mobile damage claim

One Assist denied my claim, they say an unauthorized modification in my mobile.
But I never open my mobile at my end. one time my mobile opened in authorized service center and I have job sheet. Submit all details like job sheet and other document but they are not ready for this.
I submit damage request within 48 hours Claim SR # 2157488 on[protected].

I want my refund and deactivate this service

I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks.....

I had given a cancellation request for my one assist insurance for my apple iphone which was done on 2 jan 2018 and cancellation request was done on 6 jan 2018. I was told to recieve a confirmation call within 24 to 48 hrs for the cancellation of my insurance from the cancellation department of one assist, but till date i have not received a single call from the cancellation department, but only recieveing calls from the sales...

You guys state, you have transferred money on 30 dec 2017, but till today i have not received the money and even shared bank statement with your team. Please check and provide resolution instead of giving fake assurances. This company doesn't help consumers and keep on provides false assurance and just sends an simple response to wait and wait. I received sms from hdfc that one assist membership fee deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission without any intimation you have deducted the amount rs. 1899..

insurance claim rejected because claim raised post 48 hrs

Have bought mobile insurance, screen got damaged due to accident. Have notified & raised issue within 4 days (Including holidays), they rejected claim saying that i've not informed within 48hrs of accident. I was not aware that i have not bought mobile insurance but it is 48rs limit mobile insurance which is no where highlighted in bold or front page or on their website home page or faq's, even not mentioned in details on how to file a claim....
