On date 7/8/2017 my handset accidentally fall down while ridding a bike.. It is damaged at uper left corner, screen is partially broken. Earphones plugged in socket is damaged. Charging socket is damaged. Slight scratches are there over whole screen. There is slight pit formation below the fingerprint scanner. Scencer is not working. Problem in typing.

    Oneassist consumer solutions — deactivation of one assist plan on aug 8, 2017
    I received sms from kotak bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my kotak bank credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card.

    Please deactivate and refund my money asap otherwise i will complain in police about this transaction details.

      I received sms from hdfc bank on 3-8-2017 that rs 1899/- deducetd from my credit card two one assist membership fee, hdfc customer range information. I don't even know the company and this kind unsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company (Without permission how can do that) is really criminal stand the co.
      I want my money 1899/- back as soon as possible transfer to my account.

        Cancellation of one assist on my hdfc credit card and refund all of the charged amount
        Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation
        I did not get any call to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account.

        Adding to that, it has even charged me an interest with processing fee.
        This is completely unethical, on what basis should we believe in hdfc if they are deducting money without consent?

        I called hdfc and one assist team, even after 8 months, no response. They are very proactive to charge my credit card, but need time to refund. Hdfc customer care blames one assist and vice versa.

        Please do the needful to refund the membership charge including all service charges and the interest charged on credit amount.

        Don't activate this type of subscription in future without my knowledge.
        If not i will cancel my account with hdfc bank and file a case.

          There was fraudulent transactions that were carried out using my card details from unknown locations. All transactions were done for online shopping and the card was in my custody. This card was secured by one assist through wallet assist privilege individual by paying some fees and my membership nos. Issued was membership id: [protected]. I informed them all necessary actions that were required by my end were done in most urgent way, including filling police complain too. Card was immediately blocked. All relevant documents were asked by one assist team were provided to them, they acknowledged and assured me to process the claim. Fortunately the amount was too less. But these one assist thieves vanished and closed my case with out informing me and doing anything on my claim. They are cheaters, thieves, frauds, worst than the one who phished my card, they took money and got indulged in wrong practice so stay away from one assist they are bogus, looters buggers.

                    I request you to not to give false information because u have wasted my time because i have visited 3 samsung service centre to update my imei number but as per samsung team information to me was there is no option o[censored]pdating imei number and is a false statement kindly give clarity for this.
                    Waiting for your response from march 22, one assist is the one of the waste company they call continues for renewal of insurance but when we try to claim they never reply

                        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got an sms from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully. But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that it's been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can cancel my account. But now without my permission, the plan got renewed. I don't even know this and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                        How can you do all these without even customer confirmation?

                              Hi all,

                              Do not ever go for one assist!!! Learned a big lesson after using 1 year plan. They are cheating people by providing false commitments and purposefully forcing people to renew policy. If somebody would like to cancel his/her policy then, they are creating worst scenario for cancellations. Also they are purposefully making delay in their process.

                              In my case, i had given cancellation request on 27th july but till today it has not yet processed. And i am getting number of calls on daily basis but they are not processing my request.

                              I had taken a policy where one assist was suppose to settle the claim within 48 hours but its more than a month that they have not yet contacted me after submitting all the documents.My contact number [protected]. Instead i have faced lot of harassment for the same yet my work has not been done. i have made several complaints but all are in vain.

                                Hi,
                                I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation last year 2016 deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card.

                                As last year also i requested you to cancel but you said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but today my mobile recieved the message from one assist protection plan. I want confirm cancelled or not.

                                  I received sms from icici bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                  And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                      I have submitted my phone for insurance cover to one assist with my one assist membership id: [protected] and the claim id service request # 2142787 they collected my phone on 18th july. Delivery guy took my phone along with the sim tray. I have ask him that they need the sim tray and they told me yes. I have given the description as below.
                                      "i was at my home and at kept the phone on table next to my bed at night and when on 9th july i woke up in the morning the phone was on my bed may be it fell off from the table and my cousin kept on my bed. I don't know the time i checked my phone the bottom 3 navigation buttons was not working. When i took it to service center on 9th they told me its a physical damage. The display touch is working fine and there is no break and damage on the screen only on left there is a little yellow spot"
                                      After 10 days the on 29 they told me that you claim is rejected giving the below information

                                      "dear swaroop
                                      With reference to your service request number 2142787, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.
                                      The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
                                      "the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 1 - loss or damage to the gadget due to mysterious circumstances
                                      We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.
                                      We will soon deliver your unrepaired handset to you.
                                      For any further assistance, please write to us at [protected]@oneassist.in or call[protected] or[protected]

                                      Firstly they rejected my claim later on when they delivered my phone on 3d august 2017 the sim tray was missing. When i call the service center on 3rd aug the agent told me i will get it in 48 hrs and later they told me it will take 7 days. The ref number for the complain sr 2215340. Their behavior on their fault was very casual and not promising.

                                        I purchase insurance for my 2 mobile phones from one assist, my biggest mistake.
                                        My iphone 6 mistakenly damaged and the same request for repair was logged by service request number for the email query is: 2140548 on 9th jul'17.
                                        The handset was picked from my home after 2 days.
                                        Compliant no. 1 till now no backup handset is provided to me.
                                        Compliant no.2 every time when i call on customer care they tell me call back after 48 hours (Request no. 2140279 and 2196628 already registered)
                                        Complaint no.3 they are not giving me any update on the whereabouts of my handset and are not providing the service centre address
                                        Complaint no.3 i think they will not be returning it - these guys are fraud
