    Regret to inform you that i am very much dissatisfy with your organization as i felt nobody is even mature in your claim department unit.

    I was told by the team to complete a doc. Process in various mail and waste my time and claim duration intentionally. After some time i came to knew that the actual process is to fulfill all formalities only n only in account page within 48 hours... Now no one is care about the case and just reply "sorry we are not able to do anything"...

    I am going to complaint in trai about such case in case you'r fail to resolve it.

    As per our terms and conditions mentioned in our policy, customer needs to upload the documents within 15 days. However, we close the Service Request after 21 days considering the 6 days as grace period.

    As you haven't uploaded the documents in the given time frame we had to close the Service Request.

      I have received message from hdfc bank that 1299.00 deducted from my credit card ending no 0498 towards oneassist membership without my knowledge. I am not interested to continue in oneassist membership. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount to my hdfc credit card ending no 0498. My relationship number is 2546241 for your kind information for further action. Highly unethical of you people to deduct the amount without my authentication.

        I used to get the calls from oneassist customer care in which they insisted me to purchase the insurance for my phone and one day i thought to get the insurance as i was leaving for usa and their customer agent very confidently told me that they will give you coverage even if you are in usa and i purchased it. Then unfortunately my phone got damaged in usa i sent an email to inform them but didn't get reply even after 4-5 days then i thought to call them and they did register my complaint, but few days later they told that they can't repair the phone in usa or after your return in india in some days because it has to be done within 2 days and i have to get it repaired myself. What is the meaning of insurance then? I had so much inconvenience and unnecessary harassment. This is a fraud to loot your money when they just look for reason to deny you the insurance. I m in india right now, so either get my phone repaired or refund my insurance amount.

          I had take mobile insurance last year on 5th may 2016 and i renew it again aon 29 july 2017.. How many times insurance company call me for payment and for renew. But in any call they did not tell me about claim condition.. After payment they said that you can not calim insurance till 15 days from renewal date after payment they did not told me that claim complain should be registered within 48 hours from the dammaged time. Now when i claim registered on 24 aug, they take my complain. On 25 aug they call me the claim can't be proceed beacuse time has been over.. Many time i tell him company did not tell me about 48 hours condition. And they did not message me about this condition on my mobile number.
          Sir please help. I am belonging to middle class family and i am student. I cant afford too much money to spent and i do not have a time.

              Hi,

              I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

              As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that it has been auto renewed without my approval or intimation.

              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                  I have a hdfc credid card. One assist has given me a plan for card insurance which cost around 1800 rupees in 2015. But after several request for cancelling the insurance they did not cancel it. I did not add any card in the policy and thus my money was like a donation to the one assist. However in this year i have seen my policy has been automatically renewed and rupees 1800 deducted from my account. Only they emailed me about the expiry date of the last year policy. Today one sms informed me that 1800 rupees deducted from my card account. I was surprised. I called to one assist customer service to refund my amount but they did not took my complaint. What type of fraud company? Please refund my money otherwise i forced to approach consumer court.. Or you please cancel my registration

                    One assist has charged 1299 over my credit card. Even after calling customer care requesting for the cancellation of plan within 4 days of activation, one assist is not ready to cancel plan and pay me the refund. Instead i was offered 400 rs discount for continuation of the plan. But still i am not given the discount. Please cancel my plan and provide me 1299 rs in refund.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing this with high disappointment. I received a call today that my insurance claim has been rejected under clause "willing full negligence".

                      Firstly, people buy insurance to save themselves from such incidents. No one would on purpose damage their phone. The phone had liquid spilled on it and your policy do cover liquid damage as well. What do you mean by "willing full negligence"?

                      Secondly, why did you accept my claim and collected my phone and sent it to xiaomi customer center when it was clearly told how the handset was damaged. This decision came after the price quotation was received from xiaomi for repair. It was definitely rejected because of high repair cost.

                      I had two insurances and was going to buy for two more from your company but not now. I don't trust your organization and this is the last deal i will have ever with you.

                      You guys didn't even provide a secondary handset as an alternate. It is a fraud organization.

                      Hi,

                      First, I have received my handset back and it is more damaged than before. Vibration more is damaged now along with earpiece.

                      Second, why did you open the handset when you had to reject the claim? Why did you even consider to check the hardware? Now, it is more damaged.

                      Third, for such incidents people take insurance. People can catch their phone while falling, does this give you another reason to cancel insurance claim? People can avoid going near water to protect their phone, right? Or they can avoid to take an insurance from you company. That seems a better option.

                      You guys have a pathetic service and I am going to file an FIR for fraud and cheating on this.

                            Time and again the one assit is practising the fradulent methods to fool the public. I applied for cancellation from their services they claim that it has been calcelled but when i asked them about the proof like email or letter they stubornly deneiying that they don't have the facility to send mail or courier.

                            When they have the facility to me a reminder mail through courier and email that my plan is going to expire in 15 days time, they dont't have the facility to send me simple 3 line email that it has been cancelled.

                            With this we can think that how they are working not having any facility to information to the public expect for renewal.

                              I don't want to continue with oneassist wallet plan. Their policy is in auto renewal mode, ideally they should ask customer that policy is required for next year or not and update the same accordingly. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan, no refund is required.
                              I'm hoping for a prompt response, please deactivate asap, any new money deduction for this plan will encourage me for other legal actions.

                              Asking me for debit card number and validity of my card, but why they need 3 digit numbers appears on the card back side, I called icici regrding the same and suggested that, in any case this should not be shared.
                              Are you guys not able to fetch policy details through the customer details and deactivate the policy.

                              Please let me know the status of the policy now? I got a call from oneassist, stated that this will be deactivated after sometime, after that no final confirmation regarding deactivation.

                              Asking me for debit card number and validity of my card, but why they need 3 digit numbers appears on the card back side, I called icici regrding the same and suggested that, in any case this should not be shared.
                              Are you guys not able to fetch policy details through the customer details and deactivate the policy.

                              Can you please follow the standard process?

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I have received hdfc bank credit card with already approved one assist card insurance. They have deducted august, 2016 1799 rs/- from my credit card. I found that this insurance was kept by my home branch. Its ok.
                                I called one assist to cancel the policy but they are not canceling it.
                                I speak to almost before 15 day's with their customer care executives but output is zero.
                                Not only this they have kept this policy on auto renewal mode.
                                No body inform me. On the next year they will automatically deduct premium from my credit card.

                                Plz somebody help me.

                                    My self ajay kumar, my contact id is [protected], i had already claimed regarding my phone mi note 3, 4 months ago my phone was pickuped at kolkata one assist hub, and it returnd to me after 1 months, in dead condition, at that time i was unable to switched on my phone, immediately i contacted to one assist, so they arranged re pickup. Again after 1 months i received my phone 4 days ago, but when i switched on my phone the i see on display there is some unwanted colourful spot on left side of screen, agai i inform immediately to the one assist, but till today there is no any response from one assist side... So please remove rhis issue immediately. Thank you

                                      I has insured my mobile handset through one assist. Later, i had extended the insurance through oneassist. The extension took place on 8th june because the insurance was getting expired on 14th june. I had basically received a call from the renewal department of oneassist suggesting to consider the renewal option. I agreed and paid a sum of rs 934.15.

                                      However, this occurred while my handset had been submitted to oneassist for an insurance claim expecting that the handset would be repaired and sent back soon. On 10th june, i received a message from oneassist that my handset was beyond economic repair. An insurance settlement amount had been sanctioned to me and the handset was retained by oneassist. This means that the renewal of insurance on handset is not required any more. Infact, i shouldn't have received a call from oneassist to access the renewal option if my handset was submitted for a claim.

                                      Later, it was informed that if i purchased a new handset within the same range as my previous handset, the new handset would be insured with no cost. But my new handset is of a higher amount and was refused to be insured even when i was willing to pay some extra amount.

                                      In view of the above matter, i had also called the customer care department several times but my call was put on hold and nobody responded has ever responded.

                                      I would request a refund of the payment of rs 934.15 or use this money for insuring my new handset (With some top up amount from my own pocket).
