I have given my liquid damaged mi protected phone to oneassist one month back and the insurance company has declared it as ber case. It is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions that ber case is considered when the phone repair estimate is more than 80% of phones market value (80% of 5999/- is 4799.20)[redmi 4a]. I want to cancel this plan since i purchased. But one assist company is so annoying that they are playing with customers to earn money.

activation of one assist facility without approval

Hello,

I'm using icici debit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my debit card
I got a call for the services of oneassist but i strictly said no. I dont even know when these services got activated and auto-renewed this year on 20-july 2017

Kindly cancel this plan right now and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799. This is unacceptable behaviour which is causing...

I got a call message from one assist regarding credit card security and then automatically enrolling me into the plan without my consent. I call there customer care and told them to cancel thw plan but they say that no such record is available with them. Yesterday i got a message that rs 1399 is blocked from my credit limit by one assist and they also send me a relationship id also.
