I have taken your one assist policy in 2015 and i have not purchased your product.in 2016 and 2017 it was auto renewed. I found this when i checked my credit card statement for dec 2017. 1899 was debited from my credit card and one assist plan is auto renewed on 15 nov.

I have requested for cancellation and refund via call and just received an email on 19 dec 2017 that cancellation is initiated.

Try service request / case number - 2678551.

Credit card last 4 digit : 1004

Please proceed with cancellation and refund my money.

        Money got debited from my credit card without my information, i'm not even aware abt the scheme on this one assistance, how can banks allow this kind of transactions, please take action on this issue and refund the amount.
        The amount of money is around 1300 and got debited today, please make sure the money transaction should be done with user's information.

          Hello last year i received a call from hdfc bank to upgrade my existing credit card with new regalia first, and informed me for that its mandatory to take oneassist protection for one year, and i was clearly told that i will be pre informed at the time of renewal, but i did not get any call or mail before processing renewal, i raised a compliant immediately after deduction of my money, and informed them to disconnect the service and refund my money, oneassist person said i will get call within 24-48 hours, but i did not get any call, i called again and informed the same, i got call after 5 days and they said plan already activated and its been 6 days, after so much of discussion she said 40%they can refund and for that also i will get one more confirmation call, i am not understanding to do renewal customer will not get intimated before, but to cancel how many times oneassit need our confirmation.

            I am not signed or accept any sheme on buying credit card. But you active one assist plan to my credit card without my knowledge. Now my account balance is automatically reduced. So you will re-access the reduced amount and otherwise i will go to consumer court.

              I had taken one-assist membership for my iphone on 27 dec 2016 after paying rs 3499/-. Two weeks before i wanted to check what is the status of my membership, but, in the website my membership details was not visible. When called one-assist customer care, they said that upon my request in june they had cancelled and returned my money.
              I had never called them to cancel my request, also, the amount they claim to have returned is rs 849/- only.
              I've been sending emails everyday since 15-dec 2017, but, don't seem to have any response from them.
              I need an explanation as to why my membership was cancelled just-like-that in-between in the year and also why only rs 849/- is claimed to be returned.
              I also checked my bank details, and have not received any amount from one assist which they claimed to have returned.
              I need an explanation immediately for this.

              I've not received any response on the same, inspite of multiple reminders.

                Hi,

                I have got my handset repaired via one assist insurances. But after the handset repair it was having some issue with the speaker and mic, so made a complain to them with 48 hrs that my repaired handset is having issue so please get it fixed. I was told by the oneassist customer care that we have received your complain and the re-pickup will be done withen 2-3 working days. But this was not done after 8-10 days also. Everyday i am calling the customer care to get the things correct for my handset. The response please wait for 24-48 hrs we have escalated your issue. Daily this thing is happening and i am not getting any proper resolution or response.

                  I got the text from oneassist team, that my subscription has been auto renewed and i instantly cancelled that one through the live chat option.

                  After cancellation i got one mail form oneassist that my cancellation is under process.in the very next day i got the text from hdfc bank that my card has been debited for rs. 1899 against the renewal of oneassist membership.

                  How you can debit my account when the cancellation request is already in process?

                  Now can you please refund my money back to my account from where you debited it?

                  I have raised this concern via email, and the reference number is -: 2682471

                  And you are very much aware of my account details as you are debiting money from it.

                  It is a real hectic process to cancel the subscription. As they will call you at least 3 - 4 times, and will tell you same things for 20 minutes and will try to convince you. They will try to convince you with the some other offers, and every time continuously you have to say no. Don't lose your patience when they try to convince you, as they will frustrate you in every possible manner to get a yes from you. Just really PATHETIC. And after doing all this, they will credit back the money within 7 - 15 working days. So in a nutshell, its very easy to get into it, but extremely difficult to get out of it. So beware.

I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.                       My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
                      I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
                      So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership. But till today (19/12/2017) they didn't cancel this plan. I want my money back as soon as possible
                      I am totally disappointed with this one assist

                        I got a call from one of your customer care executive or u call marketing executive from no[protected], don't remember her name. The executive informed about insurance renewal due of my mobile handset which i appreciate.
                        But your executive is very rude and really very adamant for her view point and not ready to listen to the customer at all.
                        The marketing executive needs to be polite and hear concerns of the customer but to her skills she do not possess any. I am taking out time to write this complaint because this is not acceptable from executive whose made call for extension of service. Hope u will look into it which is ultimately better for you and your company.

                          Policy Cancellation request of CPP/One Assist has been registered vide SR[protected] on 20-DEC-17.

                          Already one week past when to refund my amount.it's been 6 days of deactivation of the service One assist but still not getting the money that has been deducted from my icici bank account. Please it's my kind request you to refund the same money which has been deducted within in this week.

                          Still I am waiting for your confirmation, It is a matter of escalation to escalate it to the higher authorities.

                            This is a big fraud company and cheat company and my reg num [protected] and my phone is damage 10/12/2017 and my phone is pick up time 12/12/2017 and after 8 days but ph is not pick up but today call one assist and they told me please wait 48 hours but 48 hours is complete but ph not pick so please dosto is company ki policy na le ye company ek bhot bde fraud he or agent to bhot bde madarchood he is company ka police nhi lene chaye ise acha to kisi gareeb ko pase de do

                              I have received a sms from one assist that my membership has been renewed and upgraded without any prior intimation or my consent. They have debited my icici credit card for rs 1899 without my permission.

                              I also got a mail from one assist team confirming the same details. I am not aware about any confirmation form my side to one assist and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by them is really a criminal act. After calling the customer care they tell me we notified you check your spam emails? What? This is matter of money at-least they should call and confirm. While giving policy 1 year ago nicely they told before renewal we will call you and confirm.

                              Please cancel my membership and refund my money asap

                              Today again i got a call from your agent and he as telling me that i will refund 700 Rs and you can keep the plan, Sir i do not want, please cancel my plan and refund the entire Rs 1899/- to my credit card. This is really annoying. Registered mobile # [protected]. Cancel immediately and process refund to avoid further higher escalations !

                                You guys deducted money for one assist membership without prior information. I want cancel your membership and i want my money back you guys are cheating customers. I don't want your membership please deactivate and return money asap.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Please help me as i have purchased total protection plan for rs.1274.25, paid through my debit card for my new cellphone on 14/12/2017. All these greedy employees named who called me is sanobar, sameer, samar etc are the one who proposed me the plan.

                                  I have sent them all my tax invoice bill, mobile pics with imei no. S and all the details they want.

                                  From 3 days, i am asking them to send me the tax invoice copy and policy copy but they are not providing me any kind of documents, just the membership no.[protected]. And relationship id 3261147.
                                  The tax invoice copy no. Is 2970082 appearing on my website login id of one assist.
                                  They just demand emails and when did several no. Of emails they are getting back to send me the tax invoice and policy copy. If they are doing this much delay in providing me documents, they what will happen if i claim for my phone.

                                  Also, they have issued me two policies,, i dont know what are they doing??
                                  Ihave viewed many, many complaints as same as mine from consumers.

                                  Please help me at urgent

                                    I was charged on my card without any consent and when i called them these people provide such pathetic service. They have no manners to talk to their customers... Moreover i was denied my refund and they were not willing to cancel it. Complete non sense this is. I asked for a supervisor transfer and it was denied on my face.

                                    I do not want any service from u people. Cancel the services and refund money. I do not want to have any association with u people in the future.

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 15/11/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.
