The one assist company is deducting membership fee from my credit card account without my permission. I don't want their service anymore. I have never registered my cards in ONE ASSIST. Yet they they are deducting an amount from my credit card account. I want want subscribe One assist as early as possible

    Please deactivate this plan immidiately and refund my money back to my account. Already you charged Rs. 1899/- and 1899/- twice to my account without my permission. Already called 2 times but not getting proper response.

    Kindly help me in getting my money back. Its already 15 days and i'm not getting any clue in that how i'll receive my money back.

    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1540 without my concern at 4th Aug 17 . I am not interested about this service and membership no : 2489118 Please cancel this servcies and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/- on urgent basis.

      And on my card multiple charges have been applied what are they
      I have already applied for the cancellation of the service even then why these are applied to my card
      I want a instant solution of that
      The amount is freaking me out

        I got a message from ICICI Bank that One assist has deducted ₹1899 on 7th August 2017. "without my permission" I don't understand how my debit card/bank account be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now I don't want any of the services provided by one-assist. I want my money back.
        The company moto is to give protection to customers debit/ credit cards but I don't think it is protected. Deducting money without my permission.

          I have raised a claim for my mobile and submitted for the same. They have done the repair but, delivered the mobile without a sim tray in it. Raised a complaint on 8th Aug 2017. Still no update on this. They have taken nearly 1 month to just repair and after one month they sent back my mobile without sim tray.

          Every time I call them they are asking me to wait for 48hrs. I called them three times after every 48 hrs. But, still no update from them. They always play with 48hrs window and do nothing. This really bad experience for me taking this insurance for my handset. I don't really liked the process they handled the claiming process.

          Note: For claim they asked me to pay 300/- even after taking an insurance. I don't have a choice. So, paid.

          Unfriendly people having a goal not to support the customers. I will not recommend to any one of my friends.

            I wanted a protection plan for my phone so the sales executive called me 16 times in one day requesting to register the plan. He also promised that he will register my plan as soon as i make the payment. Once i made the payment he did not fulfil any promises he made. So i called the customer care and they said they will do it within 48 and nothing happens.

            i made a cancellation request on 8th august 2017. And till the date of 13th august i am not getting any amount. When everytime i make a call you are conviencing me that i will get the amount in 48hrs. And till now i dont get any amount from you. I have paid an amount of1279/- on 7th august 2017. Is this the way to provide your service?? This is totally nonsence. I want my money back within 2-3 days and if you cant give with in that time i am gonna make a complaint on consumer court againest you.

              I am one of your customer and i made a cancellation request on 27th july 2017. And till the date of 10th august i am not getting any amount. When everytime i make a call you are conviencing me that i will get the amount in some days. And till now i dont get any amount from you. I have paid an amount of1279/- on 21st july. Is this the way to provide your service?? This is totally nonsence. I want my money back within 2-3 days and if you cant give with in that time i am gonna make a complaint on consumer court againest you. I have given all the information regarding bank details like my account no, ifsc code, holder name, and branch. I need an answer from you as early as possible

                Hi,
                Iam using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of rs.1899 from my credit card

                As last year also i requested you to cancel this plan but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. I didn't receive any message or email for this plan expiry date but simply you have deducted money from my credit card. Don't repeat this again and provide immediate in my complaint.

                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899 to my credit card. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same. I really felt bad and disappointed for your act. Please update quickly.

                  Hi team

                  One assist debited ₹1399 from my newly received credit card. I asked them for a cancellation but they are not ready to cancel. Customer representative says it can't be canceled. My card is not even active yet still they have issue canceling it. I have never used oneassist plan so far. I don't want to use their plan and want immediate cancellation and refund in my card.

                      I have redmi note 4 and i sent to oneassist for screen repair when i received phone still my phone is not start. I registered complaint in oneassist.

                      Registered complaint at 3 August but still no one replay every time i call u yhe give new timeline worst ever service

                          Dear sir.
                          I have raised a claim for my mobile vide no. 2213385 but has been rejected stating "claim not required" also mentioning "delay submission" on 06/08/2017. Whereas i submitted the claim well in time schedule.

                          Earlier in the month october-january i raised a claim on account of the same mobile but was traced by the police, so i sent a mail stating that the claim is not required, but presently i have no where stated like the reply sent by your side that claim is not required. I have uploaded all the formalities i may not be harrased by this way or that way. Pl settle the claim at the earliest.

                            I am upendra mohanty, i'm using hdfc credit card since last one week, and card number ending with 1387. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount rs 1299 without my knowledge on date: 01/08/2017.

                            I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                              I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2999/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Hdfc customer rang information.. I also got a call from one assist team. They convinced to take this plan, i don't even know about the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible.

                              Please deactivate one assist plan and refund my money asap

                                Worst experience ever, activated service without any confirmation and now they are not even ready to refund my money and deactivate my service why you guys are worried about my credit card if i lost or stolen it is gonna be my problem so please stay out of it and please help me out and refund my money and deactivate this service

                                  I received sms from icici bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                  And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                    I recevied sms from axis bank that rs 1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan without my permission. I got a mail to from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.

I also got a mail from one assist team. Last year also i requested you to cancel the plan but you didn't cancel it till now.                                         I had requested one assist to cancel my mac insurance policy on 29-july-2017 via email sent to [protected]@oneassist.in
                                        The policy was taken on 16-july-2017 relationship 2232623 insurance [protected]-296
                                        Since then i have made several calls to their call centre and have requested them to cancel my policy and credit my amount of rs 4000 back to my saving account, but all efforts are in vain. They are not cancelling my insurance policy.

                                        oh god !!!this is such a scam within 5 min I received some 10 calls claiming that they are calling from consumer department they all wanted my debit cards details on phone...when I tried cross questing them they all hang up the phone palm faced...Please don't trust this site
