I got a call from one of your customer care executive or u call marketing executive from no[protected], don't remember her name. The executive informed about insurance renewal due of my mobile handset which i appreciate.
But your executive is very rude and really very adamant for her view point and not ready to listen to the customer at all.
The marketing executive needs to be polite and hear concerns of the customer but to her skills she do not possess any. I am taking out time to write this complaint because this is not acceptable from executive whose made call for extension of service. Hope u will look into it which is ultimately better for you and your company.

    I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 17/12/17 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.
    Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap. Because i have many problem face money related issue.

    I am a icic bank debit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1899 from my debit card without my authorization on date 17/12/17 and i don't want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

    Hi Team,

    Policy Cancellation request of CPP/One Assist has been registered vide SR[protected] on 20-DEC-17.

    Already one week past when to refund my amount.it's been 6 days of deactivation of the service One assist but still not getting the money that has been deducted from my icici bank account. Please it's my kind request you to refund the same money which has been deducted within in this week.

    Still I am waiting for your confirmation, It is a matter of escalation to escalate it to the higher authorities.

    I have try to call but not to any one answer.

        I have received a sms from one assist that my membership has been renewed and upgraded without any prior intimation or my consent. They have debited my icici credit card for rs 1899 without my permission.

        I also got a mail from one assist team confirming the same details. I am not aware about any confirmation form my side to one assist and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by them is really a criminal act. After calling the customer care they tell me we notified you check your spam emails? What? This is matter of money at-least they should call and confirm. While giving policy 1 year ago nicely they told before renewal we will call you and confirm.

        Please cancel my membership and refund my money asap

        Today again i got a call from your agent and he as telling me that i will refund 700 Rs and you can keep the plan, Sir i do not want, please cancel my plan and refund the entire Rs 1899/- to my credit card. This is really annoying. Registered mobile # [protected]. Cancel immediately and process refund to avoid further higher escalations !

            Dear sir,

            Please help me as i have purchased total protection plan for rs.1274.25, paid through my debit card for my new cellphone on 14/12/2017. All these greedy employees named who called me is sanobar, sameer, samar etc are the one who proposed me the plan.

            I have sent them all my tax invoice bill, mobile pics with imei no. S and all the details they want.

            From 3 days, i am asking them to send me the tax invoice copy and policy copy but they are not providing me any kind of documents, just the membership no.[protected]. And relationship id 3261147.
            The tax invoice copy no. Is 2970082 appearing on my website login id of one assist.
            They just demand emails and when did several no. Of emails they are getting back to send me the tax invoice and policy copy. If they are doing this much delay in providing me documents, they what will happen if i claim for my phone.

            Also, they have issued me two policies,, i dont know what are they doing??
            Ihave viewed many, many complaints as same as mine from consumers.

              I was charged on my card without any consent and when i called them these people provide such pathetic service. They have no manners to talk to their customers... Moreover i was denied my refund and they were not willing to cancel it. Complete non sense this is. I asked for a supervisor transfer and it was denied on my face.

              I do not want any service from u people. Cancel the services and refund money. I do not want to have any association with u people in the future.

                    Today i hav received message to tht your order from AVON SOLUTIONS AND KOGISTICS PVT LTD (ONE ASSIST) via Aramex is out for delivery i sure im not taking dis order and definitely i will not pay any single amount for dis bull sheet product and if dis issue not fix it on tim i definitely complaint about one assist team to police now and also closed my HDFC bank account too.                           I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on15 /12/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                          Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                            I Recived sms from HDFC Bank that Rs.1399
                            Deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. With out my permission .I also got a mail from one ASSIST team .I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                              Payment done on behalf of one assist without my permission, i was harasssed by the customer service associate by constant calls atleast 10 calls per day by differnt individuals despite telling them i m not wanting any service they went ahead and made a payment of 1399 against my credit card. The retention team was also not of any help instead tricked me into this mess and gave false promises about a discount or something without giving me a solid conformation by mail the payment was processed without my knowledge. I repeatedly asked them to cease all services but was not done instead debited my account without my permission i demand that the money be reimbursed on a early basis as the due date for payment is 20 december failing which i will have to lodge a formal complaint of violation and unauthorized payment with irda or any other respective bodies and also about the unnecessary hassle that i had to go through because of one assist. This also accounts to unlawfully getting the business done by poor customer service agents who are not taught basic manners and are blindly entrusted the duty of making calls in order to generate business for one assist

                                Hai there.
                                I received a document via bluedart yesterday and it is regarding my one assist membership which i never signed up for during credit card application or any. Its linked to my hdfc credit card though.

                                My membership details given in this bunch of papers as follows,
                                Relationship no: 3204623
                                Plan name: enhanced wa power single plan
                                Validity: 04/12/2018
                                Attaching scanned copy of same.

                                Based on 6th point on terms and conditions, i would like to terminate this service immediately within the look-in period and not willing to pay against any bill raising against this particular.

                                My email was getting no valid response from the customer care. How can i even trust such a firm to protect my cards anyway. I want this service to be terminated immediately.

                                  I received a phone call from axis bank today at morning. I am not activate any service. I don't request to activate any service from you. But wallet service is activated in my account. I do know for this.
                                  This information is i call a one assist toll free number at evening and i received a details and i know the information at last time.

                                    I am a icici card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.4998 from my card number ending with xxxxxxxx8972 with out my authorization on date 03/12/17 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

                                    Relation ship number for one assit is 1593173

                                    I urge oneassist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done without my authorization or consent! If not, i'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

                                      I want to inform you that I have Recently purchased MI A1 – 4 GB Ram & 64 GB ROM Mobile phone from Flip cart dated 06.11.17 with invoice no FABBA[protected] & IMEI [protected] . Unfortunately my phone got damaged at Nokodar Chowk Jalandhar time 5.00 PM dated 09.12.17 while I was driving my bike. Suddenly my bike was slipped & unbalanced, due to that my phone was drop down at middle of road.

                                      After drop down My phone got Broken by Front Screen(Display), bend from middle & back cover also has smashed Pics are attached for your reference.

                                      Need your Support to resolve my concern, I look forward to hear from you to use services.

                                      Moreover Pls share the Turnaround time to get my phone in my hands Meanwhile Pls provide me back phone to use my day to work without any hassle.
