Worst experience ever, activated service without any confirmation and now they are not even ready to refund my money and deactivate my service why you guys are worried about my credit card if i lost or stolen it is gonna be my problem so please stay out of it and please help me out and refund my money and deactivate this service

I had requested one assist to cancel my mac insurance policy on 29-july-2017 via email sent to [protected]@oneassist.in
The policy was taken on 16-july-2017 relationship 2232623 insurance [protected]-296
Since then i have made several calls to their call centre and have requested them to cancel my policy and credit my amount of rs 4000 back to my saving account, but all efforts are in vain. They are not cancelling...
