Acclaimed about a phone about 2 weeks ago uploaded all the documents about 10 days ago and the executives told me that they will reply within 48 hours then i called after 48 hours still they told that they will reply after 14 hours but till now i have received no reply regarding the products clean my phone is s7 edge. I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card.

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

This is regarding the policy which has been renewed without my consent and the amount has been debited from my credit card. Same incident previous year too. Then the customer care executive said to me that it will not be renewed without your consent. There will be a call before renewal.

Hereby i request you to reimburse my debited amount or let me know if i have to complain toi any other statutory body...

I am sadanand gupta, i am not interested to take continue this service with one assist company, so i called many time to the customer care of this company to deactivate this scheme and never want renewal but they denied my request and deducted rs. 1399 from my credit card (Icici) on 28/11/2017 without my information. They had activated this scheme.

I have not opted these services, but the team is debiting amount since last 2 year. Rs 1799 debited on 7-nov-2016 and rs 1399 debited on 27-nov-2017.
Last year also i have raised same thing to axis bank & customer care of one assist and they have assured that we ll refund the amount and services will not be renew.
