I am amandeep singh my service request no. Is 2459616. I am registered customer of one assist. As on 18th oct i file a claim request for my damage handset. One assist executive told me that your pin code 142031 is not serviceable so you have to courier your phone on your expenses and that will be reimbursed to you within 7 to 10 working day. So on 26th october i courier my mobile phone to their hub address chandigarh. But the courier charges are still not imbursed. I am fade up from one assist. As i called them so many times but their is no response they always say we will reimburse in 2 next days but they are doing nothing. Please give me solution. My contact no. Is [protected]

    I wish to file a grievance.
    I have bought an insurance policy for my mobile phone. The insurer is
    Oneassist consumer solutions pvt. Ltd. 707-709, acme plaza, andheri – kurla road, andheri (E), mumbai – 400 059
    I purchased the policy on 5/06/2017 online from their website.
    The premium charged was more than 10% of phone’s total cost
    The policy covers accidental and liquid damage for my redmi 3s mobile phone for one year.
    I made claim request on 25/10/2017 (Service request number 2482588) to the insurer in the online portal as there was liquid damage in my phone.in my complaint i wrote that my phone’s screen is blurred since 15/10/2017. My claim was repudiated by the company and the reason they gave is that i had to raise the claim request within 48 hours.
    My phone had been functional so i had been using it and didn’t register claim immediately. And i only told them that phone’s screen blurred (Patched) since 15/10/2017. They repudiated the claim citing the reason as claim was not registered within 48 hours. There is no such delay on my part. The phone is functional so i didn’t complain immediately. I waited till i was free to file a complaint. I made the claim on 25/10/2017 (Service request number 2482588) and it was repudiated. And now my account in the company’s online portal has been locked
    Kindly do the needful.
    Also, at the time of buying policy, i was promised a promo code which would give me 10 % discount on buying products on e-commerce websites. No such promo code was given after buying the policy.

      I have been using axis credit card
      Has been debited with rs.1899/- towards one assist membership fee on
      23/nov/2017.

      I dint get any call to renew this one assist membership. But they are
      Automatically debited my hdfc credit card.

      Request you to don't activate this type of subscription in future.

      It's unnecessary for me to renew a one assist relationship, hence
      Kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never
      Repeat it again without my consent.

      Hope i will get back my money asap.

        Several times i was contact with oneassist team (Customer care, gagan. [protected]@oneassist.in; subrat. [protected]@oneassist.in) and request for insurance policy details but reply from samir ustad sameer. [protected]@oneassist.in several we share details with you within 3-4 days. But still i dont recieve any mail or call from oneassist. I request you once again please provide insurance details.

          The One Assist services is been activated in my HDFC Credit card without my knowledge and Rs 1299/- had been deducted from my HDFC Credit card. The One service is still activated on my HDFC Credit card no 7298. And my getting the call from One Assist customer care team is forcing us to avail this service again and again. I am into depression since more then 1 week chasing for deactivation of One assist service.I want the full amount i.e Rs 1299/- to be refunded in my credit card account.

          HDFC @ Team kindly intervene on this serious issue for expedite.

          The One Assist Service is not yet deactivated from my HDFC Credit card-7298, after written communication from my end. The Deducted amount is not yet refunded.

          Kindly confirm when the services will be deactivated.

            I received a call from ur executive on 20/11/2017 to activate plan for my credit card for rs.1399. I called back again to one assist l toll free number to cancel my request and no executives who accepted my call were helpful to cancel my request as they all were replying with one answer to wait for 24 to 48 hours as the status us not reflecting and on 22/11/2017 at 8:07pm i received a message from one assist that plan is activated and 1399rs is deducted in my card. I feel sorry to tell you this your executives are not helpful and please refund the amount as i am not happy with the experience and as i have requested to cancel my activation please cancel it and refund the amount of rs.1399. Thank you

              Dear one assist,

              This the 2nd year my policy is renewed without my confirmation. Last year when i asked for cancellation they told me once the policy is activated it's can't be deactivated next year it can't be renewed.
              Today i got a message from one assist dear customer your membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual plan.
              When i am not using your services from last year then why it had been renewed.

              So please don't renew my policy i am feedup your services and refund my deducted amount 1399 immediately

                I am Anil Kumar

                I was tricked into getting the one plus assist membership by axis bank,
                I had never confirmed about the service.. Still i got deduction of 1899. Rs in my november statement oneassist that ₹1899.00 has been debited from my axis debit card. How can anyone debit money from my card without my permission. I haven't heard of this company before. Please do return my money. This is illegal, mind it.
                This is a criminal activity.. I want to reversed the deduction made by one assist and refund my each and every penny.. Or else i will raise this issue towards consumer forum..
                Deactivate and refund my money asap.

                  Cancellation of one assist membership
                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8030 without my concern on date:23/10/2017.                     I have taken a laptop insurance plan. Accidentally my laptop got damaged and i raised the complaint on 12 nov. I have uploaded all documents and till date i do not have a resolution and they only are interested in pointing out flaws. They do not respond. I have sent more than 50 reminders and call and my account also has got locked.
                    One of the worst companies to deal with and completely fraud. No response, no adherence to timelines and very bad attitude.

                    Repair my laptop or give me a new one if you have such pathetic customer service

                        My relationship # 2149306

                        Claim # 2413297 has been closed stating lack of response from the customer however the last email i received was to pick up the device and there was no response from the vendor to pick up the unit. Denying further service when no lack of response from the customer.; i was not contacted by the pickup vendor nor informed about the claim closure till i called to check the delay on picking up the unit.

                        I tried filing a new claim that got denied referring to the old claim saying the old claim to be re-opened and when i call customer care they deny to re-open the claim.

                        When you guys cant render service better refund, i'm not paying for no service to be rendered when it has no fault at my end.

                        I've been calling you guys and no response, you guys promise a call back and i never receive one and even to talk to a supervisor we end up waiting in call for atleast an hour . I need the service or I need refund for you denying service with unrealistic reasons. I've the email confirmation of the pickup of the unit and no email communication after that with respect to the above mentioned claim.

                            I received credit card statement from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also 2 time call in one assist customer care (09/11/17 and 21/11/17) but not deactivate one assist from my account.. I do not even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                            Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                              Hi, i am registered customer of oneassist.in and my relationship number is "1911199". I have raised a claim and after successful scrutiny they called me to handover the mobile for repairs. They said that they have successfully repaired my mobile and it is in transit, till now i have not received my mobile and saying that they have some issues and find the solution for the past one month.

                              Earlier they had given mobile to ecommpartner for delivery and they kept the mobile with them for 10-15 days and sent back to office.

                                This is the 2nd year my policy is renewed without my confirmation. Last year when i asked for calculation they asked me that once the policy is activated it's can't be deactivated next year it can't be renewed.

                                Today i got a message from one assist "dear customer your membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual plan.

                                When i'm not using your services from last year then why it had been renwned..

                                When i called today to your customer care and talked with miss pallavi. She asked me that your policy is not renewed call us after 48 hours.

                                After that i received a call from mr rahul [protected] about renuwal of policy.

                                Please do not renew my policy i'm feedup with tor services.

                                  I am manoj kumar

                                  I was tricked into getting the one plus assist membership by hdfc bank,
                                  I had never confirmed about the service.. Still i got deduction of 1400. Rs in my november statement oneassist that ₹1400.00 has been debited from my hdfc credit card. How can anyone debit money from my card without my permission. I haven't heard of this company before. Please do return my money. This is illegal, mind it.
                                  This is a criminal activity.. I want to reversed the deduction made by one assist and refund my each and every penny.. Or else i will raise this issue towards consumer forum..
                                  Deactivate and refund my money asap.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    Please note that i had applied for oneassist membership through my hdfc bank credit card 489377xxxxxx0887 in october 2016. The membership was valid for a period of 1 year and i was charged rs. 1, 799 for the same.

                                    However, on october 19, 2017, my membership was auto renewed without seeking my permission. I had contacted one assist toll free number for cancellation of my wrongly renewed membership and i was assured that the same would be cancelled. However, i have been charged rs. 1, 899 plus late fee of rs. 400 and finance charges of rs. 144 for the one assist membership to be effective from october 19, 2017.

                                    Please note that the same is not acceptable and should not be charged as the policy was renewed without my permission. My relationship number for one assist is 1390665. My hdfc customer id is 68907678.

                                    I would request for the charges to be reversed immediately because i have not applied for or given permission for the renewal.

                                    I await a positive response from your side on the said matter.

                                      I am using hdfc credit card and i has been deducted 1899 as one assist mfee. Please cancel one assist protection plan and refund my amount.

                                      The amount has been deducted on 15-nov-2017.

                                      While calling the toll free number its getting busy always, sometimes its reaches but not able to understand what the instructions to follow from the computerized voice.

                                        I was told by HDFC customer care executive that buying Wallet Assist was compulsory to get Insta loan on HDFC credit card. I found out later that this is a lie. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money and cancel my subscription.
