I have received amassege in my mobile no that, card protection scheme is activated against my hdfc credit card, and rs 1899 is deducted from my credit balance. But i was misguided about the plane because different information received about the plane from your end and hdfc bank marketing division, so i am confused and i need not this type of plane, i want to cancell it if activated and request your division not to insist to accept the plane. I am not interested to any kind of plane which is related to card, please deactivate it if activated the card protection scheme, i can't understand what is relation between the plane and hdfc credit card sector? It is very confusing and irritating, the two kind of information, it from your side it was told i have to pay the deducted amount from credit card and from bank side information was i need not to pay the amount, so don't miss guide the customer, if do so i will go to consumer fouram against hdfc credit card marketing department and against oneassist solution,..

The same thing happened with me with HDFC bank credit card and OneAssist.Rs 1899/- deducted on 3rd Jan 2018 from my credit card for OneAssist without confirmation from my side. I have called HDFC customer care they told it is auto renew process but how it can be auto new process without customer confirmation. I have asked for cancellation and refund, HDFC told 7 working day and OneAssist 2 working day.Such a cheated company OneAssist and HDFC dying there business.

      Received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/ on feb 2017 deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I spoke to hdfc credit card customer care, and complaint them regarding this matter they said speak to one assist team, they will refund your amount and cancel this service, then i spoke to one assist customer care for cancel my service, on that time they confirm me that i am cancel your service and refund your amount whatever we charged, i said ok, then i stop using hdfc card due to this activities. But after six month i got mail that they dont reverse my amount and hdfc also charged for not paying that amount, now this amount became around rs.6000, hdfc credit card persons now touchier me to pay this amount, i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
      And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

        I received an sms on my mobile number xxxxx21223 from one assist on 20.01.2018 at 5.40 pm informing me about upgradation of some plan to enhanced wa power single plan as per my request.

        Further, i received an sms from icici bank that an amount of inr 1, 399.00 was charged on 20.01.2018 at 18:00:35 hrs from my icici bank credit card xxxx4001.

        However, the transaction was executed without my consent/permission and i didn't request for any upgrade/renewal of any plan with oneassist.

        This kind of activity amounts to fraud by the company. Therefore i ask you to refund the entire amount without delay and deactive all plans in my name immediately.

              I received the credit card on 16.01.18 from kotak mahindra bank but the same day before opening the card i received the message from oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd stating inr 1399/- has been deducted from my credit card, at that time i didn't even know my credit card credentials but how can they charge 1399/- all of a sudden?

              Oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd has charged me inr 1399/- from my credit card by activating their services which i did not ask for. I called one assist customer support but they said "it is already activated, we can not refund the full amount" which is not acceptable. I did not receive any calls from their end before activating this service.

              Resolution: i spent more than inr 50/- for contacting the bank to take the details of this fraud and i have spent one hour in this so for that i demand
              1399/- deduction amount from my credit card + 50/- + 20000 for the inconvenience caused so one assist should pay inr 21, 449/-

                    I am karthick. S from chennai. I have requested to one assist customer support to cancel my relationship plan no:1611685. But they have not canceled my plan instead debited nearly inr.2000/ from credit card without my knowledge. I again complained to them to cancel the plan and refund my amount. They told will revert the money within 7 business days. Now 10 days completed still my amount is not refunded. No proper response from them. Hdfc credit cards allowing these type of companies to my account. This is really ridiculous. How hdfc is allowing them to debit my money without my knowledge. I am planning to close even my hdfc credit card also.

                      HDFC bank credit card and OneAssist.Rs 1899/- deducted on 3rd Jan 2018 from my credit card for OneAssist without confirmation from my side. Charu gajni) twice who was not ready to register my complaint, after a long argument finally she registered the complaint, i am not able to believe that is actually my complaint is registered or not no is 2774939.                             Last year, they debited amount from my credit card saying that the amount will be reversed to me next year if am not in the plan anymore. I dint get any refund amount instead, they debited amount of rs.1899 from my account this month without any information. How can they do with out intimation.
                            When called they said its due to auto debit. I never gave authority them to activate auto debit.

                            I called them for more 20 times and spoke regarding the cancellation of plan. Whenever i call the customer care, they will tell that one person from the concerned team will contact me. But still nobody called me back.. I don't need this plan anymore and i had never used this plan before. I don't find this as useful. Please refund my amount and cancel this

                              Hi,

                              Someone from Oneassist called me and explained me about their service.He asked me
                              whether i understood or not and I said 'YES' but he didn't ask me whether i want to buy any plan or he did not mention anything about charges
                              or they did not mention that they are going to deduct money from my account.

                              After few days an amount of rs. 1899/- gets deducted from my icici account for one assist plan on 27/12/2018 without my permission.
                              This is not acceptable.
                              Also I submitted a complaint few days back and it was not acknowledged.

                              I don't need any kind of plan. I request you to please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                I received sms from vk-assist hdfc bank rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I received one assist plan kit on today 15.01.2018 from post office. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card

                                      I filed a claim under the service request #2558749, but one assist denied and i got an email on november 24 by saying that my service request #2558749 is closed and they are sending my handset back, but till date i have not received my handset, when i spoke to their seniot mr. Arshad, he shown a good response and after consulting all matter in details, he assured me to solve the problem, but after 4th january 2018 he is not coming on line to talk to me and i did not get my handset back. Hope one assist people take a serious note on this,

                                        An amount of rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my icici account for one assist plan on 02/01/2018. And it has been done without my permission.

                                        I don't need any kind of plan. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money as soon as possible

                                        I had given a cancellation request for card protection plan which was done on 4 jan 2018.
                                        I was told to receive a confirmation call within 24 to 48 hrs for the cancellation of my insurance from the cancellation department of one assist, but till date i have received only blank call from one assist.
                                        Upon contacting on customer care, i am being told that request is being forwarded but still i received again blank call from one assist.
                                        I am already in my free look in period and the one assist team is trying to delay my cancellation request or what i dont know.

                                        Please deactivate this plan and refund my money
