist plan for my hdfc credit card. They automaticaly activate it. They send me a message for deactivate i replyed with stop still have not. Even i call oneassist costomer care for deactivate this plan. They have not deactivated oneassist plan and stil did not refund my money 1399, after calling for deactivation. Please refund my money

                                        I didnt get a call and any access to activate one assist membership but they still automatically debited 1399rs from my hdfc credit card no. 4893xxxxxxxx0400 without my knowledge. This is fraud. How can they charge me without my knowledge i never opted for this membership. Plz cancel this and refund my money
