I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited from my father's icici saving account rs.1299 without his knowledge. I don't agree to activate this one assist membership and deactivate the membership of oneassist. Please refund my money.

I talked to your customer representative today and he told me that he had record of the phone conversation with my father, but when i asked him to present me the same, then he refused. Also he offered me to take a discount of rs 399 on the plan and continue with the service.

I still want to deactivate the service and refund my money and please don't activate this type subscription in future without my knowledge.

I have received the refund of Rs 1299 on 20/7/17 for the auto renewal of the policy. Though, I did not get any refund for the year 2016 (activation charge). Still marking this issue as resolved.

      I have purchased a mobile from amazon on the mid of april of 2017. I had 'secured' my mobile with oneassist protection plan. When my mobile was damaged due to liquid contact, i had filed a claim hoping to get the issue fixed. But then, oneassist customer care calls me and tells me that the claim must have been made within 48 hours of the damage of the mobile which i was not aware of (I had filed the claim 10 days after the date of damage because i really busy throughout the whole week) and so they rejected my claim and said that i must repair my mobile at my own expense. Dear oneassist, you actually took inr 1299 to say that i must have filed a claim within 48 days huh? Well, in that case, you must change the front cover of your product form 'accidental physical and liquid damage protection' to 'accidental physical and liquid damage protection if you file your claim within 2 days or else you are on your own'. People like us pay you for our phone's security and not for you coming up with this 'i dont care' answer

        I have taken mi protection plan from one-assist. My mobile got damaged on 11th june 2017 and i have filed claim on the same day. Today is 14th july 17 i. E after 1 month and 3 days still it is not settled. Initially they told me that it will be settled within 20 days. They had picked up my mobile on 10th july and still i have not got any confirmation. It is getting delayed. I am very upset with this.
        I have to visit kolkata on 20th july 2017 and without mobile it is getting very difficult as all data are stored in that only.

        Request you to kindly look into the matter and please deliver my handset withing 20th july 17.

          Hi.. I’m writing this to inform you that i had submitted my mobile phone, lumia 535, for repairing in the month of december, 2016 and i even have the receipt with me for the same but i haven’t received the repaired handset yet back. I have even called several times at your service centre but there was no positive response from your side. I’m attaching the receipt.
          Kindly check and take some actions asap. I need my phone back to me immediately.

          My issue is not resolved yet.. infact it is nowhere near resolution because my mobile is with oneassist and i am getting calls for pickup of my mobile. I am not sure what are they doing with my mobile.

          Is this some way to test patience of customer? I dont understand what part of "I want my mobile handset as soon as possible" you dont understand. What kind of policy/system you are following to serve your customers. I need an update on this immediately.

          How this complaint has been marked as resolved.. i havenot received my handset yet and on top of that i am reveiving calls from oneassist, the worst service provider ever, to pick up my phone. They are not even aware that they have picked my mobile in January already. I have received the calls from the following numbers:: +91 [protected]

              Its been 52 days since I had handed over my Redmi note 3 mobile for a simple "Display Change", I repeat it's for a display change and I had paid 500 Rs for this useless mobile insurance policy from an useless company and I had additionally paid Rs 303 for the pathetic service which you people charge in the name of "Excess Amount". Is one assist really a GENUINE company? Do you ever know what is the meaning of the words "Customer Service"?

              I had given my mobile on May 24th, 2017. Its been 52 days as on today and I had called your executives 40+ times and I had sent 30+ mails which is of no use till today.

              I feel like cheated literally after waiting for more than 50 days, I have marked MI people (India, Global and US) and IRDA in this email.

              @Mi India - Why do you promote such useless companies where you can find a lot of negative reviews online? customers like us believe in your words about the insurance of a new mobile but not any more, I was a loyal customer of Xiomi and had bought 6 handsets till today for myself and my relatives but I had decided not to purchase any Xiomi products hence forth for the useless service and promoting such fraudulent company.

              @IRDA - Is there a way I can complaint about this entire issue through Ombudsman?

              @One Assist and @MI India - I am about to share this entire issue in my blog, FB and twitter account as well. I will take it as a personal goal that I will make sure I create awareness about the pathetic service of One Assist and MI India to at least 500 friends/relatives and will make sure that they don't subscribe for any ###### policies from this fraudulent company One Assist and they do not purchase any mobile from MI India.

              I will now look for an option on how to take this legally and screw you people for the mental agony which you had given me for last 50 days.

                    This was activated from aug 2016 and i already informed the team to cancel the auto deduction process as I am not interested to have this service.

                        I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs.1299 without my knowledge. I don't agree to activate this one assist membership and deactivate the membership of oneassist. Please refund my money.

                            I am having my membership with oneassist for credit card / pan card / driving license protection.

                            I have already spoken to your customer care dept regarding not continuing my membership any more.
                            My membership no is [protected].
                            My services are expiring in aug'2017. (2/8/2017).

                            Kindly do not renew my membership any more.

                            I had better experience in past. When in need i tried calling several time on given telephone numbers but no one was picking the phone. Several times there were call drops - in spite of having good coverage at my end, calls at your end got automatically were disconnecting. Any way, now i am no more interested in continuing the services.

                            Please do not renew my services any more

                              We highly regret to inform that, we had recieved a message stating
                              Membership fee has been debited on your card ending 8194
                              Membership will be processed and well come kit despatched shortly. The said message has been sent to mobile today at 2.00pm
                              We just cannot understand how the concerned department can do this
                              Without our prior consent. Also keeping us in dark how much and why should
                              They debit the amount with out our knowledge.
                              We request the dept to kindly not to debit the amount, and also to reverse
                              The amount if already debited.
                              Hoping early steps regarding the issue.
                              Request to rectify such issues in future. Also inform the step taken under

                                  This company is as like as chinese company, means you can't trust them. They are pertaining like insurance company but in the last moment they told you that they are just a mediated between insurance company and customer. They don't have any intention to resolve the problem, they just wanted to fool the customer. At least this i experienced my self 70 days. They are not able to resolve any problem, they just pass the ball in another court. My customer id was 1956157

                                  My name is Piyush not mayank, and it is been visible also in my title. Second, if you go through my customer Id than you can also know this easily, but I m sure you didn't go through, because you just want to pass the ball on another court, as I said this before.

                                  So go though If you have access on your customer data than mail it again. Now I am pretty sure that your company is sort of a fraud company as like other Chinese goods... You people try to play again and again, because you know that many of the customers don't have time to devote on these issues. Sorry to be your customer or I can say unfortunate customer.

                                    Hi, i am using icici credit card n i had used one assist for one year n now i would like to cancel the plan. I had called up 3 times to ur customer care of one assist n they said that confirmation call will come to you in 48 hrs but till now nothing happened. Last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said the plan will be cancelled in one year. My plan expire today but before the expiry money had been deducted from my account. This is unacceptable so kindly refund my money and cancel my plan or i would be force to take a legal help. M. Lekngayo

                                      My credit card ending 6520 has been subscribed for wallet assist and rs.1799 debited to my account without my knowledge. I just want to cancel my wallet assist subscription and refund amount to my account as i don't require any protection on my cards. So its of no use for me. I request to cancel my membership and refund my amount into my credit card immediately or i'll have to take legal action against you.

                                      I have mailed you in advance before the expiration date and even called the customer care for the same but then also no action was taken.

                                      For auto renewal simply sending an email and debiting the account is totally unfair.

                                      Please deactivate your subscription and i want my money back.
