I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS 1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. hdfc customer rang information .. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate this one assist membership and refund my money ASAPbr...

That I have taken MA Damage Protection 10k-15k Membership, mobile insurance from the above mentioned company, for my mobile phone which is Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, and paid Rs. 934 as premium and than i was provided the said details Relationship Number : 1870154, OneAssist Membership ID : [protected], Validity : 04/04/2017 to 03/04/2018.
On 30.05.2017 my phone fell down accidentally from the table in my office and i claimed for insurance...

I claim for mobile insurance under one assist policy on 27 June 2017 still not received any call to pickup damage mobile and for courtesy handset . And they also have escalated this case 2121950
still no feedback yet on this call.

and Today 07/07/2017 still courtesy handset is not received and waiting to pickup my damage device

Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2499/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap...

my mobile get damaged due to silp from my desk and screen broken i filled for claim and they pickup my phone it got repaired when i received my phone new display was broken in side glass they fitted a damaged display. as soon as i received my phone within five minutes i booked new complaint that i received a damaged handset they telling withing 4-5 working days we will pickup your handset till now 22 days gone no pickup has been...

I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime from mi.com with the one assist insurance.

After a few months later my phone got damaged and fell into the water . I filed for the insurance claim. My service request number is 2020196 .

They picked up my phone for repairing process after submitting all id's and photos of phone and me.
Now they are saying that your insurance could not be claimed due to your willful activity.br...

I had bought a one assist insurance from mi.com while buying my redmi note 4 i am under 18 and while buying the policy there was no verification done from your side nor did they ask me for a kyc like any other insurance company but these people never mentioned it while i called and the time that mi.com gives to buy the phone makes it impossible for us to view the t&c it's a trap that these people set up and also without they verify anything...

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1799/- from my credit card number ending with 6875 without my concern on date:19/06/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1799/-
