Hi,

I didn't receive any call or notification regarding activation of one assit membership. But there has been an auto debit on my hdfc credit card account with an amount of ₹1299, so please cancel my membership and refund my debited amount of ₹1299 as soon as possible. I called customer care and emailed them regarding this but they're not refunding my amount instead asking me to wait until there supervisor calls.

I just received a message from oneassist and icici bank that my credit card was auto-debited by rs. 1299. This was done without permission, and i had faced the same situation last year as well.

I had initiated a claim on 3rd july and even after repeated follow ups nobody is collecting my phone even though the claim has been approved. I wrote a complaint mail to [protected]@oneassist and i did not even recieve a reply i am calling the customer care toll free number 10 times a day, they put me on hold for a very long time and upon returning they just say that they are escalating the matter and pick up will be arranged within 48 hours....
