I received sms from kotak bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Kotak customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

From my mentioned card transaction of 19900/- amount is made on 11th july 2017 time 18:27 at payzapp, which is not done by me.

Kindly credit the amount which is deducted from my AC and also confirm from where and who has deducted the amount from my card.

    One assist called me few days back and i sent them so many mails for not activating this plan and they replied back that my number is not registered for this plan.
    Still after few days one assist has activated and charged me rs1299 from my account without my consent. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. How can you charge me without my permission? Please deactivate and return my rs1299.

      My mobile honor 6x screen is damaged. I have taken one assist insurance through online while purchasing mobile from amazon.in. On june 1, the documents have been verified and pickup of the phone from onessist team took my mobile and got a mail that they received all documents. They processed and said i need to pay excess amount rs.366 for further processing. I paid on june 21 and i have the receipt. I still now didnt receive the mobile and whenever i ask the customer care team they say payment not done. I have sent a proof of payment and other mail which received from team that mobile is repaired and waiting for delivery. Please help me to get my mobile back in this regard.

              I had activate the plan of card lost on 02, 03/072017 on the befall of your representative commitment. She tell me that if i cancel the plan then the full refund of amount in my account.
              On 04/07/2017 1899 rs. Are detected from my credit card and same day i place the call to your customer care for cancel the plan and he had tell me for wait for 48 hrs. For call of cancellation department.
              I had wait for 48 hrs. But the call not come.
              I contact again to your customer care and he tell me for wait again for 48 hrs. For call of cancellation department.
              I had wait again and cancellation department call me and he tell me that the cancellation had placed and the final call will be come within 24 hrs. Please wait.

              I had wait again.
              On saturday one more call from your cancellation department had come and he ask me for my account no., name and ifsc code,
              I had give him and he tell me that the full amount of 1899 rs. Will be credit on your account within 7 days.

              But sir, today one more call from your cancellation department had come and she tell me the if in cancel the plan then it is not conform that how much amount will be refund in your account. She tell me that may be no any amount had refund to you.
              She talk me 30 minutes and i always tell her for refund my amount.
              She tell me that if she cancel the plan then all had lost i. E my amount as well as my plan.

              Please help me sir,
              I would like to refund my amount asap.

                As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. But now without my permission, the plan got renewed.                     I have availed credit card from hdfc bank just a week ago and to my notice a debit of rs.1299/- regarding one assist membership fees have been made, neither did i avail or opt for the one assist services and i am not at all interested and willing to continue with the same. Such kond of deduction is totally unethical and unprofessional, not at all acceptable.
                    I want the amount to be refunded at the earliest. Moreover had called and mailed the customer care a no. Of times but still no reply via mail or telephonic conversation with the official has been made.
                    Not at all customer friendly...

                      My registered phn no. Is [protected]. I have submitted phn damaged claim since 10 months ago . After that my claim was rejected by insurance company by giving me some rubbish statement. i agreed with them so then they said my damaged phn will be delivered to me within 7 working days ..now its been 3 months that my claim is rejected and i still disnt get my phn back.

                        I submitted my claim nearly 2 months back. still my claim has not been solved. every-time i call the customer executives they will say that wait for 24 to 48 hours and we will get some information from their executives. but i never got any details from them. they even didn't pickup the handset from my home which is their responsibility. they even didn't refunded the courier charges for sending my handset which they have to do. i even didn't got any courtesy handset which was promised by their executive while opting for their service.
                        i even didn't got any money from them for my handset.

                              My registered phone number is [protected], i have raised a claim on 22nd July, there for pick has been done but no status has still given to me that where is my phone right now, totally fraud company, call serval time to customer service but the same words attaching everytime, 1stime i was curiered the handset and its was returned due to insufficient address 2nd time pick up was done, but no status, curior charges also not refunded

                                I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS 1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. hdfc customer rang information .. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                Please deactivate this one assist membership and refund my money ASAP

                                    That I have taken MA Damage Protection 10k-15k Membership, mobile insurance from the above mentioned company, for my mobile phone which is Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, and paid Rs. 934 as premium and than i was provided the said details Relationship Number : 1870154, OneAssist Membership ID : [protected], Validity : 04/04/2017 to 03/04/2018.
                                    On 30.05.2017 my phone fell down accidentally from the table in my office and i claimed for insurance and than they asked me to furnish some details again like copy of invoice, images of phone, and my personal I.D. etc. with the description that how my phone fell accidentally.
                                    I was given a claim I.D No. 2031228 and ask to wait for 48 hours so that they can verify the details and description of accident.
                                    Then after a month on 27.06.2017 they picked up my phone after several request.
                                    They promise me to deliver the repaired mobile phone within 7 working days as it was already delayed.
                                    On 03.07.2017 the comapny mailed me maliceously rejected my insurance claim by mentioning that i was negligent which shows their frivolous intention to misuse my hard earned money. The company is just trying to save its' collar with a sheer act of arm twisting.

                                    i was working on table, my phone fell down accidentally, you guys are saying its negligence. i have taken the insurance for such accidents. y my claim was rejected. it was a lame reason just to ignore the claim and illegally save your skin to avoid the claim.

                                        Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2499/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap
