Hello there

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
I want my money back with immediate action.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      This side amit kumar sir i was took a mobile insurance with one assist company back 2-3 month ago, few days before my phone was damaged, that regarding i told to one assist company and they want some document for my side which i was already uploaded, to 27/06/2017 and they told me a courier boy come to my home and pick the phone, but till date no any person come to my home or don’t to pick my damaged phone, i make lots of call for one assist company call center but they can’t provide me with a satisfied answer, how these companies provide license by government when they cheated to customer, what is the insurance means i can’t understand, show to this company behavior, so it’s my humble request kindly do something.

        Hi,

        I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan, without my permission. As last year also i've requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year. But now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or intimation.

        This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

          Dear one assist,

          Please stop making frauds of the people's hard earned money. You are nonetheless than a criminal of the highest rank.
          Recently, i visited hdfc bank and they offered me a credit card. The bank staff filled my form and told it will be delivered in few days at your address. Before the credit card got delivered at my home, i received an email from one assist that thank you for buying our product and charged me with rs 1299/-. I went to bank and they spoke with customer care for one assist, they asked to wait for 48 hours and i will be receiving a call for cancellation. I waited but there was no call. I went again to hdfc and again we spoke with one assist customer care and they asked to wait again for 48 hours, i asked to the agent to pass on the phone to his manager or senior level as he was having no idea of what he is talking about and just speaking his speech. But he denied passing on the phone. Then i received an email from one assist that i have to pay 1299/- before the due date or interest will be charged. Then i received a message on my phone that an emi has been implicated on my card to pay the due amounts.

          This is extreme #. Hdfc should not entertain such types of fraud agencies who literally scams the people's money.

            I sent my damaged phone to the one assist to claim the inssurance. The took a lot of time to repair the phone almost after 45 days they sent the the phone that too after the complaint. When i recieved the phone the sim tray was not in the phone when i contacted them they told me that they are not responsible for the accessories. But the sim tray is not the accessory its the part of the phone which was also damaged. So its their rsponsiblity to repair the whole set. Now they are not respondind to my complaint.               I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card

                  She was asking & trying to convince me to take debit card insurance policy.

                  I strictly said 'no i don't need any policy like that'.

                  But next day above 1900₹ debited by the name of one assist from my icici bank account.

                  It is continued followed years also.

                        I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership. But they are automatically debited from my father's icici saving account rs.1299 without his knowledge. I don't agree to activate this one assist membership and deactivate the membership of oneassist. Please refund my money.

                        I talked to your customer representative today and he told me that he had record of the phone conversation with my father, but when i asked him to present me the same, then he refused. Also he offered me to take a discount of rs 399 on the plan and continue with the service.

                        I still want to deactivate the service and refund my money and please don't activate this type subscription in future without my knowledge.

                            I have purchased a mobile from amazon on the mid of april of 2017. I had 'secured' my mobile with oneassist protection plan. When my mobile was damaged due to liquid contact, i had filed a claim hoping to get the issue fixed. But then, oneassist customer care calls me and tells me that the claim must have been made within 48 hours of the damage of the mobile which i was not aware of (I had filed the claim 10 days after the date of damage because i really busy throughout the whole week) and so they rejected my claim and said that i must repair my mobile at my own expense. Dear oneassist, you actually took inr 1299 to say that i must have filed a claim within 48 days huh? Well, in that case, you must change the front cover of your product form 'accidental physical and liquid damage protection' to 'accidental physical and liquid damage protection if you file your claim within 2 days or else you are on your own'. People like us pay you for our phone's security and not for you coming up with this 'i dont care' answer

                              I have taken mi protection plan from one-assist. My mobile got damaged on 11th june 2017 and i have filed claim on the same day. Today is 14th july 17 i. E after 1 month and 3 days still it is not settled. Initially they told me that it will be settled within 20 days. They had picked up my mobile on 10th july and still i have not got any confirmation. It is getting delayed. I am very upset with this.
                              I have to visit kolkata on 20th july 2017 and without mobile it is getting very difficult as all data are stored in that only.

                              Request you to kindly look into the matter and please deliver my handset withing 20th july 17.

                                Hi.. I’m writing this to inform you that i had submitted my mobile phone, lumia 535, for repairing in the month of december, 2016 and i even have the receipt with me for the same but i haven’t received the repaired handset yet back. I have even called several times at your service centre but there was no positive response from your side. I’m attaching the receipt.
                                Kindly check and take some actions asap. I need my phone back to me immediately.

                                My issue is not resolved yet.. infact it is nowhere near resolution because my mobile is with oneassist and i am getting calls for pickup of my mobile. I am not sure what are they doing with my mobile.

                                Its been more than 8 months since i have given my phone for repairing and more than 2 months since i have raised a complaint here and still i am geeting the following email from OneAssist::

                                Is this some way to test patience of customer? I dont understand what part of "I want my mobile handset as soon as possible" you dont understand. What kind of policy/system you are following to serve your customers. I need an update on this immediately.

                                How this complaint has been marked as resolved.. i havenot received my handset yet and on top of that i am reveiving calls from oneassist, the worst service provider ever, to pick up my phone. They are not even aware that they have picked my mobile in January already. I have received the calls from the following numbers:: +91 [protected]

                                    Its been 52 days since I had handed over my Redmi note 3 mobile for a simple "Display Change", I repeat it's for a display change and I had paid 500 Rs for this useless mobile insurance policy from an useless company and I had additionally paid Rs 303 for the pathetic service which you people charge in the name of "Excess Amount". Is one assist really a GENUINE company? Do you ever know what is the meaning of the words "Customer Service"?

                                    I had given my mobile on May 24th, 2017. Its been 52 days as on today and I had called your executives 40+ times and I had sent 30+ mails which is of no use till today.

                                    I feel like cheated literally after waiting for more than 50 days, I have marked MI people (India, Global and US) and IRDA in this email.

                                    @Mi India - Why do you promote such useless companies where you can find a lot of negative reviews online? customers like us believe in your words about the insurance of a new mobile but not any more, I was a loyal customer of Xiomi and had bought 6 handsets till today for myself and my relatives but I had decided not to purchase any Xiomi products hence forth for the useless service and promoting such fraudulent company.

                                    @IRDA - Is there a way I can complaint about this entire issue through Ombudsman?

                                    @One Assist and @MI India - I am about to share this entire issue in my blog, FB and twitter account as well. I will take it as a personal goal that I will make sure I create awareness about the pathetic service of One Assist and MI India to at least 500 friends/relatives and will make sure that they don't subscribe for any ###### policies from this fraudulent company One Assist and they do not purchase any mobile from MI India.

                                    I will now look for an option on how to take this legally and screw you people for the mental agony which you had given me for last 50 days.
