    One assist is a fraund company they never answers any details you are asking they just tell "shama chahte hai apko jaldse jald revert mil jaega" but that revert could be after years. My phone was picked up 15 dayss back they delivered the phone to service center before 7 days and they are not able to answer when would i get my phone. Every time i call they answers please wait for24/48 hours and after that the same answer is got means it is a non ending process to get even a single answers from that so you think when could you get a phone repaired..? Is it after decades...!

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
      And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

        I puchase a protection plain form one assist on 23/07/2017 my phone damaged so i claim my damage protection but until the company take no such action about my claim...i think that one assist is a fraud company because the company no take any action about my phone...so i request to Dear oneassist team i am Abhishek Keshri and my Relationship no is 2218020 and membership ID is [protected] on 22/07/2017 my mobile is damaged then i request for claim of my device ok i will upload all nescery documents and a gift mail along with govt. id proof to Swapnil War on his email Swapnil.[protected]@oneassist.in atleast 4-5 times correctly and also i receive a text messege from oneassist but now i cleared all pendency on 31st July2017 then now when i asked swapnil War about my claim process they mailed me and say Kindly reply with the gift mail stating that you have gifted the mobile phone having so and so imei no. To Nirmal Prasad Keshri along with your govt. I'd proof. please tell that how much i send a mail to Swapnil war..????????? if your company do not want to claim about my phone's damage then please tell me as soon as possible okay, , , , , other wise i repair my phone by my self in service center and i also warned your company that never try to cheats innocent peoples okay and...if your company wants to give me my damage claim then contact me on my contact no [protected] [protected].

          Sir/ ma'am,

          I got a mail regarding my device claim where it is mentioned that due to improper handling or no proper care of handset has been taken. The device was insured for accidental damage. If the device accidentally falls from hand isn't that an accidental damage? Then why should i insure my mobile? Is there any specific criteria of accidental damage? I don't think this is proper customer service. Accidental damage means accident can happen in any way. I want my mobile to be repaired as i paid for the service.

            I had put my request on toll free number to oneassist customer care about the said matter. Oneassist agents are arrogance and didn't stopped my oneassist services.

                          Debited amount 1399/- and refund credited amount 1299/- i'm hdfc card member, rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan mfee on[protected]. I just intimated to cancellation my plan and vide service request number 2160132 on 17th july, 2017. Thanks for cancelled my plan, and you didn't refund total money.                             I take insurance from one assist my mobile cost rs 10999. I apply for claim on 22/6/2017 for screen damaged having hair line creek on it and the authorize service center give me the repair cost of rs 13000 by adding some more problems but it only have the screen damaged and i submitted it in fully working condition now i am not satisfy with the estimate amount and i am asking (One assist) for re inspection form 15 day but they are not reply me on my mail and now they have send me the complain closed mail and taking survey. And i send the mail to change the name of my account but the have not changed yet.
                            And they not send or reply any mail. And they always told me that wait for 48 hours.

                              Subject: cancel one assist & refund my money (Credit card)

                              I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs ₹1799 without my knowledge. I am already inform to one assist customer care service.. Regarding that my cancellation of one assist membership.. And immediately refund my debit amount.₹1799.

                              Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge.

                                Today i got a call from sales team his email id is (nadeem.[protected]@oneassist.in)and sucessfully made my payment for a plan for my device Redmi note 3, how ever exicutive was confirmed me that plan is activated, but i have not recieve any confirmation, i immidietly called customer care they also inform me no plan is activated, seems you guys are bufling me, really pathetic service harrashing from oneassist, they are looted money

                                    I have given my liquid damaged mi protected phone to oneassist one month back and the insurance company has declared it as ber case. It is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that ber case is considered when the phone repair estimate is more than 80% of phones market value (80% of 5999/- is 4799.20)[redmi 4a]. Also they are not giving any clarification regarding the same till now.

                                      I want to cancel this plan since i purchased. But one assist company is so annoying that they are playing with customers to earn money.
                                      Cancel my plan and refund my whole money as i applied for cancellation through one assist app and i also called one assist for cancellation but i didn't get any reply from there side.
                                      So cancel my plan and refund my money otherwise i wl complaint against one assist in consumer court.

                                        This is to inform all my friend and relatives that pls don trust or buy any mobile insurance from Oneassist Mobile insurance company because they don have much information on their own products and their representative will make mistake as they did in my case and for such mistake no one will help you. i Vimal Nambiar bought my mobile insurance for Damge Protection on 13 jan 2017 from OneAssist company with Membership Id [protected] and Relationship No. 1630273 and took the insurance valid from 13 jan 2017 to 12 Jan 2018 as you can see in the below image and after 15 min i get a call from Mr Saji Nair who works for OneAssist to take another insurance of my any friend/relative so that i can avail 15% discount on the another insurance premium to be paid so i called up my brother Vijilesh VG and took his phones insurance also with them u can also see his membership in the att image his Membership Id is [protected] and here they made a mistake that relationship no was same i.e 1630273. provide all the documents different invoice and different premium also paid on different time. Now on 2 june 2017 my 1+ 3T mobile fall from my hand and the LCD broke so i made a claim at that time i come to know that in the system of OneAssist my plan is activated but at the name of My elder brother Vijilesh VG then the game started they asked for the gift mail and all related documents which i have provide but at last i come to know that they are 3rd party who take ins from Nation Ins Company and that company has rejected my case and so they have cancelled my plan saying that i have taken 2 policies with the same name but you can see i have both diff name on my membership card by saying this they ejected the claim. so guys beware of this type of mistake and by this type of fraud company who is interested only to collect only premium and not in solution to the customers. In India many people like me are been cheated but no one raised a voice because they think raising a voice wont make a difference but i want to show the OneAssist it really make a difference.
