I am a ICICI bank debit card holder. The bank has debited rs. 2000/-aprx. from my debit card number on date:23/01/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.I have already registered a complain in your customer care.
So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2000/aprx-

    I had submitted my handset on 6/1/2018 then I had paid excess payment of 318rs on 12/12018 after receiving the payment I called your customer care and share the information regarding my handset he said it'll take 3 to 5 days in repairing i replied ok, then after 5 days again I called to your customer care he said estimated time is 23/1/2018 then we will revert you via mail aur call..
    Today is 31/1/2018 I had still not received any information regarding my handset.
    I'm fed up with the false commitment through your side.
    Please do needful action.

      One assist mobile phone insurance company cheat me while i am purchase my phone insurance from one assist. They said the phone all parts is covering any they repair the phone from samsung authorised services centre to nearby me. Even i also visit with the one assist pickup boy to verify the phone drop to authorised services. Now they denied the whole process and they said phone going to one assist hub and after that they don’t know which centre phone is going. They follow totally wrong process to cheat the customer to replace customer phones original parts. The right process is when i need to replace the phone part i directly going to the samsung authorised service centre to nearby me and take a estimation from there send to one assist company but they follow totally wrong process to cheat the consumers.

      Few days ago i have received a call from from one assist sales team ([protected]) for renewal and sales team person name mr. Dilip he also said that the same line the phone pickup from our location and drop to samsung authorised service centre any available in my nearby and even i am also visit with the pickup boy. I have all recording in my phone.

      you didn't reply . we received the phone but phone touch not response properly. when i scroll up and down touch click automatically any where. you didn't provided the information about the service centre. i think this touch is local.

                I have submitted claim on 5th of jan and still there is not update on status. Whenever i call customer care for the status they are left with no words and always not sure about status.
                Everytime i call they tell that they will call back in few hours but again no call back and no response.
                Escalation number: 2811710 raised for same since three days and nothing is been done. I want the status right now. This is really frustating and this is my last insurance with your company.

                Yes I did received a call that I will get replacement call and she said just one line "your phone will be replaced"by the time I replied back it was disconnected and did not bothered to call again.
                I really feel sorry for this that you people call by landline and I cannot even give a call back on a number.

                Hi, Its been 5th of February, still haven't received my phone.
                calling since 1st of Feb and was getting status that I will receive phone from service center on 3rd.And today also phone is still in service center.
                I don't think you people take escalations seriously.I am not getting any fruitful update regarding my phone.
                Worst insurance ever, very bad experience.
                Please provide my phone on or before 7th.
                I will take serious actions regarding this issue.

                  Hi i am Manikandan. My relationship no. Is 720167. I am subscribed under the plan 'Power Individual'. It was upgraded to 'Enhanced WA Power Single Plan' automatically without any confirmation from me on today 28/01/2018 :( . Already i request one assist to cancel my subscription last year through customer care, but still it is active :(.
                  However i wish to cancel my subscription due to some personal reason. I kindly request you to process my cancellation request as soon as possible and provide me with refund of subscription fees.

                    Claim was raised for my i phone 7 loss. The same was snatched while i was sitting on back side of a bike, and snatchers came from back side and robbed away the phone, we followed them but could not reach them, fir copy has also been submitted the very next day, but still company says the claim cannot to passed as there was negligence on insured side.

                        Hello there, i received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Hdfc customer rang information.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                        I am not gave any standing instruction to debit one assist card protection plan. But every year more than Rs 1200 auto debited from my credit card account and I don, t know about how to deactivate this plan & not using also from last 3 years .

                          'm bhanu, my claim request no.2801243, got a call from one assist saying that delayed in claim request that's why we are closing u r request thank u... Not at all listening to my words he kept the phone...

                          But no were mentioned that to submit within 48hrs. And while taking insurance they didn't say about this and now they are saying should submit within 48hrs. What is this? Is it fare?

                          After i claimed. Got a message saying that one assist will call u within 48 hrs. But no one called. After 3 days they called me and saying that we are closing u r claim request. Is this fare... They don't have conditions like should call within 48hrs and put conditions for customers while claiming.

                          So i request u to take action on them and reopen my claim request no. And process the same.. I am very much happy i[censored] reopened claim and process for further..

                            Hello,

                            On january 4, i received a sms from icici bank that rs 1399/- has been deducted from my credit card to oneassist plan.
                            Last year i requested the oneassist team to cancel the plan. They told that the plan will be cancelled in one year. But nothing of that happened, the plan got upgraded without my approval.

                            Kindly cancel this plan and please refund the amount of rs.1399.

                                Hi all,

                                Mobile insurance claim - accepted by oneassist team, but the service request sr:2726979 was closed without reinstatement of my mobile device from it's damage.

                                I'm franklin madasamy, a policy holder for my mobile insurance - redmi 4 black through oneassist consumer solutions. Recently, i have reported a claim on 02/01/2018 (Mobile screen damage loss but phone is working fine).

                                With reference to my service request number : 2726979, i'm writing this to inform you that i have repeatedly called back to oneassist customer center to pick my damage mobile either from me/my friend - gangadharan batcha.

                                So far, there was no response from their delivery team to pick up my handset. I'm quite disappointed with their operational team effort/efficiency. However, to oneassist team, i have submitted all the documents via email based on their request such as (On a timely manner):

                                1. Mobile phone invoice letter
                                2. Letter of authorization (Mobile phone can be picked from my friend - gangadharan batcha)
                                3. Insurance claim form (Signed by me)

                                Before my business travel, i have given my colleague - gangadharan batcha mobile number (In my absence) and it was acknowledged by oneassist team. However, i was very well available in india until 18-jan 2018, but there was no pick up from oneassist team.

                                I have requested them upfront to resolve this issue before my travel as i'm in need of this mobile for my daily use. Also, i have requested them if i can hand over to their authorized service center. But, there was no action from their pick up team.

                                At the end, they have simply closed this claim request without picking my mobile phone either from me (Or from my friend). Hoping for a resolution to this complaint (Screen replacement)

                                  I found that oneassist have made a payment of 1399 on 27 jan 2018 without my consent from my icici bank credit card, i didn't ask for any service and i got charged. How could oneassist dare to charge for providing nothing. I made a mistake to take there services 2 years ago and have paid entire amount in 24 emis and decided not to continue as i was not getting any benefits from it. But suddenly i found through sms that amount has been deducted.
                                  I am calling to there's numbers but no one is taking the call.
                                  Need help to get my hard earned money back.

                                      Without information yesterday auto renew and change the plan and debit from my credit card. When i call costomer care services for register my complaint. They didn't register my complaint. They ask i transfer the call for concern department i wait for more than 15 minutes on call no body response me and not register my complaint.                                         I received a call from one assist customer care on jun'17, stating to avail the wallet assist feature for 2 years. After repeated inquiry the customer care representative confirmed that i will not be charged directly for the feature and the same will be adjusted with hdfc bank where i'm having the credit card of.

                                        But i received a bill of rs.5500/- (Rs.4851 + surcharges) on nov'17 against my credit card.

                                        This is absolutely disastrous experience.

                                        Getting repeated reminders from Bank regarding pending payment clearance.
                                        New credit bill from bank received, asking for payment of Rs.5500/-.
