I had purchased mobile assist (mobile insurance) from oneassist. After somedays, my mobile fall down and screen cracked. Gave to oneassist, who gave to mi customer care. They gave estimate of Rs. 7778 for Rs. 8999 mobile. How was that possible !! Then they said that they won't repair device and give me Rs.6199 to me. (Which I have not received yet). Kindly help me with this issue....

I fully agree on the one of the previous user's statement. Here is my expereince too.

No professionalism, No courtesy, No proper system in place, different people say different things.Repeatedly asking the same information, deliberate delay and at the end case is closed.

I have raised the complaint on June 6th, 2017 since the OnePlus3T screen was damaged . I also got a confirmation...

Theycare just driving me for last 2 months for a simple claim. They take out query or requirement of there choice and go ahead and close the claim. When i xall they putvon long hold and then disconnect the call.
They csll me for 100 times to renew the claim giving false promises...twice they rejected my claim for there own mistakes--- people they are not atall trustworthy......

On March 17 i registered my redmi 3s with one assist Ma damage protection insurance. When i physically visited the mi service center they gave me an extimate of INR 1800 to get it repaired but when the same device reaches the mi service center on behalf of ONE ASSIST the estimation increases to INR 8000. I really think this is an cheap policy for the company to make a mobile BER and harass the customer.They cheated me with a fake and unjustified...

They are fraud .i had a horrible experience with one assist.Ye sirf budhu bnate hai.apne customer ko tab tak ghumate hai jab tak wo khud na haar maan le. ye inka trika hai paise dhgne ka .Mera handset 15 June ko Damage hua tha maine claim file inhone khub ghumaya mujhe aur ab tak pickup ni hua hai .mai to sbko suggest kruga one assist se bchkr rho .ye koi insurance nhi karte hai.Ye manipulate hai bus . inke baare mai likhu to max limit nhi...

I have applied for the mobile claim on 23/06/2017.
While taking the insurance policy the company website promised to provide the stand-by handset during the repairing period. But when i applied for claim they didn't provide the stand by handset. My claim status is not known and oneassist still now didn't process claim from insurer. Customer care told wait for 48 hrs for updating. Now i'm counting one week. Still...

one assist has create o create member ID [protected] in the name of preeti gupta without any information as we had not given any details to one assist & He deducted Rs. 1799 from our icici bank a/c. i don't know how this is company has been deducted the amount from our a/c. this is cheating & fraud done by one assists/icici bank dandeli branch. we have already complaint register about this matter to one assist & ICICI...

On 24th may, 2017, i had explicitly called up the customer care and requested to cancel my service.
However, the service was still renewed and an amount of rs-1799 was deducted from my credit card without my knowledge.

This is just unacceptable behavior on the part of the company.br...

I have been following up on the happytoassist email and called customer care several times to deactivate and revert the amount paid for the mobile insurance but there has been absolute silence from one assist. I bought the insurance on 17 june 2017 and have been trying to cancel it but no response has been received. Please can someone contact me about the refund. Really frustrating so far.

I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1799/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN on 13th June, without my knowledge.. I called customer care to deactivate the plan on 16th. But they have not done it however they confirmed the same. Again i called them after 5 days as i have received message to link my cards to one assist. Once again i requested them to deactivate it but the same thing.

1. Replacement Letter : Upload the SIM baring form with respective persons name with sign or send on email of pratik.[protected]@oneassist.in
2. Additional Document2 : Upload the Image govt. id proof of SIM owner with letter stating why the sim is provided to customer with sign and Govt. ID proof, which i had send to their said email id to pratik.[protected]@oneassist.in...

One assist has charged me rs.1299 on 28 th jun 2017 without my permission. I don't understand how my credit card can be accessed like this without my consent, and as of now i don't want any of the services provided by one-assist.

Please deactivate the account and refund my money.

Its very bad to say why did i get my phone insured. I am not getting proper response even after uploading all the documents and photos of my phone. Your people not giving me service because they want me to give "proper reason for phone display not working". I dont know when it stopped working. Just because of it they are not collecting my phone for repair. How does it matter how my phone stopped and the reasons for it....

I called to service center just after 1 hour my device get damaged in accident. Executive told me that due to server down please request after 48 hours. I called them after few days and now they are saying that you are informing us lately so we can not raise your claim. Even they don't have my previous call record or may be they have or they are lying.

I opened 4 times claim request and their executives are giving surety that...

I got a call from one assist regarding their plans, i told them i will review later but they charged me 1799 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel. Form last 5 days i am calling oneassist customer care they telling me we take your resquest on priority till in dont get the call for ur cancellation department.

I got mail of auto renewal of my membership on 18th june 2017 and the renewal date is 3rd july 2017.

I donot wanted to continue hence i called on 19th june 2017 an asked for the cancellation, the customer care guys told we have taken the request and you will get call back for the same and when i asked request no they said it is not possible as it is just arranging call back from the concerned team for cancellation. 1799 inr has been deducted from my icici bank account in the name of one assist plan inspite of me denying to take the service. I have been calling the customer care again and again and they say the request has been forwarded to the cancellation team but it has been nearly 7 days i received no call from their one assist cancellation team.

I dont want to take this plan. Please cancel the plan and refund my money...
