Hi,

I am Anil Kumar

I was tricked into getting the one plus assist membership by axis bank,
I had never confirmed about the service.. Still i got deduction of 1899. Rs in my november statement oneassist that ₹1899.00 has been debited from my axis debit card. How can anyone debit money from my card without my permission. I haven't heard of this company before. Please do return my money. This is illegal, mind it.
This is a criminal activity.. I want to reversed the deduction made by one assist and refund my each and every penny.. Or else i will raise this issue towards consumer forum..
Deactivate and refund my money asap.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8030 without my concern on date:23/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/- asap

    and remaining 50% amount is not get reflected into my account.
    Please refund the remaining amount of Rs.649.50 into my account. ASAP and do not activate this types of services in future.

    Perfect symptoms of fraud company. I am considering taking legal action to prevent others from getting duped by this fraud company.

    The customer service is horrible and it is the worst company to buy insurance from.
    Refund my remaining amount of Rs.649.50 ASAP

      I have taken a laptop insurance plan. Accidentally my laptop got damaged and i raised the complaint on 12 nov. I have uploaded all documents and till date i do not have a resolution and they only are interested in pointing out flaws. They do not respond. I have sent more than 50 reminders and call and my account also has got locked.
      One of the worst companies to deal with and completely fraud. No response, no adherence to timelines and very bad attitude.

      Repair my laptop or give me a new one if you have such pathetic customer service

          My relationship # 2149306

          Claim # 2413297 has been closed stating lack of response from the customer however the last email i received was to pick up the device and there was no response from the vendor to pick up the unit. Denying further service when no lack of response from the customer.; i was not contacted by the pickup vendor nor informed about the claim closure till i called to check the delay on picking up the unit.

          I tried filing a new claim that got denied referring to the old claim saying the old claim to be re-opened and when i call customer care they deny to re-open the claim.

          When you guys cant render service better refund, i'm not paying for no service to be rendered when it has no fault at my end.

          I've been calling you guys and no response, you guys promise a call back and i never receive one and even to talk to a supervisor we end up waiting in call for atleast an hour . I need the service or I need refund for you denying service with unrealistic reasons. I've the email confirmation of the pickup of the unit and no email communication after that with respect to the above mentioned claim.

              I received credit card statement from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also 2 time call in one assist customer care (09/11/17 and 21/11/17) but not deactivate one assist from my account.. I do not even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                Hi, i am registered customer of oneassist.in and my relationship number is "1911199". I have raised a claim and after successful scrutiny they called me to handover the mobile for repairs. They said that they have successfully repaired my mobile and it is in transit, till now i have not received my mobile and saying that they have some issues and find the solution for the past one month.

                Earlier they had given mobile to ecommpartner for delivery and they kept the mobile with them for 10-15 days and sent back to office.

                  This is the 2nd year my policy is renewed without my confirmation. Last year when i asked for calculation they asked me that once the policy is activated it's can't be deactivated next year it can't be renewed.

                  Today i got a message from one assist "dear customer your membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual plan.

                  When i'm not using your services from last year then why it had been renwned..

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      Please note that i had applied for oneassist membership through my hdfc bank credit card 489377xxxxxx0887 in october 2016. The membership was valid for a period of 1 year and i was charged rs. 1, 799 for the same.

                      However, on october 19, 2017, my membership was auto renewed without seeking my permission. I had contacted one assist toll free number for cancellation of my wrongly renewed membership and i was assured that the same would be cancelled. However, i have been charged rs. 1, 899 plus late fee of rs. 400 and finance charges of rs. 144 for the one assist membership to be effective from october 19, 2017.

                      Please note that the same is not acceptable and should not be charged as the policy was renewed without my permission. My relationship number for one assist is 1390665. My hdfc customer id is 68907678.

                      I would request for the charges to be reversed immediately because i have not applied for or given permission for the renewal.

                      I await a positive response from your side on the said matter.

                            This is nearly about 2 weeks now, i am chasing for the deactivation and reimbursement of my deducted amount from my hdfc credit card.

                            Kindly confirm me the refund amount. I got a call from one assist team, only rs 300/- will be refunded of rs 1299/-. As rs 1000/- will be deducted. This is not accepted. I want the full amount to be refunded.

                            Do you want me to go to media press complaint about the fraud. I am been completed harassed by the one assist team and forcing me to buy this product. I am mentally disturbed by this.

                            Hdfc team - need your immediate attention please.

                            After repeated mail correspondence from end since last 2 weeks, still the issue is unresolved. The one assist service is active on my hdfc credit card nos 7298 and i want to deactivate it with immediate effect. And also inform me about the refund amount to be credited on my credit card. One assist team is contentiously harassing me since last 2 week.

                            The one service is still activated on my hdfc credit card no 7298. And my getting the call from one assist customer care team is forcing us to avail this service again and again. I am into depression since more then 1 week chasing for deactivation of one assist service.

                            Hdfc @ team kindly intervene on this serious issue for expedite.

                              i m complaint against one assist who was deducted money from my credit card

                              Sir,
                              Without any permission of me one assist debit a rs 1399 from my credit card.
                              On 14.11.2017 i received a credit card from hdfc bank. After received it i activate my card and made a rs 9 transaction.
                              After 2 days when i check my credit card balance it show that a rs 1399 is debited again from my card.
                              I also received a message from one assist that a yearly membership was activated on my card. I haven't received...

                              During the security check-in, i submitted my phone and later on phone screen found damaged (Small crack) on screen without any dent. This has been explained to one - assist and they rejected the claim stating that reason is not explained how screen was broken.

                              This is intended claim rejection, for these type o[censored]nexpected incidents we take insurance.

                              I have followed many forums and found many customers are not satisfied with their services.

                              i also facing same problem for my samsung galaxy s7 edge. My claim was rejected by the claim and the reason was that you had to take care of your phone. According to these people, we do not care about our phones. And secondly, if we were handled by the phone then why would we waste the money why we took insurance.

                              It seems that we all have to do the same thing in the back of cheating in the consumer cort agains one assist, all the customer should come together in the same way, then it will come into the society and it will know what is the power of the customer.

                              "due to negligence" is the key policy to reject claims. their representatives says any accident(except few like unconditional - like using in swimming pool, driving etc..) is covered and when claimed for genuine reason, they reject.

                                I received a call from one assist and explaining the plan about the product but
                                I had never confirmed about the service.. Still i got deduction of 2499.00 rs in my november statement on 15/11/2017 oneassist that ₹2499.00 has been debited from my hdfc credit card. How can anyone debit money from my card without my permission. I haven't heard of this company before. Please do return my money. This is illegal, mind it.
                                This is a criminal activity.. I want to reversed the deduction made by one assist and refund my each and every penny.. Or else i will raise this issue towards consumer forum..

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am facing difficulties in getting repair of my mobile hand set note for under insurance claim id 2507133 since last 15 days.
                                  My insurance claim is closed on the ground where there is no fault at my part. I was told by one assist that my handset was repaired in april 2017 in mi authorized service center under warranty and that time its iemi number was changed and i did not inform to mi protection.
                                  I truly replied to mi protection that i did not aware about iemi has been changed first of all because mobile handset went to mi authorized service center when i was facing mic issue, and it was repaired there under warranty, all the activities related to repair the mobile are recorded at mi.
                                  I taken mi protection from mi official website along with mobile purchased, i did not given any information to mi protection that time also, so i was having understanding that i purchased insurance from mi protection and mi is having my detailed with them. So when mobile was repaired by mi this is also with mi automatically.

                                  I told you all the things as above very honestly, hence i did not make any default any negligence hence my insurance claim should not be closed on the ground that iemi number was not updated with mi protection, which is not aware to me, i just repaired initially the mobile handset from mi under warranty when its mic was not working properly.

                                  You are requested to re-open my insurance claim as considering genuine customer.
