Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money immediately

    Dear sir i had taken my one assist membership during in nov. 2015 for two tears and thereafter i never received my kit at all and non of my card was covered for protection. This was for two years.
    Now once again i got massage that i have been provided two years one asset service. I assume its free.
    But now once again some amount is debited to myhdfc card ending 8789
    Please look to it and reverse the amount immediately. Further for past payment also i should get back my refund.

      Improper Repairing of Handset and they have changed the IMEI no of my phone. Speaker is not working after repair and now if I am asking for claim..these [censored] bags are asking me to get it done by yourself bcoz IMEI no is not updated in their system...Bloody Chinese maker changed my IMEI no now I have to repair my phone...

        Relationship no is 644215. The policy was started with wrong statement that it is connected to icici. The policy is renewed without approval. Last year i had instructed to discontinue the policy. Still renewed and amount deducted from icici. The staff on phone is very arrogant and disconnects the phone. Please cancel the policy permanently and refund my complete amount. Sms message from one assist says "your request for approval". Message received on 24.11.2017. This is fraud and wrong. I have never send any request.
        Please cancel the policy and refund complete amount.

What kind of service is this, without sim trays i can not operate my cell phone. Highly dissatisfied with your service.

          iam a housewife, how can I travel 11km to service centre to order sim trays and travel again afte 2-3 days to collect it.

            I received a text messeage from icici bank saying that ₹1, 399 has been taken from my account to renew oneassist. I never requested this renewal, in fact last year i tried to cancel my membership and was forced to keep it for 1 year. I received the message on a sunday so i can’t even contact them directly via live chat or their helpline for cancellation and the message said the renewal will be completed in 1 day.

            Please cancel my membership and refund my money asap.

            Also I just received another text message from ICICI saying the request for renewal is completed, as I mentioned before I NEVER requested a renewal for this service. Stop renewing the service, If you’ve taken money from my account for this renewal, refund it immediately. It shouldn’t take this long to complete a simple task like this.

              The oneassist team has renewed services without confirming with me and has deducted money from my credit card rs. 1399 without my knowledge. Even after talking to the executives at the company they refuse to cancel instead offer me rs. 400 discount. They suggest me to call them next year again to cancel it. When i call them they said they had sent an email but i did not get any such mails after searching my inbox. I have told them to just cancel the services and i am okay if they do not refund the amount even then they are not ready to cancel my account. Please help me in getting the issue resolved.

                I just got my first credit card from hdfc bank and during verification of the card i refused to take the oneassist plan.

                I have sill been charged rs.1399 from my new credit card for a service (Oneassist) i did not opt for.

                On calling the oneassist customer service, they offered a discount and not a refund!

                I need a total refund of rs.1399 and cancellation of the oneassist service that i've been pushed into for no reason.

                  Hi one of bad operation that i have ever seen in my entire life. For renewal they intimate customer via mail (Official) but that mail is working or not that they doesn't care at all. Now a days all companies are very much activated and all of them communicate customer via email as well as via sms. But one assist does not do that.

                  My plan got renewed automatically without my confirmation and they charged fees of rs.1399/- on my hdfc credit card, i called them within 24 hours and asked to cancel this plan and refund my money but still they are thinking what to do. Does not care what customer is asking or what is the expectation of customer. Instead of solution i received so many calls to stick with plan or for discount. I asked simple question to them "when you want to renew the policy you simply mailed me, then on cancellation why are you calling on my phone you should have sent mail only."

                  After joining you will not get a single call for feedback as well. And that is worst thing in entire customer service industry.

                  Guys dont ever join this company such a cheap operation that i have ever seen in my entire life.

After repeated mail from my end there is very poor response from one assist and hdfc bank. The customer care staffs are very much rude to talk to their customer.

                      Since last 4 week week I am chasing for my refund money which had been deducted by Fraud company ONE Assit from my HDFC Credit no-7298. I want my full amount to be refunded I will not accept any half payment in this regards. One assist team is is contentiously harassing me for this. I will not tolerate all this non sense stuffs from One Assist .

                      HDFC Team - Never expected this type of poor response to resolve the issue from the bank like HDFC .

The Screenshot for the same I had fwdd on One assist mail. as per your policy I had send mail before the 1 month span timeline for deactivation from the date of activation 17 Oct . I will not accept to cheat from One assist it my hard earned money.

                          I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card.

                          As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                            Hi.. I’m writing this to inform you that i had submitted my mobile phone, lumia 535, for repairing in the month of december, 2016 and i even have the receipt with me for the same but i haven’t received the repaired handset yet back. I have even called several times at your service centre but there was no positive response from your side. I’m attaching the receipt.
                            Kindly check and take some actions asap. I need my phone back to me immediately.

                            Its been more than 8 months since i have given my phone for repairing and more than 2 months since i have raised a complaint here and still i am geeting the following email from oneassist:

                            Is this some way to test patience of customer? I dont understand what part of "i want my mobile handset as soon as possible" you dont understand. What kind of policy/system you are following to serve your customers. I need an update on this immediately.

                            How this complaint has been marked as resolved.. I havenot received my handset yet and on top of that i am reveiving calls from oneassist, the worst service provider ever, to pick up my phone. They are not even aware that they have picked my mobile in january already. I have received the calls from the following numbers: +91 [protected]
                            +91 [protected].. Please do not mark this issue as resolved until it is actually resolved.

                              Acclaimed about a phone about 2 weeks ago uploaded all the documents about 10 days ago and the executives told me that they will reply within 48 hours then i called after 48 hours still they told that they will reply after 14 hours but till now i have received no reply regarding the products clean my phone is s7 edge. It was insured in july 2017 and it has insurance valid till july 2018. One assist has given the worst service ever before the inventions that told me thousand things about one assist and the mobile phones but now it sucks and i'm gonna complain in consumer forum india jago grahak jago

                                I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card.

                                As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.
                                Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8030 without my concern on date:23/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. About same issue I already raised the complaint but I only get the refund of Rs.649.50.
                                    and remaining 50% amount is not get reflected into my account.
                                    Please refund the remaining amount of Rs.649.50 into my account. ASAP and do not activate this types of services in future.

                                    I also call to customer care they told me that you use one month service so 50% amount is get debited.

                                    Perfect symptoms of fraud company. I am considering taking legal action to prevent others from getting duped by this fraud company.

                                    The customer service is horrible and it is the worst company to buy insurance from.
                                    Refund my remaining amount of Rs.649.50 ASAP

                                      I have purchased a one assist mobile insurance on 18 november 2017 and my phone was damaged on 24 november 2017 and i filed a claim regarding this to one assist company and then after comany response was your claim can not be processed due to cooling period but when i mailed regarding this to one assist head office then they replied that it can not be processed but i describe in mail that you not explained full details of policy as well as cooling period to me.

                                      Now one assist says me that you will be repaired your handset from own expenses from authorised mi care, my mobile is redmi note 4, but this policy of company is not satisfactory to customers. So i requested you please allow me to repair this handset from one assist instead of mi care.
