Dear oneassist

I am upendra mohanty, i'm using hdfc credit card since last one week, and card number ending with 1387. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount rs 1299 without my knowledge on date: 01/08/2017.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2999/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Hdfc customer rang information.. I also got a call from one assist team. They convinced to take this plan, i don't even know about the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible.

    Please deactivate one assist plan and refund my money asap

              I had requested one assist to cancel my mac insurance policy on 29-july-2017 via email sent to [protected]@oneassist.in
              The policy was taken on 16-july-2017 relationship 2232623 insurance [protected]-296
              Since then i have made several calls to their call centre and have requested them to cancel my policy and credit my amount of rs 4000 back to my saving account, but all efforts are in vain. They are not cancelling my insurance policy.

              oh god !!!this is such a scam within 5 min I received some 10 calls claiming that they are calling from consumer department they all wanted my debit cards details on phone...when I tried cross questing them they all hang up the phone palm faced...Please don't trust this site

                On date 7/8/2017 my handset accidentally fall down while ridding a bike.. It is damaged at uper left corner, screen is partially broken. Earphones plugged in socket is damaged. Charging socket is damaged. Slight scratches are there over whole screen. There is slight pit formation below the fingerprint scanner. Scencer is not working. Problem in typing.

                      Cancellation of one assist on my hdfc credit card and refund all of the charged amount
                      Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation
                      I did not get any call to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account.

                      Adding to that, it has even charged me an interest with processing fee.
                      This is completely unethical, on what basis should we believe in hdfc if they are deducting money without consent?

                      I called hdfc and one assist team, even after 8 months, no response. They are very proactive to charge my credit card, but need time to refund. Hdfc customer care blames one assist and vice versa.

                      Please do the needful to refund the membership charge including all service charges and the interest charged on credit amount.

                      Don't activate this type of subscription in future without my knowledge.
                      If not i will cancel my account with hdfc bank and file a case.

                        There was fraudulent transactions that were carried out using my card details from unknown locations. All transactions were done for online shopping and the card was in my custody. This card was secured by one assist through wallet assist privilege individual by paying some fees and my membership nos. Issued was membership id: [protected]. I informed them all necessary actions that were required by my end were done in most urgent way, including filling police complain too. Card was immediately blocked. All relevant documents were asked by one assist team were provided to them, they acknowledged and assured me to process the claim. Fortunately the amount was too less. But these one assist thieves vanished and closed my case with out informing me and doing anything on my claim. They are cheaters, thieves, frauds, worst than the one who phished my card, they took money and got indulged in wrong practice so stay away from one assist they are bogus, looters buggers.

On behalf of my complaint you had said that your plan has been cancelled, but I didn't receive any alerts or messages from your side .Today I had received an courier from your side, please make an concern on this and refund my 1399 rupee ASAP, otherwise I will make complaints further more on your site

                                  I request you to not to give false information because u have wasted my time because i have visited 3 samsung service centre to update my imei number but as per samsung information to me was there is no option o[censored]pdating imei number and is a false statement kindly give clarity for this.

                                  Waiting for your response from march 22, one assist is the one of the waste company they call continues for renewal of insurance but when we try to claim they never reply

                                  Can any one suggest how can we take this legaly i am ready to put a case on oneassist company

                                    Sir i was in treatment at chennai on 10th july 2017 at
                                    03 30 pm arround one phone call he said that i uttamkumar at kolkatta sbi main branch so ur debit card old replace purpose ask the details 16 digit debit card number said that man i am belive real that branch man only take the details suddenly my account to airtel money exange 19;900 rupees transanctoin acic303578 fraud immediatly f i r copy filed also airtel gravencel try no body pick the call for stop the payment please do the needful assist recover this amount

                                      Hello there

                                      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I also got an sms from one assist team saying that my plan got extended successfully. But for the first when it deducted, your customer care person has told that it's been activated for you and refund not possible and he also said that while they get back to me for renewal they can cancel my account. But now without my permission, the plan got renewed. I don't even know this and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                      How can you do all these without even customer confirmation?

                                      Please deactivate and refund my money within a day.

                                        Hello there

                                        I received sms from hdfc bank on 4/8/2017 that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                        I want my money back as soon as possible.
