Last year i had requested for cancelation when i resistered for one assist.. And the team told me that they ll inform me next year before the renewal of the plan priorly. They told they cant cancel the plan for last year, i have paid 1799rs and i have not registered a single card..

This year with out any mail, message, or letter, they have deducted 1899rs from my account and the plan is renewed without...

The one service is still activated on my hdfc credit card no 7298. And my getting the call from one assist customer care team is forcing us to avail this service again and again. I am into depression since more then 3 week chasing for deactivation of one assist service.

Hdfc @ team kindly intervene on this serious issue for expedite....

I am akash chavan an icici credit card holder and the icici people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 1399 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.

I have purchased an insurance plan for my mobile one plus 5 from this company at the time of purchase. On 11th november i accidentally lost my phone in terms of slept from pocket while driving the moter-bike. I did all the procedure as required fir, lodging a complain with the co. I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. One day i received a call from hdfc bank where one lady said that they are providing me one year protection of my new card. Even the call was so rushing and didn't confirm the charges. unauthorized usage of my credit card - please cancel my membership

This is muthukumar from tamilnadu having new hdfc credit card ending with 4204. Without sending any prior notification, one assist took rs 1399 from my account and it is reflected in my credit card statement.

Without my knowledge or permission, how could its possible. I want to know that without my acknowledgement how come you debited the fees from my account?
