    My handest insurance from airtel. And services by one assist. My handest damage and i claim for repair. Bt my mobile fon does not pick up more than 1 month and said to your handest can not repair. You can take 115000 rupees. And send me documents of your expence. Airtel said call one assist and one assist call airtel. I have no mobile fob last 2 month. And facing many problm. I want to back my 15000 money from airtel / one assist.

      Hi,
      I am hdfc bank credit card holder. Taken the credit just a month back. The bank/one assist has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 4312 without my concern or any prior information
      I have called them several times to deactivate this service as i am not interested at all but every time they tried to convince me that it can't be deactivated and also tried to give me discount, this is completely unethical and i want to deactivate this service and refund my amount asap and don't activate in future without my knowledge

        I received sms from axis bank that rs-1799/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debitt card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

          I had registered for one assist - wallet assist program in nov 16.in this service among other facilities provided by the company one of them was if my wallet get lost the company will replace my pan. I had lost my wallet on saturday 15 jul 17, in which among other things was my original pan card - aappw6737m (Registered with oneassist). I received an email on monday 17 jul 17 from itzeazy your documentation partner, with respect to the documentation required for issue of a duplicate pan card. As instructed in the email to me i whatsapp the scanned copy of the docs to siddharth - [protected] to be verified. Although it was not mentioned i also emailed the scanned copy to [protected]@itzeazy.com. After repeated calls to siddharth from itzeazy he informed me that the hard copies of the documents would not be required. Post which i have not received any acknowledgement for the receipt of pan card documentation either from iteazy or the government. I had called up oneassist putting up a complaint on monday 31 jul 17. I was informed that i would receive a revert within 48 hrs, however there is no revert. I wrote a complaint to both oneassit & itzeazy. Post which there were a few email communication and telephonic conversation, however none of them stated whether they require the hard copy of my application / whether i would receive an acknowledgement receipt of my application from the appropriate authority / when will i receive my pan.

                    I received a call from hdfc bank to upgrade my credit card and along with that they offered me a plan of oneassist, related to the wallet insurance, i gave my consent and then i received various calls from bank and one assist. Finally i a day or two, my plan was activated (As per bank executive and one assist executive), they said that i am going to get a welcome kit soon, which i received in next 10 or so days from dhl, but it was not having any relationship number, when i called the oneassist, they asked my registered mobile number and email id, which i provided, surprisingly they said that we have no plan activated as per the information provided by you, they advised me to send and email on [protected]@oneassist.in, i did the same and they replied me that send from your registered email id, i was using my registered email id only, i again called oneassist and they said, you please try again, i did the same and received the similar reply, then i approached my bank, they said that we are sending an email to one assist and you will received a call from them with in an hour or so, but no call came, then i once again called up one assist and they said we have not received any email from bank, now i have became ping pong boll between bank and one assist both. They say they are helping but query is not resolved till now. One and a half month is already gone and the money is debited to me. The entire episode is happening since first week of july, i received email from bank on 24th july from creditcardops. [protected]@hdfcbank.net. If the complaint is not resolved then unfortunately i have to request consumer court to interfere in this matter.

                    I am so grateful to this portal, now i have got call from oneassist, though i am not happy with them as they are not giving any satisfatory answere to my questions. Now they sent me an email which says "as per your request we have changed your mobile no." whreas i have not asked me any change of number. That means they chatged me but offering the services to some one else. They did not even apologise, trying to coverup the mistake they had done. I have asked them to activate my policy from today 17 August onwards, in case they refuse, i will take help of consumer court. So i waiting for their reply.

                      On 16th june a claim was raised for my mobile.
                      Documents and handset images were submitted to the one assist team.
                      On 26th june the handset and claim form was picked up and a receipt was given by the courier guy.
                      After following up with customer care and sending emails, escalation team gets in touch saying that the handset has not reached them and was asking for a acknowledgment receipt image.
                      On 11th july day i get a call from their courier partner saying that the handset had been given back to me and started accusing me saying that i am lying but that was not true. Asking for a proof he dint not had any answer.
                      After a day escalation team says that the handset was lying with their courier guy and it was not submitted to them.
                      On 17th july escalation team gets in touch asking for the claim form and necessary documents.
                      After submitting it again to them they assure me that the handset will be repaired as early as possible.
                      Escalation team received the handset on 24th july and the handset was in working condition.
                      On 1st august i receive an email stating that the claim has been passed in ber (Beyond economic repair) and asking for documents for payment transfer.
                      As mother board repair cost is rs 6000/- it is going in ber.
                      Since 15 days i am saying that ber is not acceptable by me as the handset was lying with the courier partner and it has been mishandled by them.
                      I want my handset repaired

                        I am sougata paul, i'm using hdfc credit card since last year, and card number ending with 3093. My account is upgraded with one assist mfee and charged amount rs 1799 without my knowledge on date: 03/08/2017.

                        I am not interested about this service anymore and don't want this upgraded membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1799/-

They explained their plan on call and started debit amount from My bank account without any registration or my signature or any form fill up. They are doing debit my money from last 2 years. Now again I got message that plan will be auto renew. I want all my money back and deactivate the plans as I did not register for it.                                 Dear One Assist,
                                1. My wife Deepali tripathi (RELATIONSHIP NUMBER 1249866) had reported fraudulent transaction on her ICICI debit card on 05 Aug for an amount of Rs 7899/-.
                                2. Your representative told that they would send a form to fill up and submit to get this amount returned to her. However, nobody has sent any form after that although 10 days have passed now.
                                3. For this particular transaction in particular we are still waiting for your favourable response, failing which we will not be left with any other option but to approach consumer court for not rendering the promised services.

                                  I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 3800 from my credit card xxx3941

                                  As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                                  Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:3800. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

I complain u then u convert for 1 (One) year to 1399 rs and promise me returns my money rs 1599/00 in one week till 10 august. But i can't receive my money till date.                                       I got a call from One assist support team. Support team provided me completely fake and fraudulent(HDFC credit card annual fee will be 0 for life time) information and make me to take policy. I called to HDFC customer service center to confirm on that. They said no such type of offers. I raised so many complaints to cancel that policy. I received so many calls from One assist team they are not responding me back properly. Please cancel my policy and refund my money back.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, I told them I will review later but they charged me 1799 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my HDFC credit card ending with 0309.I don't want to spend money on all these things.
