    Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2499/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

        Hi.,
        my mobile get damaged due to silp from my desk and screen broken i filled for claim and they pickup my phone it got repaired when i received my phone new display was broken in side glass they fitted a damaged display. as soon as i received my phone within five minutes i booked new complaint that i received a damaged handset they telling withing 4-5 working days we will pickup your handset till now 22 days gone no pickup has been done. every time i call they tell me within 2-3 days we will pickup your handset they promise me for 6 times. they are just making us fool wait and wait till our policy expired and mobile warranty expired also. Never tell any one for take insurance from oneassist.

          I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime from mi.com with the one assist insurance.

          After a few months later my phone got damaged and fell into the water . I filed for the insurance claim. My service request number is 2020196 .

          They picked up my phone for repairing process after submitting all id's and photos of phone and me.
          Now they are saying that your insurance could not be claimed due to your willful activity.

          The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
          THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 10 - Loss or damage caused by wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property).

          We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.

          that is the Email and also I have a call recording in which the company support assistant said me that, because of your willful activity your insurance could not be claimed. Also I requested to prefer my call to their senior executive. They put my call on hold for just 1 minute and said all our senior executive are busy now, we can't connect your call to them.

          It's a common thing that, no one can damage his own phone with his willful activity. Even when he already knows that, if he has phone insurance although he will have to give the file charge of minimum 500inr on phone insurance claiming.

          We take insurance of phone so that if we face any problem in our phone then that insurance can help him. Now they are refusing.

          I did not get any solution till now. These insurance companies makes fraud with us .

          Please, don't buy any insurance from this company . If you phone maintenance cost will be high then they will tell you that due to you willful activity you phone got damaged. We can not repair it.

            I am Mohammed Abdullah and my customer relationship number is 593991.
            One assist sold me a policy stating I can file a claim if there is a liquid or physical damage .My policy valid till[protected]
            When my mobile screen got damaged in a accident, I filed a claim.
            Now one assist is refusing to process a claim and give compensation to me.
            The reason one assist mentioned is "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE DUE AGE OF DEVICE IS BEYOND 2 YEARS. Date of purchase - 06/08/2014 Start date of insurance cover - 23/10/2016".
            One assist sold me that policy knowing my device is already 2 years old .
            Then what is the use of the plan?
            It is a new way of looting people by selling the invalid product.
            Please be aware .Don't buy any plan from one assist.They will sell you the plan and later they will reject your claim with some reason.
            Please be aware.

            I didn't bought the plan from insurance company.I bought it from OneAssist.
            While selling your product you should have informed me that my mobile will not be covered under insurance cover.
            You sold me stating it will be covered for liquid and physical damage. The only purpose of this plan is to cover for physical and liquid damage.Now you are saying it won't.Then what is the use of this plan.Simply waste of my money.
            I would have accepted if you say some other reason but you are telling me that my mobile is 2 years old.It means this plan was not Valid from the date you sold me.
            Then return back my policy money
            Dear consumers,
            Please be aware of this fraud organization.They will tell you anything to make you buy their product.Later they will point it to some other person.

              At the time of insurance i told one assist that this mobile phone is gifted to me and i does not have my name in invoice .. after telling my condition they insure me that i can purchase One assist insurance but only i have to take a written agreement from the person who gifted me the mobile . And i do the same. But when my phone got damaged they are telling me to send the aadhar card of that person who gifted me the mobile.. and at that time i tell them that i am not in touch whith the person who gifted me... So plz give me time whenever i met that person I tell her to send the adhar card .. at that time they agrees . But now they cancel my claim and telling me that i have to repair my phone by my own money in service centre... Is this insurance??? And assurance of one assist??? after telling them the consequences earlier they are rejecting my claim .

              Very unsatisfactory service
              From now i recomend every person to not get insurance from one assist...

My phone broke last month and i submitted my phone to company last month.But they didn't delivered my phone till now. they received the phone on 2nd of july 2017. they are still telling me that it will took more time to repair the phone.                 Yes I received the phone but the sim tray was not in the phone. And your team is telling me that they are not responsible for that. When I gave the phone the sim tray was also in the phone and the sim tray was also damaged. Therefor it's your responsibility to provide me the Sim matter. Please look over this matter also.

                  My service request_1905550, relationship no.874483. After 2.5 months they delivered a dead phone that to some other cheap model. I have no words to describe their bad service. They are fail in all their service. I am frustrated with this. I have reported this and no body has any information

                  Its three months and nobody is there to do anything about my phone. Worst Worst Worst service ever I have seen. They misplaced my phone and not doing anything for this. What a wonderful insurance company. I gave my phone for repair and they misplaced it. I insured with them and I lost my phone itself wowwwww.

                        I had bought a one assist insurance from mi.com while buying my redmi note 4 i am under 18 and while buying the policy there was no verification done from your side nor did they ask me for a kyc like any other insurance company but these people never mentioned it while i called and the time that mi.com gives to buy the phone makes it impossible for us to view the t&c it's a trap that these people set up and also without they verify anything provided start the insurance while filing a claim on 30.6.17 i filed a claim where i asked i was under 18 will i get the claim but there they said nothing after the verification got over on 4.7.17 they simply denied service and even did not return my money now they have even removed my insurance their customer care executives like mr daniel mr manikandan miss heena miss deepali and many other misguide the consumer while i bought the insurance they didn't check the details and now they are saying that i am wrong

                            I received SMS from HDFC Bank on[protected], that One Assist membership fees has been debited on my credit card and another message on[protected] that Rs.1299 is payable in 3 EMIs @1.5% PM and the same would be charged to my account, which left me shocked. I also received a welcome kit from 'ONE ASSIST' containing relationship number and brochure on[protected].
                            I neither requested the bank nor you to enable the said service plan and hence this unauthorized deduction from my credit card account is not acceptable to me.
                            Therefore I request you to deactivate the plan and refund my money back to my account, failing which, I would be forced to take action. Following are my details.

                              I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to renew ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont want to continue with any plan, i can't understand how they are taking permissions to renew the plan.In the first year i forced to take the one assist plan.Kindly request them to deactivate my plan as this is a criminal act.

                                I received SMS from axis Bank that 1799/- has been deducted from my bank account towards one assist plan without my knowledge which is a crime.I called customer care to deactivate my plan and refund the amount on 22nd June 2017 they were saying that it will take 7 working days to refund your amount but it has been 12days I haven't received the amount and now they say that money has been transferred to the account on 1st of July, For the confirmation I went through the mini statement, and I came to know that the I haven't received the amount then again I called to the customer care and asked for the UTR number or NEFT number so that I can check with the bank they refused...This behavior is annoying you people have made us to loose our patience ...Kindly close my one assist account and refund the amount as earliest as possible...Waiting for ur response...

                                  I had purchased mobile assist (mobile insurance) from oneassist. After somedays, my mobile fall down and screen cracked. Gave to oneassist, who gave to mi customer care. They gave estimate of Rs. 7778 for Rs. 8999 mobile. How was that possible !! Then they said that they won't repair device and give me Rs.6199 to me. (Which I have not received yet). Kindly help me with this issue.

Also, our team has sent you an email on 29 June, 2017 requesting you to share the required documents to process the BER refund.

                                  While sending the same kindly add cover note with your personal details like your name, customer ID, membership ID & Service request number. You may fetch the said details from the subject line of this email.

                                  · Original mobile purchase invoice/bill with stamp of the retailer & handset details like IMEI number/Serial Number, handset make & model .Kindly submit the same in hard & true copy of Invoice which was submitted to us for seeking the decision on the claim via email to our Claims team.

                                  · Copy of Cancelled cheque with your name printed on it ( If your name is not mentioned on it please share the 1st & 2nd page of your bank passbook along with the cancel cheque. If you do not have passbook then please submit the bank statement’s first page with information like IFSC code, account number, branch name, bank name & your name ).                                   The reply is the same that I have received in the email. I want to make a point that for a device of Rs.8999, how can a simple screen crack cost Rs. 7778,

                                  In the estimation copy, in which damage details are given- it is written that damage to motherboard. I contacted MI service center and they told me that they have damage to motherboard so as I do not face any problem in future. but the issue is that I am facing the issue currently as I am making a loss of Rs. 4000 without my mistake.

                                  The screen of the device was only cracked. There was no other issue. The device was working perfectly fine. I had even send the photos of working device while claim intimation. How can a normally working device have motherboard problem ???

                                  I should be given either full amount as I need to purchase the new device or I need my device completely repaired.

                                  I want my device to be rechecked by other MI service center and then the estimation be compared and final decision be made.

                                  When contacting oneassist, they take a lot of time. One can even see other complaints as well. Just look how professional oneassist can be.!!!

                                  There is completed fraud being committed by oneassist.

                                  I have also send all the details that were required for BER. Also attaching the courier details by which the documents were sent.

                                  I want my issue to be solved on priority bases.

                                  After checking all the comments and complaints everywhere, I think that oneassist is a big fraud done in conjuction with MI service center. I want my mobile device back. Return my device at earliest.

                                  All these frauds are going on from oneassist. I see that the device repair charges was unexplainable. They give so high estimate which lead to BER and loss of consumer. When u go to MI service center they say that's a scam. Ridiculous from Oneassist.

                                    I fully agree on the one of the previous user's statement. Here is my expereince too.

                                    No professionalism, No courtesy, No proper system in place, different people say different things.Repeatedly asking the same information, deliberate delay and at the end case is closed.

                                    Case Number : 2048678

                                    I have raised the complaint on June 6th, 2017 since the OnePlus3T screen was damaged . I also got a confirmation verbally that the standby device will be given at the time of collecting the faulty mobile. I have got 10 ( yes - exactly 10 emails ) email response saying that the service request was created..I picked the last email (10th) and uploaded all the required documents on 7th June. Another set of 10 email on June 8th as well

                                    The team had come back after 3 days that the description is not clear and while uploading it self the system was demanding to be in 50 words like that. The mobile is simply fell down from the Bed/Cot while getting down. What other explanation can be shared over here.I have shared the snap of COT/ BED, The place where it fell down, including the mobile and approx height is well captured in the photo. Since, there were no update for next few days except that I was keep on getting en email stating that the documents were not uploaded etc .On June 10th I was on a call with them for 25 mins or so. Now, the customer care executive said there is no standby option can be provided. I explained that there seems to be a problem in your system as you are not able view the uploaded documents. While raising the case also, I have got 10 email response on the same subject. I was asked to upload it again. I did uploaded it.

                                    Later, I was approached to send an email about that they were looking for the govt ID proof of my wife who was the user which has been uploaded instead of my own.

                                    I have asked them to share some one email id so that I can share all the documents in one go as the portal seems to be having some issues. They were asking an email confirmation from me that I had gifted the mobile to my wife. I did sent an email as well . I did send out all the documents once again to the email id xxxxx @oneassist.in. One week is completed but there is no response.

                                    Today, I had a call with the customer care - tollfree number for 33 min but the customer care executive couldn't access any details, doesn't understand the seriousness of the problem, no escalation available and only thing he could do is to call back in 48 hours.

                                    This is the 5th week since the case was opened, but they are unable to even accept the case for taking the device for replacement.The current status is that they had simply closed the case while there is no action pending from my side.

                                    Documents Uploaded and shared it with them,

                                    - Front Image with Serial,
                                    - IMEI number,
                                    - Back image with IMEI,
                                    - Place where the damage occured (COT/Bed - floor level),
                                    - Invoice Copy, Order Copy,
                                    - Govt ID of self and wife,
                                    - Email confirmation sent to them that it was a gift to my wife

                                    I will wait for an final update till tomorrow and then to file a legal case against them

                                      Theycare just driving me for last 2 months for a simple claim. They take out query or requirement of there choice and go ahead and close the claim. When i xall they putvon long hold and then disconnect the call.
                                      They csll me for 100 times to renew the claim giving false promises...twice they rejected my claim for there own mistakes--- people they are not atall trustworthy...

                                        On March 17 i registered my redmi 3s with one assist Ma damage protection insurance. When i physically visited the mi service center they gave me an extimate of INR 1800 to get it repaired but when the same device reaches the mi service center on behalf of ONE ASSIST the estimation increases to INR 8000. I really think this is an cheap policy for the company to make a mobile BER and harass the customer.They cheated me with a fake and unjustified...
