I received sms from hdfc bank ltd that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

please terminate my one assist policy plan

I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, i told them i am busy and dont have time right now but they charged me 1299 towards subscription from my icici credit card. How can you they do a such thing without my permission. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription as soon as possible and refund my money.

Hi,
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has charged rs 1299/- from my credit card ending 8723 on date:21/08/2017 for the subscription of one assist without any intimation which is totally illegal. I don't want this service and membership. If i wanted first i should have informed which is not done and i never expected this from hdfc bank. So cancel the membership and refund the rs 1299/- to my credit card asap.

one assist - membership fees

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 6660 without my concern on date:21/08/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more, i also told to hdfc customer care & one assist customer care department last year renewal period. Why didnot send any message or call for renewal. That if i am not interested how can you process without my concern.....

i didnt get welcome kit and i didn't get to use the product

Kindly provide me the claim for accidental damage happened for my mobile where i insured it with one assist. They happily rejected my claim on the basis of acts of willful negligence. My problem with the explanation given by them is that any accidental damage can be rejected as willful negligence. One assist deducted 1399rs from my icici credit card. My relationship no 2552110. I got this message from one assist.
I have never filled any form, nor i contacted one assit. I dont signed any paper of one assist company.
From the behaviour of one assist, it is appearing that they are cheating and frauding with customers.
How can u access to any body account?

refund and cancellation about wallet protection plan

Last year oneassist have deducted rs.1700 from my icici saving acount without any permission. I have contacted them many times for refund of my money and cancellation of any wallet protective plan. But till now it was not credited back to my account.
Again i got a intimation letter today to renew for another year on 13th september 2017 which will be charged rs. 1899. I again contacted oneassist customer care for deactivation of this....
