Dear sir
My mobile was damaged on service request number 1735246 on jan 2017 but when my mobile got replaced i did not receive any documents or replacement letter.
I had a second claim service request number 1834364 on mar 18 2017 it got rejected due to replacement letter was not submitted and on 23 mar 2017 i requested a replacement letter from oneassist but till today that is 18 july 2017 there is no update from oneassist team iam regularly calling for every 48 hrs but they are not responding

      आज से तीन पहले मेने 13000रुपये का फोन लिया था जिसको रिपेरिंग करने के लिए वन अस्सिटेंट की और से रखा हुवा लोगस्टिक पाटनर ने मेरे यह से 12 जुलाई को मोबाइल पिक-अप किया था। जब 17 तारीख को जब मैने ट्रेक किया तो मुझे पता चला कि मेरा मोबाइल अभी तक डिलवर नही हुवा। कारण पता करने पर मुझे पता चला कि Ecom express pvt ने मेरा मोबाइल बारिश में भिगो दिया है और पूरा डेमेज कर दिया है। यही बात की कॉम्प्लेन करने जब में oneassist को फोन किया तो उन्होंने मुजे कोई संतोष कारण जवाब नहीं दिया। और Ecom logistics ahmedabad को फोन करने पर उन्होंने बोला कि आप ऊपर कम्पलेन ना करे।

      इस कारण में one assist और ecom के खिलाफ कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट करूँगा और अखबार में one assist और ecom की लापरवाही के बारे में छपवउँग।

        My service request_1905550, relationship no.874483. After 2.5 months they delivered a dead phone that to some other cheap model. I have no words to describe their bad service. They are fail in all their service. I am frustrated with this. I have reported this and no body has any information

        Its three months and nobody is there to do anything about my phone. Worst worst worst service ever i have seen. They misplaced my phone and not doing anything for this. What a wonderful insurance company. I gave my phone for repair and they misplaced it. I insured with them and i lost my phone itself wowwwww.

        Now, it is 3.5 months and no body is giving any update on this. Even i believe they have lost my phone. I don't know what to do. Worst company, worst customer service. Please beware and don't buy insurance from this. If every thing goes well its fine, but if something goes wrong, you cannot find any body where you can escalate your issue. They simply don't answer your calls.

          I received statmt from hdfc bank today that rs-446.05/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. Any such kind of information discussed with me at the time of credit card issuance. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

              I has been over a month and the company has no clue about the phone.
              The due date was supposed to be 12th july..
              Now the customer service is pathetic, they have no escalation procedure.. They log a callback and keep saying escalation team will call tomorrow everytime and no one ever calls.
              The customer service says "please wait for 48 hours" everytime i call.
              I even asked to get my phone as it is and cancel the warranty, they say they cannot do that as well.

                          Hi,

                          I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan, without my permission. As last year also i've requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year. But now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or intimation.

                          This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

                          Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                            Dear one assist,

                            Please stop making frauds of the people's hard earned money. You are nonetheless than a criminal of the highest rank.
                            Recently, i visited hdfc bank and they offered me a credit card. The bank staff filled my form and told it will be delivered in few days at your address. Before the credit card got delivered at my home, i received an email from one assist that thank you for buying our product and charged me with rs 1299/-. I went to bank and they spoke with customer care for one assist, they asked to wait for 48 hours and i will be receiving a call for cancellation. I waited but there was no call. I went again to hdfc and again we spoke with one assist customer care and they asked to wait again for 48 hours, i asked to the agent to pass on the phone to his manager or senior level as he was having no idea of what he is talking about and just speaking his speech. But he denied passing on the phone. Then i received an email from one assist that i have to pay 1299/- before the due date or interest will be charged. Then i received a message on my phone that an emi has been implicated on my card to pay the due amounts.

                            This is extreme #. Hdfc should not entertain such types of fraud agencies who literally scams the people's money.

                              I sent my damaged phone to the one assist to claim the inssurance. The took a lot of time to repair the phone almost after 45 days they sent the the phone that too after the complaint. When i recieved the phone the sim tray was not in the phone when i contacted them they told me that they are not responsible for the accessories. But the sim tray is not the accessory its the part of the phone which was also damaged. So its their rsponsiblity to repair the whole set. Now they are not respondind to my complaint.                                     She was asking & trying to convince me to take debit card insurance policy.

                                    I strictly said 'no i don't need any policy like that'.
