I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has debited rs. 1899. From my credit card number ending with 8773 on date:28/07/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of 1899.

hi upendra, same things happen with me and i put complaints same way. now the executive is calling and ask for card details and cvv also the OTP send into mobile.. Is this reliable process??

    I got a call from One Asist. They explained their plan on call and started debit amount from My bank account without any registration or my signature or any form fill up. They are doing debit my money from last 2 years. Now again I got message that plan will be auto renew. I want all my money back and deactivate the plans as I did not register for it. I am getting emails feom One Asist on My email Id [protected]@gmail.com. Please resolve it As soon as possible and refund my money back.

      Dear One Assist,
      1. My wife Deepali tripathi (RELATIONSHIP NUMBER 1249866) had reported fraudulent transaction on her ICICI debit card on 05 Aug for an amount of Rs 7899/-.
      2. Your representative told that they would send a form to fill up and submit to get this amount returned to her. However, nobody has sent any form after that although 10 days have passed now.
      3. For this particular transaction in particular we are still waiting for your favourable response, failing which we will not be left with any other option but to approach consumer court for not rendering the promised services.

        Hi,

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 3800 from my credit card xxx3941

        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:3800. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

            I got a call from One assist support team. Support team provided me completely fake and fraudulent(HDFC credit card annual fee will be 0 for life time) information and make me to take policy. I called to HDFC customer service center to confirm on that. They said no such type of offers. I raised so many complaints to cancel that policy. I received so many calls from One assist team they are not responding me back properly. Please cancel my policy and refund my money back.

              I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, I told them I will review later but they charged me 1799 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my HDFC credit card ending with 0309.I don't want to spend money on all these things.

                      I got a message from ICICI Bank that One assist has deducted ₹1899 on 7th August 2017. "without my permission" I don't understand how my debit card/bank account be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now I don't want any of the services provided by one-assist. I want my money back.
                      The company moto is to give protection to customers debit/ credit cards but I don't think it is protected. Deducting money without my permission.

                        I have raised a claim for my mobile and submitted for the same. They have done the repair but, delivered the mobile without a sim tray in it. Raised a complaint on 8th Aug 2017. Still no update on this. They have taken nearly 1 month to just repair and after one month they sent back my mobile without sim tray.

                        Every time I call them they are asking me to wait for 48hrs. I called them three times after every 48 hrs. But, still no update from them. They always play with 48hrs window and do nothing. This really bad experience for me taking this insurance for my handset. I don't really liked the process they handled the claiming process.

                        Note: For claim they asked me to pay 300/- even after taking an insurance. I don't have a choice. So, paid.

                        Unfriendly people having a goal not to support the customers. I will not recommend to any one of my friends.

                          I wanted a protection plan for my phone so the sales executive called me 16 times in one day requesting to register the plan. He also promised that he will register my plan as soon as i make the payment. Once i made the payment he did not fulfil any promises he made. So i called the customer care and they said they will do it within 48 and nothing happens.

                          i made a cancellation request on 8th august 2017. And till the date of 13th august i am not getting any amount. When everytime i make a call you are conviencing me that i will get the amount in 48hrs. And till now i dont get any amount from you. I have paid an amount of1279/- on 7th august 2017. Is this the way to provide your service?? This is totally nonsence. I want my money back within 2-3 days and if you cant give with in that time i am gonna make a complaint on consumer court againest you.

I didn't receive any message or email for this plan expiry date but simply you have deducted money from my credit card. Don't repeat this again and provide immediate in my complaint.

                              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899 to my credit card. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same. I really felt bad and disappointed for your act. Please update quickly.

                                Hi team

                                One assist debited ₹1399 from my newly received credit card. I asked them for a cancellation but they are not ready to cancel. Customer representative says it can't be canceled. My card is not even active yet still they have issue canceling it. I have never used oneassist plan so far. I don't want to use their plan and want immediate cancellation and refund in my card.

                                        Dear sir.
                                        I have raised a claim for my mobile vide no. 2213385 but has been rejected stating "claim not required" also mentioning "delay submission" on 06/08/2017. Whereas i submitted the claim well in time schedule.

                                        Earlier in the month october-january i raised a claim on account of the same mobile but was traced by the police, so i sent a mail stating that the claim is not required, but presently i have no where stated like the reply sent by your side that claim is not required. I have uploaded all the formalities i may not be harrased by this way or that way. Pl settle the claim at the earliest.
