Dear team, i took insurance of my mobile mi-note - 4, after two month it got damaged, i have informed one assist team, now 8 days has passed but no any good resolution provided from one assist team. It feels they cheat the customers or they are very poor in customer services. My service request no - 2211200. Please look into the matter and passed the claim as soon as possible
