I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. Now i receive a letter for renewal intimation. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and acknowledge me.

      Team,

      Last year i had requested for cancelation when i resistered for one assist.. And the team told me that they ll inform me next year before the renewal of the plan priorly. They told they cant cancel the plan for last year, i have paid 1799rs and i have not registered a single card..

      This year with out any mail, message, or letter, they have deducted 1899rs from my account and the plan is renewed without my knowledge..
      When i called support team, and cancelation team they are telling the same senario as last year that they will cant cancel and refund. And you ll get a call next year before renewal..

      I have been paid for no service.. I am wondering just for cancelation, the process is so difficult that i have wasted time for no results, how difficult it will be if i am availing your service.

      Could you please cancel my plan and refund for the amount.. If not please provide me the details that i have registered last year to cancel the plan, let me take the next step.. I request you to add higher authorities in the mail communication..

      I have all the call records of this year..

      Worst experience i ever had..

      Its been 1week i have raised complaint, no response yet, i dint receive any call or mail response
      My claim was rejected by the claim and the reason was that you had to take care of your phone. According to these people, we do not care about our phones. And secondly, if we were handled by the phone then why would we waste the money why we took insurance.

      Cancel your membership, don't waste your money..
      I haven't applied for membership and amount showing in my bill. Raise a query multiple time & got revert that u will receive a call regarding cancelation within 48 hours but 7 days passed not received any call... Disappointed with service... I want my amount back...

      You call your bank, and tell them to block your automatic deduction for oneassist transactions.

        The one service is still activated on my hdfc credit card no 7298. And my getting the call from one assist customer care team is forcing us to avail this service again and again. I am into depression since more then 3 week chasing for deactivation of one assist service.

        Hdfc @ team kindly intervene on this serious issue for expedite.

        Dear team,

        I had called to the one assist service center and spoken with mr rakesh, he inform me that rs 649 has been refunded to my hdfc credit card no 7298. The customer care staffs was very much rude to talk. I want my full amount to be refunded i. E 1299/-. I will not accept the part payment.

        Hdfc team - one assist team is cheating me with the part payment and its not accepted for me. I want my full payment to be refunded. After 3 week of chasing with the one assist i have been half amount. This is just a loot to the customer, fraud and cheating to public. Really upset and unhappy the way hdfc and one assist team is servicing to their customer.

        I will not accept the half payment from one assist service. I want full amount to be refunded i. E rs1299/- on my hdfc credit card -7298. This services is been activated without my knowledge and since last 3 week i am chasing for one assist service deactivation and for my refund. Money. I am really upset and frustrated with the service rendered by hdfc to its customers. Really sorry to say that i will not recommend my colleague to take hdfc credit card even though it is offered free of cost.

        Since last 4 weeks i am chasing for my refund of money which had been deducted from my hdfc credit card no 7298 by one assist. This one assist services is been activated without my knowledge. I will not accept half payment. I want my full amount to be refunded ie rs 1299/- without any deduction with immediate effect.

        Now you must have clearly understand my concern.

        Dear team,

        I had received the call from one assist team stating that half payment will be refunded to my hdfc credit card no 7298. I want to make my statement clear that i will not accept half payment and i want my full amount to be refunded ie. Rs 1299/-. And please stopping harassing me, i am really fed up with the way the customer care people are talking with me.

        Hdfc team - please note: i am very much frustrated and depressed with one assist team the way they are dealing with the customer.

        I just now called to one assist team anjali, they are saying they cant able to refund me the full amount i. E rs 1299/- in my hdfc credit card 7298. I will not accept rs.649 because this services had been activated without my knowledge. Why should i bear the losses.. I am frustrated with one assist team for to chasing my deducted money. Is this the way one assist works troubling the customers.

          I am akash chavan an icici credit card holder and the icici people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 1399 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.

            I have purchased an insurance plan for my mobile one plus 5 from this company at the time of purchase. On 11th november i accidentally lost my phone in terms of slept from pocket while driving the moter-bike. I did all the procedure as required fir, lodging a complain with the co. And sending all the required documents but they rejected my claim stating "loss or damage to the device under mysterious circumstances / disappearance or unexplained reasons". I am unable to understand what else reason does these guys need, this is crystal clear that the loss occurred accidentally while driving bike and it slept from my pocket. So over telephone they asked me to reply to this matter stating the reason again and they will consider the matter again and reply me back. But more than 15 days passed and still no reply has been received from them in this matter.

            If they cannot give me the claim then why are they taking such premium charges from us and making us assure that our devices are secured and safe. This is not the case only with me, above i can see hell lot of people complaining about this fraud company making a big fool out of people. I cannot get it how irda is allowing such companies to run. If i would have know about these all in advance i would have never done any kind of insurance. Many people asked me not to do any kind of insurance for mobile as they are all fraud i wish i would have listen to them. Irda must do some thing to protect the interest of customers other wise what's the need of insurance and such organisations.

            Now i want to know how can i reach to irda or consumer court against this company and i will make sure such companies pay a huge amount of penalties for fooling people, taking people's hard earned money and more over making fun out of people.

              The one assist call centre people misguided me about my claim against liquid damage of my handset, they first told that my claim can be processed then misguided me about description I was to write and documents to upload for my device to be repaired later closed my claim without consent on writing justification mail and complete description aboiut the damage of my device also I was not offered any solution after 20 almost 17days my claim was dismissed even after getting proof of caused damage from one assist service centre. I feel injustice and the insurance to be very misguiding and fraudulent in nature, also the call centre people totally misguiding and uninformed. I had to face the difficulty of not accessing my phone from 17days waiting for it to be repaired by oneassist which I could have done that day itself if they hadn't misguided me. It been a painful time consuming and injustice experience all together. Action should be taken against this agency immediately.

                Firstly, i wanted to tell you that you have lost a very valuable and loyal customer, which clearly shows how pathetic your services are towards the customer.

                Coming to my problem, my request service number is 2202135. On your last mail, you people said the insurance claim is rejected citing some issues which are not worth my time. But i want my device to be rectified in the way it was before sending it to your low cheap workshop. I have clearly stated the same in my previous mail and if you are educated enough to find, i have attached the proofs of my claim. I have been trying hard to reach your customer service which is meanwhile a pathetic cheap and not goddamn people responds to it.

                The service center picked my mobile for consecutive 3 times, and much damage has been done from your side. The device which i received back is not turning on and the way its fit is not in a proper way and some other issues related to both hardware and software is clearly visible on the device touch is also working.

                This issue is very serious which urgently require your attention, i don't have all time to for you. I shall be posting the same on newspapers complaint

                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. One day i received a call from hdfc bank where one lady said that they are providing me one year protection of my new card. Even the call was so rushing and didn't confirm the charges. Suddenly i got a sms from one assist that the bank has auto debited rs. 2499/- from my credit card number ending with 9778 without my concern on date:24/11/2017. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.2499/- at the earliest.

Last year i requested you to cancel but you have said this plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again renewed without any information and without my permission. I don't want your membership and send my money back.

                              I had purchased a redmi 4 device. On 1st week of purchase, ine assist call center sales team started calling me.. After repeated phone calls, he offered me mi protect through one assist insurance. All the activation was through online., through inbound calls.
                              The sales guy amit i think the agents name was, activated my plan..
                              Well things changed when my claim was submitted, they had promised liquid damage protection. When i had liquid damage, like normal they approved my claim forms, verified documents and a courier boy took my phone.. Home delivery.. That much was fine. The issue began after 21 days when i got my package back with mail to go to cochin service center, authorized by xiomi.
                              The service engineer there told me the insurance has rejected my phone and with out any intimation, the send it back. Since phone was already opened by one assist service people. Xiomi doesn't have any responsibility. He also told one assist is a sales fraud. They reject most of the claims telling silly reasons.. I fell am falsified by one assist, the sales boy who activated my insurance.
                              After which i had send repeated emails to one assist for which they doesn't respond. Now the new phone just 3 months old is dead. Already insured lies with me. Neighther xiomi or one assist bears any responsibility or responses..
                              Have call recording of a falsified sales call where the agent promised my liquid damage protection but the company after 21 days of fraud interaction with the consumer., is a cheater..

                                I have purchased oneassist policy for my redmi not 4 i claim for screen damage which is acsidently happen with me and minor screen damage but my phone is working absolutely fine and after 1 week i raise claim against my phone they take my phone for replacement and rejecte my claim says "i am irresponsible and i am not able to take care of my phone" after 2 week i receive my phone with not working condition what the heal... I go to the mi authorities service centre and repair my phone.. Plz don't go for oneassist thay don't value your money and time

                                  Since i didn't get any reply for my update, i am creating this new complaint.

                                  Only half of the deducted amount was refunded to my account. I have asked to refund the whole amount rs.1399 to my account instead you have sent only rs.700. Who will send the remaining amount? Why you people are cheating us again and again? From last two years i'm contacting you to cancel the plan but you people never done it. Every time i need to contact you to cancel the plan then you are returning only half of the amount. Then what's the purpose of contacting you every year to cancel the plan permanently? This year also you have done the same thing. Useless service. By seeing this website i came to know that you are cheating more people like me. Strictly return the remaining amount rs.699 to my account within a week otherwise i have to take necessary action on your fraud company.

                                    Last november when i took hdfc credit card, it was debited for 1799 rs for one assist membership. That time when i enquired about this, they told that the membership was for one year.
                                    Yesterday (November 23rd 2017), my credit card was again debited by 1899 rs without my permission for one assist membership fee. I don't want continue membership.
                                    Deactivate my account and return my money back.

I also send messages in their facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/MyOneAssist/?fref=ts) . This was more effective.They replied within minutes.After one week, i got refund.

                                        This is muthukumar from tamilnadu having new hdfc credit card ending with 4204. Without sending any prior notification, one assist took rs 1399 from my account and it is reflected in my credit card statement.

                                        Without my knowledge or permission, how could its possible. I want to know that without my acknowledgement how come you debited the fees from my account?
                                        I want to know the answer.
                                        I also got an msg with the relationship number.

                                        I got a call from this number ( ended with 9859) and they introduced me that one assist customer care service.prior to that they send mail to me to provide contact number for discussion and I properly replied.Later on I got called from the above mentioned number and they said that need of my credit card number and valid thru date for providing refund.

                                        I said that last ending four digits of my card but they tried to get my full number.
                                        I don't understand their principle and why should I provide my card details to one assist customer care.

                                        How could they taken money from credit card account and more than that they know clearly how to refund the money by checking my phone number

                                        So I formally request you that refund the amount and cancel my membership .
