I had purchased mobile assist (mobile insurance) from oneassist. After somedays, my mobile fall down and screen cracked. Gave to oneassist, who gave to mi customer care. They gave estimate of Rs. 7778 for Rs. 8999 mobile. How was that possible !! Then they said that they won't repair device and give me Rs.6199 to me. (Which I have not received yet). Kindly help me with this issue....

No professionalism, No courtesy, No proper system in place, different people say different things.Repeatedly asking the same information, deliberate delay and at the end case is closed.

Theycare just driving me for last 2 months for a simple claim. They take out query or requirement of there choice and go ahead and close the claim. When i xall they putvon long hold and then disconnect the call.
They csll me for 100 times to renew the claim giving false promises...twice they rejected my claim for there own mistakes--- people they are not atall trustworthy......

Fraud against mobile insurance

On March 17 i registered my redmi 3s with one assist Ma damage protection insurance. When i physically visited the mi service center they gave me an extimate of INR 1800 to get it repaired but when the same device reaches the mi service center on behalf of ONE ASSIST the estimation increases to INR 8000. I really think this is an cheap policy for the company to make a mobile BER and harass the customer.They cheated me with a fake and unjustified...

I have applied for the mobile claim on 23/06/2017.
While taking the insurance policy the company website promised to provide the stand-by handset during the repairing period. But when i applied for claim they didn't provide the stand by handset. My claim status is not known and oneassist still now didn't process claim from insurer. Customer care told wait for 48 hrs for updating. Now i'm counting one week. Still...

Deactivation of mobile insurance

I have been following up on the happytoassist email and called customer care several times to deactivate and revert the amount paid for the mobile insurance but there has been absolute silence from one assist. I bought the insurance on 17 june 2017 and have been trying to cancel it but no response has been received. Please can someone contact me about the refund. Really frustrating so far.

Deactivation of plan

I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1799/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN on 13th June, without my knowledge.. I called customer care to deactivate the plan on 16th. But they have not done it however they confirmed the same. Again i called them after 5 days as i have received message to link my cards to one assist. Once again i requested them to deactivate it but the same thing.

Hi,

Its very bad to say why did i get my phone insured. I am not getting proper response even after uploading all the documents and photos of my phone. Your people not giving me service because they want me to give "proper reason for phone display not working". I dont know when it stopped working. Just because of it they are not collecting my phone for repair. How does it matter how my phone stopped and the reasons for it....

Deactivate one assist plan

Hello,
1799 inr has been deducted from my icici bank account in the name of one assist plan inspite of me denying to take the service. I have been calling the customer care again and again and they say the request has been forwarded to the cancellation team but it has been nearly 7 days i received no call from their one assist cancellation team.

I dont want to take this plan. Please cancel the plan and refund my money...
