I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

    This is a fraud company and oneassist people auto deducted rupees 1899 from my hdfc credit card without my involvement.

    I didn't auto renew for oneassist protection plan, but they auto deducted from hdfc credit card themselves.

    I am very surprising that why hdfc had tie up with this fraud company?

    If hdfc people won't take any action on this company, they will also face legal issue.

    Friends don't believe this company.

    My name is sudhakar kokkarakonda and mobile number is [protected].

    Without my knowledge oneassit people auto deduct rupees 1899 from my hdfc bank account and i didn't apply for auto renew.

    They did auto renew themselves.

    If you read the ratings and reviews in google play store and you will more than 70% of the ratings and reviews are negative.

    My suggestion to all is don't buy any plan from one oneassit and if you take the plan once and your amount will be deducted every year without your knowledge.

    It is a fraud company... 100% fraud company... Don't believe them.

    My warning to oneassist is that if you people won't return my amount and i will write more that 50 negative reviews on different websites and upload videos in youtube.

        I have received from icici bank that rs-1399 deducted from my account to one assist plan on 05/12/2017 without my permission. I am not interested in this services and kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

        Please deactivate this service immediately and refund total money asap.

        Last year i spoke with your company executive to cancel the service and re-fund total amount, he said ok & amount will be credited within 7 working days, but still it is not done.

              Fraud company. Rejected my claim twice. I have even written email to founders.
              I bought one assist mobile insurance for my mobile when i received
              Continuous calls from their sales team. Their insurance claim poster
              Clearly shows that they will provide insurance in case mobile is
              Accidentally dropped in toilet. Now let me tell you what my first
              Claim was : i accidentally dropped my mobile in a bucket which was
              Partially filled. I explained it very clearly in my claim. And after
              Keeping my mobile for 15-20 days and getting estimates for repair, one assist
              People finally rejected my claim saying that damage was due to
              Negligence because we are not allowed to take mobile to bathroom.
              After that i had to personally go and get my damaged phone back since they were not even returning it.
              And this happened in second claim:
              And after a few months when i repaired my mobile by myself from authorized centre only, screen
              Got damaged. One assist people rejected my claim saying it was the same as
              Previous claim asking me service forms of previous repair which also i
              Sent through emails. I still have that mobile with me damaged i want to fight against these people.

                Purchased s8plus used for a month. While placing for charging fall down and glass got back glass got broken. Complaint loged with one assist many follow up done in 15days my hand set got picket up kept for 15days and return back. Mentioning i have not taken care and handel properly. Over all my handset was not repaired after paying 6000 for insurance and got cheated. Then i got repaired from samsung for 4000 just in 2days. I wasted 6000 for insurance. Which they could not do it.

                    My name is irshad tamboli, i have already requested to deactivate one assist service which is forcefully activated by your representative namely swati by giving wrong information about the plan.
                    I already requested to cancel my subscription & service request no. Is 2627208. The representative told me that your cancellation team call me within 48 hrs of my cancellation request but still after 68 hrs no any call by your team. I want my cancellation & refund instantly.                       I have purchased a htc u11 128 gb from on last august[protected]. I purchased an insurance plan on[protected] from oneassist pla name: ea value plus worth rs. 2599/- to protect my phone from accidental and liquid damage also from theft. My phone is damaged on[protected] due to accidentaly fell it from my hand to floor. But they are simply dishonouring it saying that is done by mistake it is not accident. My 52000 worth phone is left with me without any hope? Its screen and charging port is complaint
                      They are still not mailed the rejection of claim to my email id. They already conveyed it over the phone

                      BUT AT the time of insurance taken it is said that by your marketing team if the phone got damaged from falling from my hand you will cover with insurance. Now you are simply saying that you are not able to cover then what you mean by Accident or Liquid damage. You are still advertising in your website Any Damage or Theft you will cover!! then why you are cheating your customers with mis leading advertisement that you cannot any damage after taking the insurance!! I will compalin against you in IRDA, National Consumer Helpline. You are requested to provide me the insurance company name whom i am insured

                        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                              I accidentally knocked my phone off my desk while working at home and it fell from my desk causing the screen to crack. I followed all due process of oneassist and submitted the phone along with all the pertaining information to them. After nearly 2 months of constantly calling them, they rejected my claim on the basis of negligence! What is the point of accidental protection then if such a situation is not covered. My claim number is 1870846. Oneassist relationship number is : 1062748

                              When i proceeded to try appealing to the decision, i got an email query number which was 1996931 which was then never replied to.

                              The date of filing of the insurance was march 26th 2017
                              The phone was receieved by them on april 24th 2017
                              On the 25th of april, i got an estimate of rs.11, 255 as the repair cost.
                              Around then i got a call regarding the rejection of the insurance.
                              I sent the appeal email on may 19th 2017
                              Got the reason for rejection email on the may 24th 2017

                              I would like for the insurance company to follow through with the claim and repair the device.

                                I have wrote this letter with the concern related to replacement letter for sr no.1481390. I have an iphone 6 insured by one assist which was replaced under the above claim number. Its been more than a year and i haven't received the replacement letter yet. I had made 50-60 request relating to the replacement letter but the following has still not been provided to me. The replacement letter should be showing that the phone is replaced from your side.
                                I would like you to look into this and provide me with the replacement letter.

                                I have raised a request for the replacement letter 40-50 times but the only response was please wait for 2 days we will get it done. I have talked to senior executives as well with similar response from there side as well. At that moment i did not had the necessity so i didn't force you. Now, god forbid if something happens to my phone how would i claim the insurance.

                                  I have bought a MI Redmi Note 4 4gb 64gb in the month of July 2017 along with your oneassist insurance of rs. 749.00. at the time of purchase it was mentioned that my insurance policy is activated and as per the policy you are liable to insure my Mobile Phone against damage for one year, on 26th of November 17 my phone got Damaged while I was out of station for medical emergency. After coming back on 1st December 17 I reported the above issue to MI and they advised to contact One Assist, to resolve this issue. now after submitting all the relevant documents to your help desk and i got a mail and call regarding my issue that it cannot be resolved as damaged report needs to be reported within 48 hours, if i was aware of this 48 hours clause I would have acted within 48 hours but since I responded Honestly and exact date of damage instead of faking the incident on same day. phone having IMEI No. [protected] was Physical damaged on 26/11/2017

                                    My icici bank account got deducted with rs. 1899/- debit card to oneassist plan, without permission. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act. I had a call with the head of cancellation department and head of consumer complaints department regarding the same and they said the refund will be processed withing 7-10 working days.

                                    Please deactivate the plan asap and kindly refund the full amount asap.

                                      Oneassist has renewed my membership without getting my pre-consent.in the last week i have an envelop from oneassist with attached letter and one envelop from icici bank containing bill amounting rs.1750.88 towards oneassist.                                         Hdfc credit card sales person insist me to buy one assist wallet to protect my credit card. No amount will deducted from account confirmed by hdfc sales person. But, amount would be debited form my account on 9th december as per notification from hdfc bank.                                         According to your last comment, the refund amount was to be credited in my HDFC account within 7 working days. the amount of Rs.1899 was debited on 9th December 2017, today is 26th December, it has been 17 days, but the refund amount of that insurance has not yet been credited into my account..It seems Your words don't have any value..According to one assist customer service, they have sent Rs.1899 to bank on 12th December.7-10 working days have passed, when will i get back my insurance amount? please reply on immediate basis.
