I has insured my mobile handset through one assist. Later, i had extended the insurance through oneassist. The extension took place on 8th june because the insurance was getting expired on 14th june. I had basically received a call from the renewal department of oneassist suggesting to consider the renewal option. I agreed and paid a sum of rs 934.15.

However, this occurred while my handset had been submitted to oneassist for an insurance claim expecting that the handset would be repaired and sent back soon. On 10th june, i received a message from oneassist that my handset was beyond economic repair. An insurance settlement amount had been sanctioned to me and the handset was retained by oneassist. This means that the renewal of insurance on handset is not required any more. Infact, i shouldn't have received a call from oneassist to access the renewal option if my handset was submitted for a claim.

Later, it was informed that if i purchased a new handset within the same range as my previous handset, the new handset would be insured with no cost. But my new handset is of a higher amount and was refused to be insured even when i was willing to pay some extra amount.

In view of the above matter, i had also called the customer care department several times but my call was put on hold and nobody responded has ever responded.

I would request a refund of the payment of rs 934.15 or use this money for insuring my new handset (With some top up amount from my own pocket).

    I have got new hdfc tines card during last month. I have informed about the one assist and the charges also. I have been told that the charges are rs.1899/- but those are to be paid in three equal installments. I agreed for the same. I have received the first bill which includes rs 1899/- (Full amt). This is not fair. Please adhre to the communication from your side. Please give me option for payment of thee emi of rs.633/- as commited from your side, else you can withdraw this service.

      I'm really unhappy with your services, initially you took 7 days to verify the docs, but your time frame says, it'll be verified in 48 hours. That was the first delay.

      Later i sent the hard copies, it was delivered to you on 4th august 2017. But, you sent for ic approval on 10th august 2017. Second delay.

      Later, its been 13 days, there is no update on decision. Where as, i was informed it'll just take 5-7 working days for approval. Third delay.

      I have called in and emailed many days, you people just say, we've escalated your case, etc.

      I'm still hoping a positive answer from you.

          I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, i told them i am busy and dont have time right now but they charged me 1299 towards subscription from my icici credit card. How can you they do a such thing without my permission. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription as soon as possible and refund my money.

              Hi,
              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has charged rs 1299/- from my credit card ending 8723 on date:21/08/2017 for the subscription of one assist without any intimation which is totally illegal. I don't want this service and membership. If i wanted first i should have informed which is not done and i never expected this from hdfc bank. So cancel the membership and refund the rs 1299/- to my credit card asap.

                  Dear team, i took insurance of my mobile mi note 4, after two month it got damaged. I called to one assist customer care, they suggested me to upload some documents. I uploaded. I have emailed them that i have submitted all the docs, still one assist company is not processing my request. Everytime i call to customer care & they say your docs are under processing or sometimes they say, one document "gift mail," is pending from your side. I have emailed them attaching gift email, that gift email has been emailed also. 20 days has passed now. But there is no response on my email, and customer care always repeat the same line, like, we are sorry, your docs under processing, your docs are pending etc. It seems one assist company is fraud. But i will not leave the company without claim, i have filed a case in consumer court, my consumer court case no - 399190 my claim no at one assist - 2211200.

                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 6660 without my concern on date:21/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department last year renewal period. Why didnot send any message or call for renewal. That if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap.

                        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1800/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Then i came to know that it will be useful once i speak with the hdfc members. Oneassist members told that once you get the welcome kit you can start using one assist, so i waited for long time and still i didn't receive any membershipid and details

                            Hi,

                            I have a hdfc credit card and got a phone call almost 1.5 years back for some policy from one assist company. Initially i agreed upon the terms and conditions of the policy but later with in 7 days i asked them to cancel it and refund the amount to my credit card. Actually once i said yes, instantly they blocked some amount from my card. Working on my request, they cancelled the policy but did not refund the amount till date to my card ending 2576

                            In each month credit card statement, the amount got increased due to outstanding payment. After 5-6 months, it crossed the limit and hdfc blocked my card.

                            I contacted one assist for several times, maximum time their phone got busy or else replied with a false answer. I was literally fed up & contacted hdfc. They said i need to pay the outstanding (4082 rs. Approximate), then only card can be stopped (Current situation is : they cannot unblock the card, they only can stop it and make it deactivate).

                            I am frustrated now and want to file a complain against this one assist.
                            How can they cheat customers like us? Its their fault and i am now suffering. They should have refunded the amount on its very 1st place.
                            This is ridiculous and disgusting.

                                I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide.
                                I have made so many calls since then.
                                I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim. Every time when i speak to them, they promise to close it in 48 hrs and till date nothing has happened.

                                I have made 100s of calls and written so many mails.. still no revert.

                                Now after reaching the consumer forum, you guys are not serious. This is really pathetic.

                                Pl shut down your operations if you do not know how to service the customers and handle complaints...

                                After so many followup i was able to file the claim. On 5th July they took my mobile for service so far there is no update i have made 100s of calls to your customer care, no one seems to give me any update as to when the mobile will be ready. I have never seen such a company where they do not have any TAT or commitment.

                                Everytime i call to the customer care I get freshly cooked up excuses. First they say there is no stock of spares in the service centre, later they said they have resent the estimation to insurance company for higher repair amount now one is even aware whats happening.

                                Just to recall, my mobile got damaged on 29th May post this I struggles to raise the claim on 1st July, 5th July mobile was picked so far there is no update on the due date.

                                I will never again buy your insurance nor ill suggest this to any of my friends.

                                I feel govt run institutions are far better than this.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Kindly provide me the claim for accidental damage happened for my mobile where i insured it with one assist. They happily rejected my claim on the basis of acts of willful negligence. My problem with the explanation given by them is that any accidental damage can be rejected as willful negligence. As per the terms and conditions informed to me by the company is either lacking clarity or the so called "acts of willful negligence" is not properly defined. Please help me in this regard to bring down the company to accept my claim and make the company to clearly defined the acts of willful negligence.

                                  Hi, i want to deactive the plan. My relationship number 1254421. Without my permission 1899Rs are deducted from my account as saying for renewal of one assist privilege individual plan. Message came that i have registered for renewal but I have not done for anything for renewal. Please deactivate the plan and refund my money.

                                    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money.

I have submitted all documents with my mobile for damage screen change regarding which one assist assured me to resolve issue within 20 working days and confirmation of process will be take place within 12 working days. After repetative call only one ans i got from u have to wt. So why not i will file a complaint in consumer form to not deal professionally with customer under given time period..

                                        One assist deducted 1399rs from my icici credit card. My relationship no 2552110. I got this message from one assist.
                                        I have never filled any form, nor i contacted one assit. I dont signed any paper of one assist company.
                                        From the behaviour of one assist, it is appearing that they are cheating and frauding with customers.
                                        How can u access to any body account?

                                        I contacted to customer care, they are also giving negative reply.

                                        We are disturbed by the malpractices of one assist.
                                        Refund my money.
                                        Instead of gaining customer confidence... U r cheating the customers.
                                        Still i hope that my complete amount will be refunded.
