I have opted out oneassist plan activation already for my hdfc credit card and got an acknowledgement sms saying that the same has been de-activated. Still got an sms on sat 22 dec 2017, stating that oneassist fee of 1399 has been debited from my card. If it is a mistake, please correct the problem and credit the amount back to my card immediately, to avoid further complications.

    Hello

    I received statement from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. Any such kind of information discussed with me at the time of credit card issuance. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back. Please dont do this at next time

      Am shreay mera phone road per ruk ker recieved karne se peeche bike se takkar so jane se mera phone damage ho gaya one assist company ke custmor care walo baar baar statement change karwaye kaisa hua yeh unke kehne per apna statement change kiya ab bol rhe hai inrurance company se baat huye hai aapke phone ka claim company nhi de paayege company aap apne aap thik kara le main es company ki shikayat consumer court tak lekar jaunga incurance accidental ka hai uske baad no claim.

          23rd dec 2017 i received a msg from one assist like dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 6439. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly. Why this happened i didnt do anything. Especially one assist debited my money from my account without my knowledge and otp too... If any third party transactions i do somany secure procedured to proceed but this is just a online credit card confirmation and with out my signature... Please refund my money back...

                    I have taken your one assist policy in 2015 and i have not purchased your product.in 2016 and 2017 it was auto renewed. I found this when i checked my credit card statement for dec 2017. 1899 was debited from my credit card and one assist plan is auto renewed on 15 nov.

                    I have requested for cancellation and refund via call and just received an email on 19 dec 2017 that cancellation is initiated.

                          Money got debited from my credit card without my information, i'm not even aware abt the scheme on this one assistance, how can banks allow this kind of transactions, please take action on this issue and refund the amount.

                            Hello last year i received a call from hdfc bank to upgrade my existing credit card with new regalia first, and informed me for that its mandatory to take oneassist protection for one year, and i was clearly told that i will be pre informed at the time of renewal, but i did not get any call or mail before processing renewal, i raised a compliant immediately after deduction of my money, and informed them to disconnect the service and refund my money, oneassist person said i will get call within 24-48 hours, but i did not get any call, i called again and informed the same, i got call after 5 days and they said plan already activated and its been 6 days, after so much of discussion she said 40%they can refund and for that also i will get one more confirmation call, i am not understanding to do renewal customer will not get intimated before, but to cancel how many times oneassit need our confirmation.

                                I had taken one-assist membership for my iphone on 27 dec 2016 after paying rs 3499/-. Two weeks before i wanted to check what is the status of my membership, but, in the website my membership details was not visible. When called one-assist customer care, they said that upon my request in june they had cancelled and returned my money.
                                I had never called them to cancel my request, also, the amount they claim to have returned is rs 849/- only.
                                I've been sending emails everyday since 15-dec 2017, but, don't seem to have any response from them.
                                I need an explanation as to why my membership was cancelled just-like-that in-between in the year and also why only rs 849/- is claimed to be returned.
                                I also checked my bank details, and have not received any amount from one assist which they claimed to have returned.
                                I need an explanation immediately for this.

                                I've already sent multiple emails starting 15-Dec, stating the problem to the ID - [protected]@oneassist.in
                                I've not received any response on the same, inspite of multiple reminders.
                                apart from the customer care number, how else to reach ??
                                I m credit /debit card user of hdfc bank they debit Rs1899/- from my account as one assit membership without my confirmation wants to refund it in my account.
                                ending no of my debit card is **** 8911

                                  Hi,

                                  I have got my handset repaired via one assist insurances. But after the handset repair it was having some issue with the speaker and mic, so made a complain to them with 48 hrs that my repaired handset is having issue so please get it fixed. I was told by the oneassist customer care that we have received your complain and the re-pickup will be done withen 2-3 working days. But this was not done after 8-10 days also. Everyday i am calling the customer care to get the things correct for my handset. The response please wait for 24-48 hrs we have escalated your issue. Daily this thing is happening and i am not getting any proper resolution or response.

                                    I got the text from oneassist team, that my subscription has been auto renewed and i instantly cancelled that one through the live chat option.

                                    After cancellation i got one mail form oneassist that my cancellation is under process.in the very next day i got the text from hdfc bank that my card has been debited for rs. 1899 against the renewal of oneassist membership.

                                    How you can debit my account when the cancellation request is already in process?

                                    Now can you please refund my money back to my account from where you debited it?

                                    I have raised this concern via email, and the reference number is -: 2682471

                                    And you are very much aware of my account details as you are debiting money from it.

                                    It is a real hectic process to cancel the subscription. As they will call you at least 3 - 4 times, and will tell you same things for 20 minutes and will try to convince you. They will try to convince you with the some other offers, and every time continuously you have to say no. Don't lose your patience when they try to convince you, as they will frustrate you in every possible manner to get a yes from you. Just really PATHETIC. And after doing all this, they will credit back the money within 7 - 15 working days. So in a nutshell, its very easy to get into it, but extremely difficult to get out of it. So beware.

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 28/11/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                      Cancel my one assist policy. Waiting for your refund
                                      Your customer care also not support. I have all rerecords kindly cancel my policy and refund. Your cancellation team not contact to me. So many 48hrs going on but till date not taken any action to your side.

                                      Kindly reply my cancellation mail and refund details

                                        My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
                                        I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
                                        So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership. But till today (19/12/2017) they didn't cancel this plan. I want my money back as soon as possible
                                        I am totally disappointed with this one assist
