I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- is deducted from my credit card account to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    Hello,

    Without any intimation from hdfc bank today i received a courier with on assist plan and that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. I haven't used this plan last year as well and want it to be cancelled this year and refund back my money.
    This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

          In june 2016 i got a call from one assist (As being told) narrating the story of their product which was being declined by me. But after 15 days or so i got a reply in the form of membership of one assist without any of my agreement.

          Again after one year they renewed my plan without my permission and deducted 1899 rs.

          On contacting the bank and giving my request i was assured to get my money within few days after an inquiry being conducted

          My relationship number provided by one assist is[protected] and plan is (Enhanced wa privilege single plan)

          I want my cancellation. Many request have been lodged to them at their number[protected] regarding refund but no proper reply is being provided.

          Note: there are so many complaints against this company fetching money from the accounts of the persons without their permission. How is it possible, still not understood? If their is any involvement of banks seen here?

Then again they deducted rs1399/- this is really criminal act, i can't bear these type of things from one assist. Here i'm uploading a image for debited amount.

              Dear sir, i have opted for mi protection plan from one assist and as per the plan if my gets damaged accidentally then one assist is responsible to repair my phone so, to repair or to change damaged screen of my phone i raised a request on 1st of july 2017 and my phone was picked up by 8th of april 2017 and i was been given a request no. Device claim – service request # 2120502. After 15 days i got my unrepaired phone. Stating that insurance company has rejected your claim. Till then i kept patience and tried to stay calm but when i check my ph. There was, phone is not switching on and totally removed body and again i informed them that this has been done.

              If anyone want to help me then please tell me the way so that i can request some one to take strict action against this company and their employees.

              Please help me to take strict action against this fraud company.

                I insured my product from one assist, moto g imei no. Is [protected]/881. My mobile was damaged on 12th june 2017, i called on 12/06/2017 for repairing the phone. I was surprised to know that, they did not closed my previous claim also. I called 6 times still they did not closed my previous claim. Previous claim was made on november 2016. Without close of previous claim, the dont take new claim. They are just cheating customers.

                  Hello my relationship number in 497705.
                  I opted for the one assist membership about a year ago. But i recently opted for cancellation of the service by calling customer care and my request for cancellation was registered.

                  But the membership is not still cancelled and i have been again charged for the membership fee..

                  This is a kind of fraud service they are running where the customer opted for cancellation and are still charging them the fee...

                    Sir.
                    This is kind your information that i am suffering a problem with oneassist from last 1 month that my mobile was damaged accidentally. (One vehicle pushed me at that time and my mobile fall down) and i have raised a claim in one assist portal and your team has picked up my mobile. After 5 days i got call from your team that i need to upload some documents then after i have uploaded the required documents. But no response till so many days about my claim, so i called to customer care so many times they said it is in approval process. After so many days (25 days) finally i got a call from one assist that your claim was rejected due to negligence defect. I want to tell you, how your team considered it is a negligence fault, some pushed me with vehicle accidentally and my mobile was fall down then why one assist rejected my claim. Kindly request you to process for the claim. And also i got my phone back but my phone condition is very worst now. (Before i sent the phone to one assists it's working fine only screen is damaged, after i got phone from one assist even my phone is not switching on and mobile is opened stage.)
                    Kindly request you to repair my phone asap.

                      Its very bad company, money minded people. Just want your money thats it and if we talk about service which is zero. I have given my brand new handset to them for repair. They used it for 45 days and revert it as it was without any damage repair.

                      I have mailed them but they have nt responding my mails, i called them so many times but still no answer. They are saying they will not accept chat intimation as any kind of intimation media. Will share the details which i have, i have all the things on my mail and call records as well.

                          On 21 june my mobile got damage i apply for claim than. I have insured my mobile with insurance name xx than my account has been transfer on my relative name (By default) yy because i have purchased one mobile for them and from that day i get mail discharge later claim form with the name of yy. I send the mail to the company to change my name but they still not change my name and now the not replying my mails. My mobile get hair line crack in display which cost rs2700 but they send me the estimate of rs 12800 approx and the mobile value rs 10999. And the mobile bill on my name at the seeping address of my uncle because at my place cod is not available. And they have forced me to send the gifted mail from my uncles mail id. Still the have not contacting me regards my mobile.

                            I would request you to deactivate oneassist plan auto activated by your team on hdfc credit card and refund the money deducted.

                            Its not me as the first customer but i can see many such customers complaining about it.

                              Hi,

                              I have applied for the insurance of my mobile. U submitted my device on 4th of july they said it will be repaired andbback to me within 30 days. But afterwards i got an mail that my device is totally broken and it's under ber (Beyond economical repair) i contacted them they said me that i get the refund of that device i:e 8000. But then they said me that i get the estimated amount of 7600 only. I submitted my cancel cheque and the invoice copy on 19th july i contacted them of 22 but still they are saying that they didn't received any courier. But when i confirmed from dtdc courier it's showing that successfully delivered. I don't know when they will get the courier and when they will refund the money.
                              It's totally harassment to the customers.

And again and again I'm getting an mail that "We have completed your claim ( Claim SR # 2127198) with us to repair/replace your handset. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you. " Please tell me when I'll get my amount.

                                I got my mobile booked online by my son as i am often busy, and also purchased insurance policy of oneassist. 3 weeks back, mobile slipped off my hands and screen cracked. I told my son to get claim from oneassist. He was asked to upload related documents.in reply to that they informed that as my son is minor, he is not eligible for insurance and its claim, i personally called company and told that my son was only helping to buy, neither he paid or used. If he was minor, why didn't they confirmed it at time of booking.
                                They didn't bothered and denied to transfer beneficiary name. Neither these thugs are helping nor they are ready to willing to give back the charges paid.
                                On googling i found that they are willfully doing same cheat in a way or other to harass claimant to the extent that he quits, curses them and get problem sort at his own level.

                                Where was this insurance company when you booked insurance ? Also tell me name which insurance company, as there is no reference anywhere in your communication of any other such connection?
                                How do you call that resolved where you have not provided any solutions, claim redemption or refunds of fee? I hence am not satisfied and declare query UNRESOLVED.

                                  I have just opted for a hdfc credit card and without any activation or opting for the one assist services, a fee of 1299 was deducted from my credit card ending 2555 on 18/7/2017 and received a message dear card member, one assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 2555, so i would like to deactivate and refund my money as i am in no need of it.
                                  Relationship number i got from message is 2406888.
                                  Kindly deactivate and remove this service and refund my money to my credit card asap.

                                    Hi,

                                    I received an sms on 12 july 2017 from axis bank as an amount of rs1899 has been deducted by one assist. Same time i received an sms from one assist also. I don't even think i have opted for their service.

                                    This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

                                    Anyways, on next day i speak to the customer care executive for cancel the subscription and refund my money but the executive told me he can only arrange a call from their supervisor within 48 hours.

                                    On 18 july 2017, the call came from one assist team. After a long debate finally they accepted the request for the cancellation the policy and told me that the money would have being refunded within 8 to 10 day. But the money has not refunded by them till now.

                                    Please deactivate the policy and refund my money asap

                                      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs.1799 deducted to one assist without my intimation and got message that membership activation code has been re activated. I have not registered my cards with one assist. Last year also, rs 1799 is deducted. I don't want to register my cards and please deactivate and refund money.
