I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 6660 without my concern on date:21/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department last year renewal period. Why didnot send any message or call for renewal. That if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap.

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1800/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Then i came to know that it will be useful once i speak with the hdfc members. Oneassist members told that once you get the welcome kit you can start using one assist, so i waited for long time and still i didn't receive any membershipid and details

          Hi,

          I have a hdfc credit card and got a phone call almost 1.5 years back for some policy from one assist company. Initially i agreed upon the terms and conditions of the policy but later with in 7 days i asked them to cancel it and refund the amount to my credit card. Actually once i said yes, instantly they blocked some amount from my card. Working on my request, they cancelled the policy but did not refund the amount till date to my card ending 2576

          In each month credit card statement, the amount got increased due to outstanding payment. After 5-6 months, it crossed the limit and hdfc blocked my card.

          I contacted one assist for several times, maximum time their phone got busy or else replied with a false answer. I was literally fed up & contacted hdfc. They said i need to pay the outstanding (4082 rs. Approximate), then only card can be stopped (Current situation is : they cannot unblock the card, they only can stop it and make it deactivate).

          I am frustrated now and want to file a complain against this one assist.
          How can they cheat customers like us? Its their fault and i am now suffering. They should have refunded the amount on its very 1st place.
          This is ridiculous and disgusting.

            I'm lakshmi devi from chennai. I am using hdfc credit card and subscribed to one assist plan last year for which rs.1799/- was already deducted from my account as fee. But this year rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan as "one assist mfee" without my permission. Please deactivate and refund my money asap.

              I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide.
              I have made so many calls since then.
              I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim. Every time when i speak to them, they promise to close it in 48 hrs and till date nothing has happened.

              Hi deepali, on 14th august, you called me and said definitely you will check and call back in 24 hours.. You were supposed to call me on 16th as 15 was holiday. So for i have not received any call from you. This is really atrocious. I want a call back immediately.

              Now after reaching the consumer forum, you guys are not serious. This is really pathetic.

              Pl shut down your operations if you do not know how to service the customers and handle complaints...

              After so many followup i was able to file the claim. On 5th July they took my mobile for service so far there is no update i have made 100s of calls to your customer care, no one seems to give me any update as to when the mobile will be ready. I have never seen such a company where they do not have any TAT or commitment.

              Everytime i call to the customer care I get freshly cooked up excuses. First they say there is no stock of spares in the service centre, later they said they have resent the estimation to insurance company for higher repair amount now one is even aware whats happening.

              Just to recall, my mobile got damaged on 29th May post this I struggles to raise the claim on 1st July, 5th July mobile was picked so far there is no update on the due date.

              I will never again buy your insurance nor ill suggest this to any of my friends.

              I feel govt run institutions are far better than this.

                Dear sir,
                Kindly provide me the claim for accidental damage happened for my mobile where i insured it with one assist. They happily rejected my claim on the basis of acts of willful negligence. My problem with the explanation given by them is that any accidental damage can be rejected as willful negligence. As per the terms and conditions informed to me by the company is either lacking clarity or the so called "acts of willful negligence" is not properly defined. Please help me in this regard to bring down the company to accept my claim and make the company to clearly defined the acts of willful negligence.

                      One assist deducted 1399rs from my icici credit card. My relationship no 2552110. I got this message from one assist.
                      I have never filled any form, nor i contacted one assit. I dont signed any paper of one assist company.
                      From the behaviour of one assist, it is appearing that they are cheating and frauding with customers.
                      How can u access to any body account?

                      I contacted to customer care, they are also giving negative reply.

                      We are disturbed by the malpractices of one assist.
                      Refund my money.
                      Instead of gaining customer confidence... U r cheating the customers.
                      Still i hope that my complete amount will be refunded.

                          Last year oneassist have deducted rs.1700 from my icici saving acount without any permission. I have contacted them many times for refund of my money and cancellation of any wallet protective plan. But till now it was not credited back to my account.
                          Again i got a intimation letter today to renew for another year on 13th september 2017 which will be charged rs. 1899. I again contacted oneassist customer care for deactivation of this.
                          Please cancel the plan as soon as possible. My relationship no is 1294427.

                            Dear sir one assist withdrawal my money without my permission. 1299 plz refund my money. Otherwise i will have to close my hdfc accounts permanently. Because costomer care offer me this card but no details of hidden charges explain me at that time. So plz know your responsibility for me. I can't activate this card till now but balance deduction is very fast from the bank. Plz do not this charge. This my own money not begged.

                              Dear all,
                              Kindly provide me the claim for accidental damage happened for my mobile where am insured with one assist.
                              And don't give an explanation that i have done wilful negligence which was not yet all a case of wilful negligence..

                              And don't make me escalate it to the irda level or even consumer court..
                              Insurance is opted that for any accidental damages will be covered under it..

                              Where it turned to a scenario that while applying for insurance it has been told that i can claim for accidental damages for 2 times inside a year, whereas now u cannot cheat a customer saying it as an exclusion and it's a wilful negligence

                              Am not mad to wilfully damage the mobile,

                                Hi one assist team,

                                I requested you to cancel my membership id:[protected],
                                And my relationship no : 1290499.
                                Kindly cancel my plan for one assist.
                                I don't want any plan to auto renewal.

                                Please deactivate my one assist service because i'm not using this one assist. Last year also generate to my account. Please personally i'm not interesting this one assist. Deactivation of account i don't want your service & don't want to auto renewal my plan.

                                        Dear one assist,

                                        My membership id is [protected].

                                        An amount of 1899/- has been deducted from my card for the auto renewal of the policy. But i am not interested in taking the policy. I called the customer care multiple times for cancellation of my plan they took my request and provided me an sr number: 2242086.

                                        I spoke to the cancellation team as well and asked them to cancel my plan. Now they have downgraded my plan and refunded 399 as a discount. I have informed multiple times that i do not want the plan. I donot know why your are not cancelling my plan.

                                        I have been calling the customer care number to check regarding this problem. They are saying they will arrange me a call back with in 48 hours everytime. But i did not get any call back from your team till now.

                                        Please cancel my plan and refund the entire amount[protected]Already refunded)=1500 back.
