Sir i have send on 4/7/2017 my cancelled cheque and invoice at your given address but i have contact ur customer care they are saying that they didn't receive the post i have also given the post tracking details then they said me to mail the tracking details to [protected]@oneassist.in and the post company name is india post and the tracking number is rn[protected]in
I have also complained india post they said the post has been delivered

    Debited amount 1399/- and refund credited amount 1299/- i'm hdfc card member, rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan mfee on[protected]. I just intimated to cancellation my plan and vide service request number 2160132 on 17th july, 2017. Thanks for cancelled my plan, and you didn't refund total money. Rs.1299/- only refunded to my card. Here i'm uploading a image for debited & credit amount.

      I take insurance from one assist my mobile cost rs 10999. I apply for claim on 22/6/2017 for screen damaged having hair line creek on it and the authorize service center give me the repair cost of rs 13000 by adding some more problems but it only have the screen damaged and i submitted it in fully working condition now i am not satisfy with the estimate amount and i am asking (One assist) for re inspection form 15 day but they are not reply me on my mail and now they have send me the complain closed mail and taking survey. And i send the mail to change the name of my account but the have not changed yet.
      And they not send or reply any mail. And they always told me that wait for 48 hours.

      It is the same case with most other customers. they have no proper systems in place. Nobody in cust case know the status, they are simply sitting and doing post man job.

        Subject: cancel one assist & refund my money (Credit card)

        I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs ₹1799 without my knowledge. I am already inform to one assist customer care service.. Regarding that my cancellation of one assist membership.. And immediately refund my debit amount.₹1799.

        Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge.

              I have given my liquid damaged mi protected phone to oneassist one month back and the insurance company has declared it as ber case. It is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that ber case is considered when the phone repair estimate is more than 80% of phones market value (80% of 5999/- is 4799.20)[redmi 4a]. Also they are not giving any clarification regarding the same till now.

                I want to cancel this plan since i purchased. But one assist company is so annoying that they are playing with customers to earn money.
                Cancel my plan and refund my whole money as i applied for cancellation through one assist app and i also called one assist for cancellation but i didn't get any reply from there side.
                So cancel my plan and refund my money otherwise i wl complaint against one assist in consumer court.

                  This is to inform all my friend and relatives that pls don trust or buy any mobile insurance from Oneassist Mobile insurance company because they don have much information on their own products and their representative will make mistake as they did in my case and for such mistake no one will help you. i Vimal Nambiar bought my mobile insurance for Damge Protection on 13 jan 2017 from OneAssist company with Membership Id [protected] and Relationship No. 1630273 and took the insurance valid from 13 jan 2017 to 12 Jan 2018 as you can see in the below image and after 15 min i get a call from Mr Saji Nair who works for OneAssist to take another insurance of my any friend/relative so that i can avail 15% discount on the another insurance premium to be paid so i called up my brother Vijilesh VG and took his phones insurance also with them u can also see his membership in the att image his Membership Id is [protected] and here they made a mistake that relationship no was same i.e 1630273. provide all the documents different invoice and different premium also paid on different time. Now on 2 june 2017 my 1+ 3T mobile fall from my hand and the LCD broke so i made a claim at that time i come to know that in the system of OneAssist my plan is activated but at the name of My elder brother Vijilesh VG then the game started they asked for the gift mail and all related documents which i have provide but at last i come to know that they are 3rd party who take ins from Nation Ins Company and that company has rejected my case and so they have cancelled my plan saying that i have taken 2 policies with the same name but you can see i have both diff name on my membership card by saying this they ejected the claim. so guys beware of this type of mistake and by this type of fraud company who is interested only to collect only premium and not in solution to the customers. In India many people like me are been cheated but no one raised a voice because they think raising a voice wont make a difference but i want to show the OneAssist it really make a difference.

                      Hello,

                      I'm using icici debit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my debit card
                      I got a call for the services of oneassist but i strictly said no. I dont even know when these services got activated and auto-renewed this year on 20-july 2017

                      Kindly cancel this plan right now and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799. This is unacceptable behaviour which is causing problems to customers.

                        The above service number was related to my mobile insurance. The actual screen replacement cost at apple service centre would be rs. 12000. But you asked the service centre to give the estimation for 23000 so that this can be categorised as ber. With your approved amount i can't buy the same phone at the current market price. This is completely cheating and i called the service centre where you gave for the estimation and they confirmed that your representative intentionally asked to give estimation for 23000. I have the evidence with me and i have the estimation provided by service centre for me. Please return my mobile asap. I don't want to have any relationship with oneassist anymore.

                          I have received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission.. I called many time on 28th july to deactivate but they told the manager (Concern person) will call me and resolve the problem. Deactivate my plan soon and refund my amount.

I received sms from axis bank that rs 1799 has been deducted from my account to one assist plan without my permission even i not fill up the form.                               Dear sir/madam,

                              I had taken total protection plan for mmy handset redme 4a which suffered a liquid damage. Till now i have not received my handset and oneassist has closed the service request without returning my handset.
                              I had lodged a liquid damage claim and submitted documents on 12th june and clearly mentioned, there is speaker issue where as all other parts are working fine.
                              On 28th june, the device was picked up and then the harassment started.
                              I got a mail that my phone is not getting switched on and hence nothing is working. It is a case of ber (Which i heard from oneassist for the first time in the whole process) and repair estimate is inr 6122 for inr 6000 mobile which had only speaker issue.
                              I was given two options, to claim refund of inr 3799/- after submitting documents or take the handset back without repair with 15 days.
                              When i asked for an explanation that it was working fine and how it's not getting switched on, i got a reply that these are the general issues in liquid damage. It means it's not specific to my mobile and still, i will have to pay for it.
                              When asked about what is this ber case and why it was not informed while explaining the policy, it was told that i should have checked the faqs and terms and conditions. But then why the custoner care executive didn't tell even once that i should check the terms and conditions before making the payment. Rather immediately they wanted me to make payment.
                              After several mails and phone calls, i didn't get proper reply. Every time i was told that i will receive a call within 48 hrs, but it never came. Being frustrated when i asked to send my mobile back without repair and refund amount and i had asked well within 15 days, i didn't get any reply, but i was getting continuous emails for submitting documents to claim the refund.
                              After that when i called to check why my handset is not returned, i came to know my mail was read after two days of completion of dead line and then was ignored since the deadline was over. Even if it's their mistake, i will suffer.
                              After 14 emails where i have got reply only 4 that too not with any satisfying answer, then around 40 phone calls, their executive told that i can't get my handset back as i didn't confirm within 15 days.
                              When i shouted and asked him to read the emails that i had written, he accepted that my mail was read on 17th july which is after 15 days. Even though it is their fault, but they canceled my request to return my handset.
                              After that, it was told to me to sent an email to [protected]@oneassist.in and i will get my handset back within 4 days, but still, there is no reply after so many days.
                              Finally, i got a mail 3 days before which states that my service request is completed and oneassist is happy to repair/replace my handset and i had to provide feedback. Now you tell me what feedback should i give..!!! Don't serve.

                              This kind of harassment and negligence has become intolerable and is getting into my nerves. I want my handset back irrespective of it is repaired or not. I feel utterly disgusted with such kind of careless attitude.
                              So i request you to do the needful action as soon as possible.

                              It's been 4 days after the last conversation. Again no response from your side. Each time I am hearing that u will come up with a solution. How many days u want??? Iam struggling since last 20 days..!!! In your next reply, I want a confirmation of my handset being dispatched to my address. I don't want to hear any o[censored]r lame excuse.

                                I had a very bad experience recently. Cust id 397103
                                I was told that, the amount will be transferred to my account in 5-7 working days which was over and i got an survey email for the claim, even when its not settled. Also, i got a call stating, the amount is transferred, but i informed the executive, the amount is still not in my account, he mentioned it will be transferred in an hour, before 2 days. Now, you guys state, docs are not reflecting in your system. Its already sent, dtdc courier tracking id b46688415, long back. Rectify this error team, otherwise, i am happy always :)

                                    I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission.. I called many time after 21th july to deactivate but they told the manager (Concern person) will call me and resolve the problem. Deactivate my plan soon and refund my amount asap. Last year it happened the same.

                                      I got a call message from one assist regarding credit card security and then automatically enrolling me into the plan without my consent. I call there customer care and told them to cancel thw plan but they say that no such record is available with them. Yesterday i got a message that rs 1399 is blocked from my credit limit by one assist and they also send me a relationship id also.
                                      Please deactivate the plan and restore my limit immediately.

                                        I have done a request on 26.5.2017 service request no. "device claim - service request #2018458" they return my phone by saying it has been repaired. On 6th july 2017. But after 2 days again my phone having network issue. So i again make a request to re-pick up on dt:- 9th july 2017 after that every alternative day i am following up them by call and mail but still there is no responce from the company. Every time i got the same answer that "it will be pickup by 1 working day, 2 working day" but it never happen till date. Plz help me out from this.
