I have received from icici bank that rs-1399 deducted from my account to one assist plan on 05/12/2017 without my permission. I am not interested in this services and kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

Please deactivate this service immediately and refund total money asap.

Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. I accidentally knocked my phone off my desk while working at home and it fell from my desk causing the screen to crack. I followed all due process of oneassist and submitted the phone along with all the pertaining information to them. After nearly 2 months of constantly calling them, they rejected my claim on the basis of negligence! What is the point of accidental protection then if such a situation is not covered.
