Hi,

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 3800 from my credit card xxx3941

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Dear Team,

I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, I told them I will review later but they charged me 1799 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my HDFC credit card ending with 0309.I don't want to spend money on all these things.

I got a message from ICICI Bank that One assist has deducted ₹1899 on 7th August 2017. "without my permission" I don't understand how my debit card/bank account be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now I don't want any of the services provided by one-assist. I want my money back.

I have raised a claim for my mobile and submitted for the same. They have done the repair but, delivered the mobile without a sim tray in it. Raised a complaint on 8th Aug 2017. Still no update on this. They have taken nearly 1 month to just repair and after one month they sent back my mobile without sim tray.

Every time I call them they are asking me to wait for 48hrs. I called them three times after every 48 hrs. But, still...

He also promised that he will register my plan as soon as i make the payment. Once i made the payment he did not fulfil any promises he made. Hi team

One assist debited ₹1399 from my newly received credit card. I asked them for a cancellation but they are not ready to cancel. Customer representative says it can't be canceled. My card is not even active yet still they have issue canceling it. I have never used oneassist plan so far. I don't want to use their plan and want immediate cancellation and refund in my card.
